I always receive the best customer service at this location. Today, a worker named Dylan took my order and when I was leaving he took it upon himself to come from behind the counter and open the door for me as he noticed my hands well full. Aside from the service their salad bar is always fresh.

Fresh food and large salad bar! I usually get the chicken salad sandwich, which is always good.

SUMMARY: We can't understand the low rating. Been here now 3 times and each time the service has been great, quick, and the food has been good for the price. BACKGROUND: We're on the hunt for a local sandwich place and so far Jason's is working for us. FOOD We've had some of the classics and so far I like their club. There's nothing fancy about it, they make a classic club sandwich. Having moved from the Bay area CA, home of 'artisan' touches that is a ham-handed justification to overcharge a b.s. sandwich to customers, we're happy that Jason's just makes the classics as is. I've also had their roast beef sandwich and my description of the club fits their RB sandwich as well. 4.5/5. SERVICE As mentioned, quick and professional. I like that the younger staff are also cheery each time we've been there. RETURN VISIT? So far, this is our go-to sandwich place esp. on the weekends.

Good food, fair prices, friendly service staff. Plenty of seating, laid back environment and plenty of menu options. Really nice salad bar with lots of options. Had a nice visit and we were able to have a conversation at a normal volume. Plenty of places to park, clean restrooms. Can't go wrong at This location.

Food is really good going in but does not feel great coming out. Enjoyed having the ice cream treat though. Had the New York sandwich and brother had the loaded potato. The weirdest thing was they brought out a plate of turkey. Just turkey.

I called in a pick up order and the lady was very nice with a cheery voice and had a great attitude when I came in to pick up my order. The place was very clean and food tasted great! A lady was training a new employee and seemed to have a good organized way of handling orders in an expedient way.

In the past I've had very mediocre visits with this location. I think that it is worth noting that Jason's is not one of my favorite places, and this is the only one I've ever been too. The experiences I had previously is what made me not want to frequent as often as Panera, or Corner Bakery. However, on my recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised at the way things have turned around. I believe they knocked down a wall or something because now there is even more ample seating. Everyone there was so helpful and eager to serve me. That is something that I've never experienced here. I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup combo. Both were very good One of my favorite things about this place are the muffins that are on the salad bar, as well as the chocolate mousse. Both were very good as well today! In addition to the great food, I noticed that everything was extremely clean on my visit. A table never stayed dirty for longer than one minute, and they made sure the salad bar was clean, and stocked at all times. This visit makes me want to return in the very near future! Keep up the good work

What happened to Jason's deli. Ordered Greek Chicken Wrap. Came with no dressing , cheese or vegetables. Worst wrap I've ever eaten.

Pastry topper overdone and sandwich looked much better than it tasted today. Saving grace was pomegranate blueberry drink

Not great, so burned out on them, my job orders them all the time for all staffings, their wraps are the worst thing ever.

Normally, I don't consider people from St. Louis to be credible deli evaluators, but I was desperate and made the hour drive to Grapevine. We got there at 11:15 and the line was nearly to the door. Within 30 minutes, it was well out into the street. That was a promising sign. The sandwich menu covered the entire wall over the counter. Lots of non-New-York sandwiches like Cubans, gyros, etc, but over in the left corner were the classic Ruebens and pastramis. I went for the latter. A REAL NY deli usually has a few soups like split pea and chicken noodle and matzoh. No soups. Bummer. They had a half dozen sides - 3 kinds of potato salads and a few slaws. I went with the German potato salad. The drink option was spartan - they tossed a styrofoam cup at me and pointed to the soda fountain. The pastrami sandwich was OK for Texas. A SUPER pastrami sandwich on hard rye can get me moaning like Meg Ryan in "When Harry Met Sally" -- only I don't have to fake it. The German potato salad was watery and bland - I should have gone with the mustard potato salad. Turnaround was on the slow side. Napkins = paper towel roll on table. Flimsy plasticware. The overall vibe was affordable utilitarian. I'll give the sandwich a 4, everything else a 3. Next time I'll drive the extra half hour to Cindi's.

Cut into it and that runny yolk pours right over the warm corned beef, adding an extra layer of rich, creamy goodness. Messy in exactly the right way. We also had the liver pâté and egg salad, along with the classic pickles and crunchy bagel chips. Everything tasted fresh, generous, and exactly like a great old-school deli meal should. There are plenty of places to get a sandwich in Dallas, but when it comes to this kind of deli food, Deli News is hard to beat. Great portions, great flavors, and food that makes you want to come back before you've even finished lunch. That corned beef, egg, and runny yolk combination alone is worth the trip. First, the spot is actually really cozy and has a well-maintained neighborhood vibe. It's self-seating so we picked a spot near the huge flatscreen so we could also watch a little television. Service was friendly and attentive. The menu is HUGE, so maybe study it a bit to cut down on decision fatigue. I was initially torn between a breakfast plate and the cheese blintzes. I figured, why not go with the blintzes, because you don't really see as an option much these days. I also got a side of cherry compote and orange juice. The orange juice was nice and pulpy. As for the cheese blintzes and the cherry compote- I think I could've done without it- it made it too sweet. But, it was served in the side, so iI just didn't eat much of it. The blintzes themselves were very good and definitely had a very gratifying texture. Slightly sweet on their own, but not too much. My husband had the franks and beans. I didn't try them, but I did snag a French fry and it was very good- golden and perfectly crispy with a piping hot soft center. Prices were a bit steep, but this is a neighborhood restaurant and iI think it's always good to support locally when you can. Goodness knows, prices for goods is high and labor is not cheap. Overall, I would definitely consider coming here again, but this time I would like to try one of their breakfast plates to get a better baseline.

It's an older, well-worn place without trendy décor or manufactured ambience--and honestly, I felt right at home. It was a quiet Saturday morning with only about four tables occupied. I will probably choose the corned beef next time as I thought it tasted better than the pastrami. I have nothing bad to say about the sandwich. It was pretty good. Exactly like how I expected a Reuben to be. I would definitely order it again. The service was good. I was informed that Carshon's was a cash only restaurant so I brought cash.
