Absolutely love Jason's Deli. My boyfriend and I go here consistently and the food is always fresh and so good. Food was pretty good. Muffuletta's aren't very common... I saw one being made on tv and always wanted to try. The sesame bun was fresh and toasted. Loved the olive tapenade. It also had a good amount of ham & salami. The spicy seafood gumbo was good. Although, even if you say no rice, you get it. My cherry on top wasn't desert, it was pickles. You get one with your sandwich, but I also ordered extra. I got home and I had 0. Made an extra trip back out to Jason's Deli. Got my pickles and an apology... I'm a happy camper. Pretty standard sandwich shop chain. The sandwiches that they have here are pretty solid. Good size, good quality and fairly good price. One of the surprising things is their lack of bread options. No sourdough? Seriously. The one really nice thing about it is that they give you free soft serve ice cream. The food is pretty good fair. Be willing to fight the crowds around lunch time. read more

BIG FAN!! soup, salad, & sandwich joint that advocates eating healthy. some faves of mine: southwest chicken chilli, portabello wrap, spinach wrap, grilled chicken ceasar salad & chicken parmesan. tip: i always ask for a to-go cup so that i can take my sweet tea home with me. Each time I have visited this Jason's I have a bad experience. I order a simple grilled cheese sandwich and they put butter on bread and forgot to cook it. When I kindly asked for a cooked one I sat there waiting for 10 minutes and wondering how long I had to wait for a grilled cheese. Not to mention I had to go hunt down where the first sandwich was to begin with. The salad bar area was also filthy. Glad I'm moving soon. read more

This is probably the best place in Killeen to get a sandwich. And as far as chain restaurants go, they are absolutely outstanding. Everything always tastes very fresh. The only problem I have ever had with them has been delivery. They have been way too slow and the food is usually cold by the time I get it. Other than that, they are great. read more

The food is really fresh. They have great salads and soups and sandwiches. I have stopped coming here because the price of salad bar is over the top. I don't eat that much and so when I order a salad bar for almost 10 bucks and it's just veggies I have to think twice. Because of the reviews, I was hesitant to go to Jason's Deli, but I was so glad I went! I ordered the Papa Joe and the broccoli and cheddar soup. The Papa Joe was delicious!!!!!!!!!!! The cheddar soup was great too! The people I encountered were nice, and the place was packed! A place THAT packed can't be too bad, and it wasn't. I shared my meal with my husband, and he loved it: The Papa Joe, baked chips, and broccoli and cheddar soup! Some complain about the pricing, and I say it's fair and the place is a business. Some complain about the food, and I say go there and order something that you might like. TRY IT! I loved it and we'll be going back! read more

Two star: as a first time customer I didn't know they had a full menu bc they only have a few items advertised on a board. I love it here! The sandwiches are good, and so is the ice cream! I love the salad bar as well, sometimes that's the only thing I order. Always great food. I've been coming here for years. My favorite is the reuben sandwich or chicken penne pasta, but everything is good, and the free ice cream is a plus. Just one thing though. If you want to order ahead, phone in your order, because for some reason, online ordering takes forever. This is the ritzier "subway" alternative. You can see through the bacon! But I get it, this is a delicious, healthier choice. The French onion soup is good, but they could've put more bread and cheese. Substituting the soup for chips was no problem and the staff is very courteous. read more

Everytime I am here I am always attended to in a fast and friendly manner. The to go section is almost always phenomenal as well. The staff is friendly and bubbly and I can appreciate that for this town. The delivery service has always been on point as well. The salad bar is always fresh , delicious, and full of color. I love that it's almost always full to the brim with fresh variety. Ice cream is FREE. HELLO! MY favorite sandwiches are the chicken Pesto Panini. The caprese. The Roast beef au jus. Went with a friend and we both really enjoyed our meals. Very fresh and a large variety on the salad bar. Reasonably priced. The service was GREAT. We told the cashier we had never been there before and she talked us through everything and came over to check on us at least twice. However it was FREEZING inside. It was on a cold day and both of us ended up keeping our jackets on because it was so cold. It was also just after "dinner time" and half of the tables still had dirty dishes on them. read more

Best Jason's deli I ever been to, the food great. When we order are food it took them 25 minutes to get us are food and it was not busy but the manager came by are table and apologized and gave us free desserts and a 25 dollar gift card for the kitchens mistake. This is the best deli in the area! The food here is so good and I always want to eat here when we go out for food! The inside is so nice and plenty of space. They even bring your food out to you and everything which my husband loves! The staff are so friendly and I always want to go somewhere where the workers are great! First time I've been. There was no line when I got there, the cashier explained how it worked pretty well. I got a toasted sandwich, they gave me a number and brought it out to me when it was ready, which was pretty fast. Thought the free ice cream at the end was cleaver and cute. Food is very good..well kids menu is lame, but I enjoyed my meal. We had never been here so we had to sit and go through the menu while standing at the door with people trying to get around us so I wasn't to thrilled at first.
