On the day and time of the scheduled repair, no one showed up. I waited a half hour, called, and was told she (Jenna) had forgotten to put us on the schedule and offered to re-schedule us next week. I informed her how my wife and I made arrangements and prepared for this repair job (such as boarding our dog, childcare plans, adjusting work meetings, removing doors and items from the bathroom). When I requested an appointment later the same day, Jenna then transitioned to the weather and road conditions. She made it clear that they had no interest in honoring our appointment. I do not feel the weather was an impediment to this repair job. Regardless, she did not offer to rectify her mistake in a manner that was appropriate to us, the customer. I expressed my frustration with her lack of understanding the inconvenience that Peck Plumbing caused us. Jenna responded in a bizarre, argumentative manner and asked if we made childcare plans for the other plumbers we scheduled estimates with - as if a 10-minute estimate is comparable to a confirmed repair job. It was clearly an attempt to distract from her failure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH PECK PLUMBING! I recommend looking elsewhere for a dependable, professional company.

Water was backing up from a basement floor drain in my South Hill Spokane home, creating a messy and urgent situation. Technician Brandon arrived and, after I described the recurring problem in detail, tested the drain by running water. He then briefly ran a cable snake only about 2 feet into the drain and stopped. He provided no diagnosis, no explanation for the backup, and admitted he didn't have a camera scope on hand--which likely would have revealed the root cause. After roughly 45 minutes, he left without resolving anything. I was shocked to be billed $462 for this unproductive visit. Hoping for some accountability, I left a message two days later for General Manager Chris, asking him to call me about Brandon's service. It's now January 7, 2026--nearly two months later--and Chris has never bothered to return my call, showing a complete lack of integrity or concern for customer satisfaction. Fortunately, I found a reputable plumbing company in the area. Their general manager and team were responsive, thorough, and fixed the problem permanently. Raptor Rooter's work was inadequate, their follow-through appalling, and their overall integrity horrendous. Save yourself the frustration and money--I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE for work beyond attaching a garden hose.

He left my bathroom spotless after two messy repairs and I was so impressed. I have not always had good luck with contractors or repair people. We ordered a dishwasher directly from GE and needed it installed, and the old one removed…read more Apparently in WA state, you must use a plumber to disconnect a dishwasher! We contacted Max and he was able to come and help us on short notice. He was able to disconnect the old one and install the new one, which included hardwiring it as there was no outlet. The work was outstanding and completed very quickly. This is a rental home and I'm sure we would not hesitate to contact Max for any future work.
