It wasn't quite in the greatest condition honestly, but i'm an auto tech do to me, no big deal. Despite the minor stuff, the car is solid! And I did not think I would get financed for a car, but they did it! It's been awhile so I can't recall their names, 2 great guys! They sold me a 2018 Nissan Altima and it's been an awesome car. I would definitely recommend buying a car from there. The big dealerships screw you over, they push you into a car you don't want. These guys let you find what you like, no pressure, they are straight up what you can get financed for and how or what's needed to get the financing. They are very helpful and I would buy another car from there again. No more big brand name dealerships! And in reading reviews here, used cars will have some issues, you're not buying a new car after all. You are buying someone else's problems, just don't know the severity until you research the car with carfax. just find the car, research it thoroughly and have it checked. take a scan tool with you when looking at used cars.

Two of the estimated repair costs were TWO separate 200 dollar charges to use the diagnostic tool. Let me clarify that. They wanted 400 dollars in the estimated repair cost JUST to use the diagnostic tool to figure out what's wrong DURING a full and complete 200 dollar inspection that's supposed to tell me what's wrong with my car. I will never ever go to a dealership again for as long as I live. when I went to pick up my car they just gave me a few pieces of paper stapled together with generic vague short details about what could be fixed on the car with a 7,000 dollar estimate. Misleading written offer -- wasted a 4-hour trip…read more I had a very disappointing experience with STG Auto Group in Chandler. I received a written message confirming an $18,000 purchase offer for my truck. The message clearly stated that as long as the vehicle was as clean as it appeared, the price would not be renegotiated when I arrived. Because of that written promise, I drove two hours across the Phoenix valley with my 75-year-old mother to complete what they said would be a 45-minute process. When we arrived, STG did not honor the $18,000 offer they had put in writing and attempted to change the price after we had already made the trip. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a four-hour round-trip waste of time and gas. If the price was not actually firm, that should have been communicated before asking someone to travel hours to their location. Providing a written offer to get someone in the door and then changing the terms when they arrive feels extremely misleading and disrespectful of people's time. I'm sharing this so other people selling a vehicle know what to expect. Be very cautious and confirm the final price before making the drive. I would be happy to update this review if STG chooses to explain why the written $18,000 offer was not honored.
