I apologized as I realized I did not explain it the day prior and I showed him what I needed there. He looks at it and says "no problem". takes it to his table, works on it for a couple minutes and calls me over to look. He did the exact same thing as the first time. I explained to him again what I needed, which caused him to look visibly upset at me. The guy then yells at me and says it's going to be an extra 10 bucks. I did not appreciate that he was willing to charge me more than I had already paid for his mistake. if he would of told me the first time it was going to be 10, I would have been more accepting of it. The worker then began arguing with me when I said I was going to go somewhere else. Very rude guy, will never return to him. Luckily there was another alteration place inside the Rio Rancho Mall. Go to the Alteration place that is located upon entry, immediately to the right. Great guy and quick service!

I only had a few days before I left town for the wedding. Cruz Tailors said they would see and could do a rush order for an added fee. I came in paid and picked up in two days. I loved the way it came out and the fit was so much better. I felt more comfortable enjoying myself without being nervous my dress would fall. Would come back and they really seem to know what they are doing. I can't say for sure price point wise if it's lower or higher but I believe it was very reasonable for what I needed as well as the speed. It's easy to find in the heart of the downtown area just a little away from the Main Streets. Street parking but there is a lot close by if you need to use it. Very convenient and right off the freeway. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will say for bigger jobs you want to give them time and yourself. I decided since it was busy, that was the problem. Heidi (whom I've dealt with for about 30 years) called me and said the screen was cracked, the case was cracked and the machine was not repairable. Told her I'd come and pick it up expecting to see cracks and scratches all over it. That was not the case. No cracks, no scratches. Brought the machine home, plugged it in. It sews just fine Except for the button I told her about. The button still does not work! But that is all that seems to be wrong. So I was charged $50.00 for them to say that it couldn't be repaired. Don't know what they were thinking and at this point I don't care because I will find another place to take my sewing machines.
