    Pistachio espresso martini

What find! Just had a massage and was hungry. So yelped and found this place. So adorable and welcoming. To celebrate my sisters birthday, we had espresso martinis. I had the pistachio espresso martini & the birthday girl had the churro espresso martini. We ordered the wings and the burrata avocado toast. The wings were great but saucy. The avocado toast was huge & accompanied by sweet potato & regular potato home fries. Delish. We would definitely go back.

New discovery on East end of Main Street in patchogue across from the beautiful brick church there. Came here Saturday morning, on a whim with an out of town friend, what a delight. There was no wait to be seated, the hostess a delight. They opened at ten with a brunch menu and regular menu available. My wife got the French toast with fruit and a latte (Luke temp). I dabbled with a pesto chicken sandwich, truffle fries and a "pain killer" cocktail. I loved the fact the sandwich was actually bitable (as opposed to places that create sandwiches so large spilling out all over you can't possible even take a bite). This sandwich was fabulous. My friend and significant other enjoyed their meals and bevy's as well no complaints. See photos. The restaurant amade us iced macchiatos to go as we perused main street. Place was so good and beautifully decorated. You could throw any kind of party here and not even have to decorate. There is also an outdoor seating area with gorgeous flowers. So lovely I came back on Tuesday with my Uncle and Sister got some vegan options. See menu there's lots to satisfy different diets.

Steak sandwich. Delicious . Sorry, very hungry, couldn't wait

I love this place . I meet my Bestie on occasion here. She's vegan. I took a pix of my steak sandwich. Sorry, very hungry. We were a little disappointed that they florals were down for redecorating but, still a lovely place .

Very nice healthy options here. This place just recently opened and I wish them the best of luck! It's so good to have healthy options like this around. The food is fresh and tasty. The inside of the store is so pretty you'll want to take pictures. The menu is on screens behind the counter. Go here, have a good meal without the guilty feeling of eating bad!

The atmosphere is deceiving, you think it's going to be a delightful experience but once you sit down and receive your drinks it goes down from there. My boyfriend ordered a lemonade and we were confused to see it come out with a purple color tone. To the terrible customer service where you have waiters and bartenders cursing and making jokes behind the bar. Once the appetizers came out we knew the rest of the meal was not going to be good. We ordered the octopus, ceviche, and wings. All the proteins were completely overcooked that they were inedible. Once we got our dinners the rice was boxed and hard, the steak was hard - you're chewing for literally like 10 mins. If you're looking for a nice date night with good food this is not the place for you. I would take your money elsewhere.

An interesting outing at this healthier cafe - some training for staff on greeting, table visits, upselling, etc could improve first impressions, in the end we were escorted to the outdoor table we desired and begin a lengthy wait for drinks while we read the menu a few times over. No specials although we hear about table order one after we received dinner. Maybe next time. Drink of Green tea and Mango was underwhelming and bland - not sure about the green tea part, seemed like mango water. Appetizers of shrimp ceviche and tuna tartare seemed like a great option. The ceviche was tender and seasoned just right, the Tuna unfortunately was not Ahi grade as indicated and had to be returned with manager apologies. For dinner a Ahi tuna and rice combo was visually stunning and delicious, the Skirt steak chimichuri and roasted potatoes was ok, a tiny 3 ounce portion was certainly not a value at over $30 and a small side of plantains for an extra $7 made this a tasty dinner they left us wanting more. Good mix of flavors and cooking methods combined with presentation are some of the elements that make up a great experience. A solid 4 stars with room for improvement -

My friend wanted a coffee and we came across this restaurant. The intent was to get a drink and continue to our planned dinner place. While waiting, I was checking out the regular menu and it looked interesting. My friend saw a grass-fed burger and the pricing wasn't too bad. We decided to eat dinner here instead. I got a burrata flatbread pizza which was a personal size, which more like a salad when it first came out. There was a lot of arugula though the pizza was just the right amount of food. Buffalo wings (6) appetizers were pretty good. Just be prepared that your fingers will be covered in sauce. My friend liked the burger which came with a side of sweet potato (it wasn't too soft, nor too hard -- it's perfect). I was too full to even contemplate the desserts listed, which were all heavy. Not a bad place.

My family and I, at Jardin Cafe, enjoying a meal together :)

Came here on a Saturday night for a private dinner party followed by some drinks at the bar. Off…read morethe get go, customer service was great and offered a coat check free of charge for my jacket and umbrella since it was raining, definitely helped make it feel just a touch more upscale than your usual restaurant. Our wait staff was nothing but kind and patient with our moderately large party and checked up on us without being overbearing. Ambiance is very cool, and definitely leans into its classic and nostalgic feel of its name, but not in a campy way. If you bring a date here, they would be impressed by the nice tile and wooden features alone, but it's the food that is really going to blow them away, but we will get to that next. The menu and cocktails do rotate seasonally a bit, so your experience may vary on availability for some items, but if you come back often enough (and spoiler, you will want to), you'll see them comeback! We started with Caesar salad, calamari, and Korean fried wings with the easy standout being the fried wings, a bit spicy but delicious but buyer beware they are messy (don't worry though, they give you moist towelettes to clean yourself off), calamari was cooked exactly how it needed to be and not rubbery, and the Caesar salad was as good as I've had it anywhere (although there's was made with tahini, giving it a little sesame flair). For mains, we had a pesto pasta, steak frites with an au poivre sauce, with sides of jersey asparagus and mashed potatoes. Steak was cooked just right and I'd dip almost anything in that sauce, and the pesto pasta was a nice lighter and herby balance to the meal. Fries were perfectly crisp shoestring style and the other end of the potato spectrum was the delightfully smooth mashed potatoes and gravy. Asparagus has always been my favorite green, and adding a cream sauce with bacon only makes this version of it that much more enticing. Capping off with dessert, we had the chocolate Basque cheesecake, a brown sugar pie, and a pistachio cake. Choosing a favorite out of these is like choosing a favorite child I'm sure, but I am still craving more of that cheesecake, RUN do not walk to get that at the very least. Parking can be crazy in patchogue, there is a small attached lot and some street parking, but I'd advise using one of the municipal lots nearby and walking a little bit for your own sanity. One of my favorite dining experiences in patchogue to date, and will be happy to comeback here to try more of the menu for any occasion!

I've come here a couple times, mostly for happy hour since they have great specials on drinks and food during that time (a Sunday happy hour?? sign me up)! There's a rotating list of cocktails as well as the staples. Last time I got a potato chip martini of sorts, because why not, and it was actually super tasty! Brunch is also a good time to come with a limited menu so you're not overwhelmed with a little of everything on it. I tried the salmon caesear salad which was light with a nice dressing. We also tried the pancakes which were fluffy and delicious, as well as the steak and eggs (can't go wrong). Bottomless mimosas are also offered for $25 additional. I can't wait to do lunch/dinner here in the future.

On top of that, my damn car decided to up and die, so I've been bleeding money on Ubers just to get to and from work. I even had to go into work on my day off just to sit around waiting for the tow truck so they could junk it. Love that for me. After I handled business with the junkers, I said eff it and headed to Whiskey Neat. I was starving--no breakfast, running on fumes--and since my job's in Patchogue, I figured I'd finally try them for lunch. First of all... happy hour on a Saturday from 12-6?! Uhhh hello?? In my Angelina from Jersey Shore voice. And if you pay cash, you get the discount. Say less. They've got a fabulous small plates menu. I started with the French onion soup--ooey gooey mozzarella, cheese pull was undefeated. Soup was delicious too. I haven't had French onion in ages and it really hit. Then I had the pulled pork slider, which was really good, but BABY... those short rib croquettes? To. Die. For. I also had to get my classic deviled eggs. A little heavy-handed on the paprika, but still solid. Drinks were half off, so of course I indulged. Started with an espresso martini because I needed something to jumpstart my day. Then I had a French martini because duh--I'm a French girl ‍. That one was good. Finished with my classic cosmo. Not gonna lie, I've had better, but it did what it needed to do and helped me forget my troubles for a couple hours. Also great playlist of music. I got there and they were playing Ska. Love me some Reel Big Fish and No Doubt. Mixed with some Motown and Bob Marley. Made me remember the good old days.

I've been to Main Street Patchogue a few times before and I'm always amazed at how it's now like Huntington, with tons of eateries, bars and places to hear live music. It was a busy late Spring Friday night and my cousin told me if we were there just two weeks later (ie, post Memorial Day), there would have been lines to get in anywhere. So make resos! I made one easily earlier that day and when we arrived around 7:30, it was not packed, but it is pretty loud in there even half full. Our waiter, Jonathan, expertly took such great care of us from start to finish, even taking my father's dad jokes in stride. There's a solid cocktail menu, but I had a couple glasses of a better-than-decent prosecco. My cousin loved his espresso martini. For food, count on a couple respectable vegan entrees and I went with the Japanese eggplant with cashew ricotta. The eggplant is delicious, slightly sweet with a creamy rather than chewy (thank god) texture. The cashew ricotta is also tasty, but I do think it needed to be blended a bit more to remove the slightly grainy texture (the cashews might have needed more soaking). My father loved his French onion soup and pastrami sandwich. Separate paragraph for the fries. They deserve it. I'm glad we ordered these to share- it's an enormous platter of them. I appreciated that they were salted perfectly. I appreciate restaurants that can make satisfy a variety of preferences and dietary restrictions. The vibe here is festive and vibrant and a great choice for groups and families.

Firstly the packaging for delivery was superb. Everything arrived warm and neat. Straight to the point I would not order the kung pao kauliflower again, the cauliflower was cut into huge heads, which was a nice sized portion definitely shareable however it was definitely over dressed and a mush-fest. I actually gagged a little like it was meant to be baby food, to each their own though. The overstuffed garlic knot while enormous, do not be fooled by the name, it was maybe some kind of cheese and butter with some pesto. While tasty I consider myself a garlic knot snob this was like the third cousin of a garlic knot twice removed. ON TO THE FABULOUS EATS: Smokey Brussels sprouts = phenomenal, crispy and saucy to perfection. Saucy Burger= delectable, large enough to split. Humus and pita= the best hummus I've had in my life! (Could definitely use some more pita considering the amount of humus you get, I'm not complaining I saved the humus and snacked on it for several days). Cesar salad was a Cesar salad.
