Jamba Juice, what can I say? Food and drinks FIVE starts definitely. They have a good mix of nutrition and taste. For this particular location though, I give it THREE stars for service.... And to be honest, if i didnt love JJ so much i would probably give it one or two stars. They're nice, don't get me wrong. They greet you, smile and say thanks. I always go to JJ to get my "fix" and they've messed up my order one too many times. Once, twice, yeah it'll do, i'll understand. But more than five? C'mon. Several times they gave my drink to someone else. Good thing that 'someone' came back and returned it. What did they do? I have been to many Jamba Juice locations and this one is by far one of the worst. The rewards program does not calculate at all I have been for times recently and my app does not show any of them. They also take at least 15 minutes to make one drink and they do not put them out in order of who ordered first. I have waited up to 25 minutes for my one movie. And that's when 3 people are waiting. Stopped by today to pickup an Acai Super-Antioxidant and it was made super fast without the chunks in the bottom. The customer's today took 10 minutes to order. I have never met anyone who has never had a smoothie before. I could see the cashier was about to loose it. Management needs some work. I was told I couldn't come in with my dog which I totally understand, so we wait outside until our drinks are done which ends up taking 15-20 minutes while she talks to her friends. If you're going to follow the rule about dogs you should probably follow that same conduct when serving customers. To top it off, they didn't label the drink that had all the extra boosters. I actually wouldn't normally write a review of a place that is actually the same thing at every place, but the girl at the register had the personality of a wet mop. I was taking my time trying to figure out what I wanted and when I finally did, she was just not the friendly smiling greeting that you usually receive. Low tone and I didn't hear her say if I wanted a receipt , so she was just stirring at me to respond. When I did she just handed me the receipt without saying a word. The minute I turned my back I saw her saying something to her co worker. Made eye contact with me because I saw her taking and just stared back. I love Jamba Juice. Quality items, however today the team was just not in customer service mode. I placed my order on the app and it was being prepared when I walked in. No greeting no acknowledgement only a a quick flash of eye contact followed by silence. Eventually asked if I had an online order and my name. Two visible employees and the vibe was pretty hostile between them. I still said thank you when my order was finished, no response just back to being ignored. I just left this Jamba Juice this morning 4/20/19 to redeem my birthday reward for a free medium drink. The "manager" which is still hard to believe because of the bad Attitude told me her system was down and she can't accommodate meTiffany Wilson the "manager" over talked me and could seem to careless about trying to make things right after showing my ID with proof of birth and giving out my rewards number. This locations system has been down for quite sometime which is another reason for the low rating!! I wasted my time and gas which led to a bad start to my morning and Birthday because of the bad attitude from Tiffany Wilson. I get the Orange Dream Machine with Daily Vitamin and Whey Protein boosts. It's been my go to combo for years. I love that this Jamba Juice remembers your drink if you're a regular like me. It's really nice and personable. When its a little colder, I really enjoy the "Oatmeal with blueberry and blackberry topping". It's really sweet and tart. I loved the thick consistency too; not runny like other places serve it. At 290 calories (without the fruit topping) and about three bucks, it's a good alternative to a Egg McMuffin (in my opinion at least). read more

My smoothies are always good here and service is always. Nice. But this particular Sunday morning a girl name Colby was making the smoothies. I was really disgusted. This girl has open scabs up and down her forearms! Well, I work in food service as well, one it's gross, 2 you need to cover your arms. If I need to cover my tattoos at work certainly she should cover her scabs. They don't use gloves, no hair nets and I want to put these drinks in the trash right now!! Dude behind the counter was not professional at all. Also, don't you think he should take out his wide variety of facial piercings? I asked for an acai bowl to be split into two bowls since I was going to be sharing with a friend- but I'm also quite the little germaphobe. He looked at me like I spoke another language. Then he told me that the bowls were big... That's besides the point. Just split them. Long story short he made the process to get a split acai bowl a lot more difficult than it should've been. He called over another girl to explain it to her (thank goodness she understood how simple it was) and she was more than willing to do it for me. I don't normally stop in for a smoothie because I've not had the best service here or they are out of stock on a lot of drinks. I decided I wanted a smoothie instead of coffee and I love the watermelon breeze. I come in and it's still on the menu so I order it but they don't have it anymore. Stopped here with the fiance on our way to Six Flags. It's tasty if you get the apple-strawberry-banana one. Everything else is good, but its really STRONG. This is the 3rd time I've gone to Jamba Juice, and I love that its nothing but fruit and its really jam packed but I think overall, they just combine a lot of strong flavors together that don't always work. (I.e. avoid the aloha pineapple - pineapple + bananas do NOT work well together and you will need some water if you go for the triple berry smoothie) Just a bit too strong for me, otherwise its great. read more
