Came here while visiting the area for the Bronco off-road event. Free parking around the building. We were seated promptly, our waiter was prompt coming to take our drink orders. The chips were crisp, salsa fresh, flavorful with a slight kick. Wife enjoyed her Jardin swirl. Wife ordered the steak a la Mexicana, steak was plain and could've been seasoned and was rubbery, charro beans was delicious. I had the El Tucán Sol; the crispy beef taco was the bomb (can I even use the B word) lol the shell was amazingly crunchy and beef seasoned well. The cheese enchilada was great with that red sauce, chicken enchilada was good but I like mine with sauce mixed within the chicken to have it moist but overall good. We came to Jardin Corona after having a terrible experience at another restaurant. It seemed like the typical Tex Mex fare. We were seated and the waitress "Airim?" (I'm so sorry if I butchered your name) came to the table with a beautiful smile and took our drink order. She then brought salsa and chips. The salsa was so good, we asked to purchase some to take home. Our food order came and we were all delighted at how fresh everything was! There was so much food, we all had lunch for the next day. Our waitress was attentive, pleasant and smiled the whole time. A pleasant experience, we will be back. read more

We LOVE coming to Jardin Corona in Marble Falls!! The enchiladas, beans, and rice are spectacular, and so are the margaritas! Everything we have ever ordered is a 10 on a scale of 1-10, and the restaurant is clean and well run. Our favorite part is Genesis, our server. She is PERFECT! Our order is always exactly what we asked for, she thinks of things we might need before we ask, and she has a a cute sense of humor and a beautiful smile! We really like this place & eat here on the regular. Their chips and salsa are great, which is very important to me in picking Mexican food places! The queso poblano was excellent and cooked long enough were the veggies were done and not still crunchy. The carne asada was a thicker that normal piece and good amount to onion, but it could have had a few more mushrooms. The food was great. We had the fajitas, enchiladas, and margaritas!! The service the first night was better on the Thursday that we went. Saturday was not as good service (a little slower) but it was a Saturday night. We were camping at the Pedernales Falls State park. We will visit here again. read more

I can't believe I haven't done a review of this place yet we're there all the time! The Spinach/Mushroom quesadillas are my absolute "go to" meal here, they are some of the best! filled with fresh Spinach,& melty cheese, even though the mushrooms are canned it doesn't make a bit of difference, served with sour cream, guacamole, and pico...so yummy! The chicken fajita taco salad is super good too, the bowl is done just right, lightly fried, not too "crunchy" the salsas both red and green are really, really good, and the chips are thinner than most restaurants serve, so, you are tasting yummy salsa, not chip with every bite! My husband eats varied things, and says it's all good! the only thing he hasn't been a real fan of is the sauce used for enchiladas, but that is probably more a matter of personal preference rather than actual taste. We did take out while the dining area was shut down due to Covid-19. The family had been craving Mexican food and Jardin Corona did not disappoint. We ordered the combo fajitas, cheese enchiladas, mole enchiladas, and sopapillas. Everything was so good and their salsa was wonderful. We even took margaritas to go to complete our feast. The staff was very nice, wore gloves, and kept his distance during this pandemic. I highly recommend and will definitely be back. Please, everyone, support your local restaurants during this time!!! Stopped in for a late lunch today. Husband and I like to share the Beef Fajita Nachos. They take three crispy corn tortillas, break them into quarters, cover them with beans, beef and cheese, add a pile of jalapeños, scoop of sour cream and guacamole. Sooo yummy! My husband knows his Mexican food. I'm here to tell ya that he ate every bit of his. He had the El Super Tucan. This had a big beef taco with sliced fajita beef, a chicken flautist, cheese enchilada, rice and refried beans. He said it was very good. I ordered the Parrillada, which has baby back ribs, 2 big shrimp, fajita chicken and beef, and carnitas. It came with rancharo beans, rice, pico, guacamole. I figured we could have it for dinner the next day. There was so much I didn't make a dent in it. So yummy. Great Mexican food and friendly service. What more could ya ask for? read more

We have eaten at Jardins in Liberty Hill and Leander several times. We just had dinner in Marble Falls and the same thing we always have was just not as good. That's all about the food, the service was not so good. Our waiter, Jorge, couldn't hard speak English so it was hard to let him know what we wanted. He had to come back to our table 3 times to ask us questions because he didn't know what we wanted in our margaritas, brought corn tortillas even though I ask for flour then seemed to rush us picking up our plates. Was not impressed. Will be driving to liberty hill from now on. Still gave our normal 20% tip but he was not worth it! read more

Great outside seating, good food, and the BEST margaritas ever! We loved everything about this restaurant with the exception of the host/waiters. We waited 10-15 minutes for our waiter to come by our table after we were seated and continued to have issues with the service the whole meal. When we walked in the hostess was chewing on the straw to her cup and seem to try to ignore us for as a long as possible. I had to walk up and ask if there was a wait or if it was a seat yourself kind of thing. She replied still chewing on her straw that there was no wait and seemed very annoyed that we were there :( after being seated we had chips and salsa on our table quickly but waited another 15 minutes before anyone greeted us for drinks. The restaurant didn't seem very busy but only saw our waitress twice the whole time we were there... once to take our order and then to drop the check. Also I'm not sure if I didn't order there right thing on the menu but I couldn't even take more than 2 bites of my food it was so bad. Service was good even on a busy Saturday evening. The only thing I wasn't a big fan of was the queso. It wasn't bad but I've had better. We'll be back when we're in the area again. Pretty good food, but quite expensive for a small town. We recently visited on evening of 12/26 and it took more than 3 hours for a party of 7 to get in and out. We planned on going to RBar-Rae's but they are closed on Sundays. We went next door to a fudge shop and the lady told us Jardin's was a good place to eat. They have outside, bar, booth, and regular table seating. They bring you complementary chips and salsa. All the items have a fair price, including the alcohol. My fiancé and I Split carne asada and chicken quesadilla. They both came with guacamole, lettuce, pico, and sour cream. The carne also includes rice, beans, and an enchilada. If you like a moist soft quesadilla, which I do, then these are great, but if you prefer crispy I wouldn't recommend. The enchilada was delicious, had a red sauce. My fiancé enjoyed the asada, but to me it had too much of citrus marinade flavor. The rice had peas and carrots in it, which is also a personal preference. Overall I would definitely eat here again. The food was good. The staff was ok. The ambiance was comfortable. read more
