Not only did the staff reach out to me with a better way to have my insurance cover the visit, they walked us through what our insurance did/did not cover for prescriptions. I also get so nervous about going to the Doctors and tend to ask a lot of anxious questions. Everyone on staff took the time to answer my questions, even the Doctor, and break down anything I might be curious about no matter how small it was. Overall, sincerely just an awesome place with great people who are willing to take the time to help each individual and make you feel comfortable.

I was sad when many vision insurance changed and I could no longer go there. After Walmart I tried Lens Crafters which I hated! Comparing this place with both of those places, the doctor is way friendlier. They have convenient times for appointments. They're cheaper than Lens Crafters, but not as cheap as Walmart... or maybe it's just that they don't have as large of a selection as Walmart. One thing they do differently is that you don't look at the wall to find your own glasses. You give them some information on what you'd like, then they bring you a bunch of glasses to try. I can't decide if I like this better or not but I did get glasses that I like and I didn't take nearly as long picking them out since I didn't have to find them on my own. Overall I'd say I like this place over most Eye Doctors and would recommend them to anyone.

The staff fitted me with trial lenses that expired in JULY 2023 -- over 2.5 years ago! This is a massive safety violation. When I caught this error and asked for a refund of my $110 fee or to speak with the doctor, the administrator refused and pointed me to the door. I had to ask them to call the police to document this medical negligence. I never even saw the doctor to discuss this error, yet they still charged my VSP insurance, stealing my benefits for the entire year. This place is dangerous, unprofessional, and fraudulent. I have photos of the expired packaging and my receipt as proof. If you value your eye health, find a different clinic!"

Our bill was explained to us at checkout as well as the contact lens provider refund options. The have a wide variety of glasses frames such as Ralph Lauren, Oakley, Nike, Versace, Ray Ban, Columbia, etc. There were also some non designer brands to choose from. They ranged in price from $150-$300 for frames. They offer a 30% to those who don't have vision insurance. It's super easy to book an appointment online or by phone. Every time I've called they've always had openings for the day-of or the next day. I've been with them for several years now after having a negative experience with several other eye drs around, and would highly recommend them!

Before going in I called and gave them my VSP-Plus eye insurance information, and they also asked for my medical insurance which I provided to them Cigna. After the exam I was told that my eye glass insurance was very good and I proceeded to pick out new frames. The amount I was told that would be my copay was: 299.20 which I did pay that day. I was told the glasses would be ready in about 2 weeks. I picked up my glasses and was having issues seeing so I reached back out and asked if I could be rechecked to see if something was wrong. On May 13th I received a text message stating I owed $!95.90. I called and spoke to whomever answered and was told that this was for what was not covered under my insurance. I told them I did not understand since I had already paid 299.90 and she stated we don't know until we hear back from your insurance. I was upset I had glasses I could not use and another bill bringing my total to$ 495.10! When I went back in to have the glasses checked and my eyes I asked the person at the desk if I could speak to someone and she looked at it and said I will need to ask my office manager. She returned and said she will reach out to your insurance and let you know. I have the VSP Vision Benefit statement and showed this to both of them. It states Total Billed: 1103.00-Total amount paid: $305.25 and my amount owed: 140.00 total savings 657.75. They did not bill VSP for my eye exam that would have been a 10.00 co pay or the refraction that would have been a 20.00 co pay they sent these to Cigna. I also have a 39.99-dollar fee on the original 299.20 for a one-year warranty that I was not made aware of or have any information on. I have tried to reach out to the Office manager leaving a message last week but no response. I have overpaid by a lot, and they did not bill my insurance correctly and they participate in the VSP.
