OUTSTANDING staff! Everyone is super friendly and eager to help! You will even see the managers doing "lower level" work like sweeping and changing trash etc. It's also nice to see they have some special needs people working here also. Food here is always good, no matter what I order. Salad bar has plenty of options, and the prices are pretty good. It can get really crowded, especially Sunday afternoons. I try to avoid those times because parking is hard to find, and tables even harder. read more

The last four times I've ordered (delivery) my food has been exactly as ordered and all of the drinks and desserts were there! It seems like they have been delivering the food a but faster too. I eat out almost every day and Jason's Deli is one of my staples. Very reasonably priced. Nice salad bar. Good choice of soups and sandwiches. I usually get the managers special with any half sandwich or wrap with either soup or salad. And, their baked potatoes are great. 1/2 potatoe is enough for a meal. Stopped for a to go salad. They were so busy taking orders over the phone at the to go counter, they neglected the customers standing right in front of them. For some reason, they thought the customers on the phone were more important. After making our salads, we had to wait again to get a bag with silverware. Also had to ask them to include napkins. It is a bit on the pricey side for a deli, but the complimentary muffins and ice cream are a nice touch. We are also willing to pay more when the ingredients are top notch, which they obviously are here. We have enjoyed everything we've had so far. I have ordered delivery from this location twice now and both experiences have been terrible. Both time the order was late and incorrect. Do not order from this location of you are in a time crunch because they do not keep to the delivery schedule and when you call to ask they tell you they cannot control when the orders come in from the website and cannot guarantee to that promised time. read more

I ate here for lunch a few days ago. I've eaten at the Northside and Southside locations and definitely like the Southside location best. It seems more organized and friendlier. A clean place. For meat and potatoes kinda guy, Jason's is a compromise. If you like rabbit food, this would be a good place to get it. The sandwich that I like (Amy's Turkey-O) is very small compared to many of their sandwiches. This is unfortunate because it's one of their best. What a great experience the manager Denise was great, helpful, knowledgeable, with a positive attitude. In fact the whole staff was positive and great. Salad bar was full and delicious.
