Look, I understand that working at Jamba Juice is "fun", but you are working and people expect their orders to be done when they arrive at the expected time. I use to come here often until I ran into Greg they manager was the rudest person there. I came in and no one was in line it was dead and I can hear them talking in the back and ignoring me. This place sucks. Me and my little sister went here like a month ago... I ordered a bowl- they told me they were out of multiple things for the bowl and then proceeded to charge me the new outrageous price for a bowl with less than half the ingredients it comes with.... then... The bananas they said they were out of magically appeared on the counter behind the cashier and I pointed to them and asked the girl if she could put them in the bowl- she gave me an attitude. All Jamba Juices are staffed by pimple faced teens. With that being said, I know the quality and consistency of my drink will always fluctuate depending on the person that makes it. Sometimes my drink may be too icy or too ice cream like. What I really hate is when they don't completely fill my cup with smoothie and leaving half an inch or an inch of empty space. HATE that. Overall I would say that this Jamba Juice location is a 4 out of 5, the staff are extremely nice and greet you with a smile. Of course the juice is fresh and tastes fantastic. Kid spilled her drink by the front door, I cleaned it up, no one offered to help and instead of being asked if we wanted a new drink made, I had to go up and see if it could be done. Not my best Jamba experience today. On a blazing hot day, nothing sounded better than a cold smoothie. When I walked in, I was immediately accosted by loud, blaring music. I do not mind music, but it was so loud, I could barely hear the cheery girl at the cash register. My smoothie was cold and refreshing, but not filled in my cup. Almost 1/4 of the cup remained empty. The smoothie was good. We didn't have any trouble finding parking. The staff was mostly friendly. Service was slow, however, and people who came in after us received their smoothies before we did. Ours was sitting in the blender forever and was pretty melted when we got it. One of the employees was also cleaning out a cooler or something, so we were treated to loud, incessant banging as we waited. The main reason for the low stars, however, was this absurd action by an employee named Liam. My husband and I ordered the same type of smoothie. I ordered a medium, and he ordered a large. Liam gave us 2 mediums, so we pointed out the mistake. His response was to pour one of the cups back into the empty pitcher and then immediately transfer the same amount of smoothie into a large cup. Jamba Juice, what can I say? Food and drinks FIVE starts definitely. They have a good mix of nutrition and taste. For this particular location though, I give it THREE stars for service.... And to be honest, if i didnt love JJ so much i would probably give it one or two stars. They're nice, don't get me wrong. They greet you, smile and say thanks. I always go to JJ to get my "fix" and they've messed up my order one too many times. Once, twice, yeah it'll do, i'll understand. But more than five? C'mon. Several times they gave my drink to someone else. Good thing that 'someone' came back and returned it. What did they do?
