A few weeks ago, I hired Jason the Plumber to install a utility sink in my laundry room, the quickly attended my request, compared to other quotes I received, they have very good pricing, we have been using the utility sink extensively and I can confirm that the quality of their work is and also the reliability is very good. I would definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

I had the pleasure of having Jason come and install a gas line. Very professional and well experienced in his trade. He was very prepared and neat!!! Covered my clothes from the attic entrance to avoid any insulation getting everywhere. He cleaned up afterwards and patched any holes he created through out the process of the installation. He even sent me pictures of the installation up in the attic. He is very busy, Be patient and you most definitely will be glad you did. He is the real deal plumber. Thanks again for your skilled trade at work!

Left area clean even vacuumed up his mess from taking the entire unit off the wall to replace cartridge.

Our guest bathroom in our newly acquired home in Laveen, Az had a shower handle that would. It turn enough to get to the hot water. After checking on Next Door App asking neighbors who they recommend in this area several mentioned Jason the Plumber. Checked them out in Yelp. Looked good. Called him and got the owner. Told him the problem he was very knowledgeable about the Moen Bath Faucet and its potential issues. Quoted his $95 fee and what a part and installation would be in whichever direction we needed to go. He was out promptly in the morning. VERY polite and professional. He replaced the cartridge inside the faucet part that is in the wall. He showed me the damage from the old one and what it should look like. He informed me that we have very HARD water here that causes issues for our plumbing. Good to know. Clean cut and wearing a cool shirt with company logo. I highly recommend him and the very reasonably priced (competitive for the area) services he provides.

    No more leaking!

What sets them apart is their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer education. Rather than simply fixing the issue and moving on, they always take the time to explain what they're doing, answer our questions, and provide helpful recommendations for extending the life of our plumbing systems and fixtures. Most recently, Lou and Anthony spent an entire day at our home tackling a long list of plumbing projects. Their work was thorough, efficient, and completed to a very high standard. Despite the large scope of the job, everything was finished in a timely manner, looked great, and functioned perfectly. Just as importantly, they treated our home with respect. Before leaving, they made sure everything was clean and tidy, leaving no trace of the extensive work they had completed throughout the day. It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers this level of service year after year. We highly recommend them and are grateful to have a plumbing team we can trust whenever the need arises.

Well... our water heater exploded with water spewing everywhere this time. Came out same day to get us a quote and also helped me figure out how to turn off the water. Lou came by within a few hours and assess the situation. Gave me 3 options and went with the traditional water heater with 10 year warranty. Lou was fast efficient and explained everything. When he was done, he had cleaned up the area and the garage space where he was working and left everything immaculate. Incredibly honest company.

Five stars from me! I sent out a Yelp request for plumbing…read moreproblems in Apache Junction. Water was creeping out from under my park model home. Ivan, with AZ Desert Plumbing, was the first to respond and I checked out his website and the Better Business Bureau website. No complaints noted so I called them and made a no-cost appointment. Ivan arrived on time, ready to work on an older (20 year old) park model, permanently set on a foundation. He approached the problem from every accessible entrance (3) to the plumbing, to include using a snaked camera when it was determined that it wasn't accessible in person. He found the leak in the wastewater line and documented it on film. He was willing to decline the job, at no cost for the diagnosis, and refer the job to someone who might be a tiny gymnast. But, he also agreed to gain access through the vinyl siding and plywood sheathing, to which I agreed. Ivan methodically removed the siding and cut an access panel through the sheathing to access the waste pipe. The failed section was removed and replaced quickly and tested, with no leaks. Ivan had given me a quote for the job with the caveat that I would reassemble the removed wood and siding. He did quality work as I looked over his shoulder and explained everything he was doing. When his job was done, I had intact plumbing. And, after the agreed upon job, he went the extra mile and put everything back together, to include using his own parts. Tim quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on, and had the repair taken care of right away. He even connected us with a water restoration company, who was able to come out the same day to address the water damage. On top of the incredible response time and service, his pricing was extremely affordable -- honestly much less than I expected for an emergency call with such a fast turnaround. Having water suddenly coming through your ceiling is incredibly stressful, and Tim made the whole situation feel manageable from the moment he arrived. Fast, knowledgeable, honest, affordable, and genuinely helpful. We will absolutely call him again for any future plumbing needs and would recommend him without hesitation!

I was optimistic about this company because of good reviews on Google and Yelp and Nextdoor. While…read morethe cause of my leak seems to be resolved (at least for now) it did bother me that I took the time to ask several times with the dispatcher "Taneea"(sp) and she said there was no fee to diagnose and I kept asking are you sure because in order to see where the leak is coming from my bathroom upstairs from the shower and where it settling we need to look at the pipes underneath where the drywall is and that involves cutting the ceiling drywall. And I asked her again several times if there's any charge for leak tracing or anything she was leaving out just to look and see before repairing and she said no, there's no diagnostic charge. They get here and tell me it's gonna be $125 just to cut the drywall and I just don't understand how there can be such a disparity between what I verified by phone and what I was being told now. And even if I give them the benefit of the doubt that the dispatcher was mistaken (though that's something very strange for a dispatcher who works for and represents a company to say, if not true) the fact that she did tell me that clearly, you would think to keep a customer they would stand by their own word, so not a great first impression. I still paid them $455 to change the cartridge in my shower, but they would not take five or ten minutes to cut up two 6"x6" holes in the drywall and look inside to see if there's any other extensive damage or leaking. I may just leave it for now and keep an eye for any signs of staining or moisture rather than deal with drywall repair. I still will inspect around the electrical where the ceiling fan canopy is and remove it from the ceiling to see if there's any water damage to the fan and light fixture or if it can be salvaged and still works once all is dry and I can restore power to the room. But they refused to look for any signs below to ensure there were no other signs of a leak unless I paid more. Another thing is with a large hole behind the shower faucet escutcheon where the leak occurred what's to keep another cartridge from failing and leaking right down into the room below and getting into the electrical and drywall and ruining another ceiling fan? I wish they'd have taken the time to tell me how to seal off that wall behind the faucet handle or given me suggestions but they just kind of did their job and left. They didn't offer me any advice or tips to prevent this again or set my mind at ease, and taking the time to do that would have made me feel more "taken care of" and built a rapport as a new customer. They just wanted to do the job I asked and go. So while I have no other complaints so far, they didn't go the extra mile or make me feel reassured at all for such a serious issue. It was just a "job" to cross of their list and not spend a second longer than necessary to show, discuss or reassure.
