However I was nice, engaging and beyond polite. He rolled his eyes and shook his head at the order in front of me. He glared at me and shook his head at my perfectly placed order. When I said 'thank you' he didn't reply but rolled his eyes. The boss was at least polite, and even counted my change back, a wonderful customer service trait. I'm not sure what his issue is, but he needs to have a talkin' to, New York style.

There have been a few sandwiches that I've tried that I didn't care for but 95% of the sandwiches I get are absolutely amazing. I also like the ability to customize your sandwich to your liking. No complaints with the staff and when I've been inside this store, it's always been clean. I do think the sandwiches here are way better than Subway. Like there's no comparison between the quality and amount of food that you get. Jersey Mike's clearly is using fresh ingredients where Subway does not especially if you've ever seen how they heat up their meats and stuff like that. Often times I will get the large sandwich so I can eat on it for a few days. Regardless, if you get a cold or hot sub, you can bet it's gonna be good.
