It is however dark and less inviting. In part that's the rub here. As much as we appreciated the quality of the food and gorgeous setting the fact that it is part of a brewery becomes somewhat irrelevant. We had beer because we were there but the dishes begged for wine. I'd have preferred a beautiful beer hall rather than the full fine dining experience. Just a bit too upscale for a brewery. I got to chat a bit with one of the bartenders, who was really cool and helped me out a bunch with some much needed water! I think his name was Herman.
