Things like yelling in a loud voice between employees, crashing things loudly when working in a large room with poor acoustics lowers the quality of the experience. Love the salad bar! It's the best! Also had the Bigger Better BLT, it was simply amazing! Someone said you get table service, but it's actually cafeteria style. You walk in, go to the counter and order. They give you a number that flashes when your food is ready to be picked up. Three stars for the lackluster service at the registers. No "hello" or "I can get you at this register" but rather two sour faced women who could not care less. No, it eased NOT busy. (The lady who gave us our trays and food down at the other end smiled and showed enthusiasm. She should be taking the orders. Seriously.) Absolutely horrid customer service. Cashier was polite but everyone after that was just rude. We were there around 7 , it was slightly busy but nn my horrible. Absolutely no acknowledgement , all the workers were not facing the customers. Finally got the order in.We ordered the salad bar. We get to the end of the counter and no one comes down to give us plates . Finally someone comes from the back and asks us what we need , so gets what we need. Then at the salad bar as were getting salad now mind you is only me and my husband they start removing the dressing and some of the salad parts to clean and I'm. Like um can we not make our salad first and then you can proceed but no they just disregarded that we were there. Making it harder to get some of the salad bar items. Then when my kids were getting ice cream the vanilla was out but rather than change it they ignored it and then wait till everyone settled for the chocolate and then switched it. I'm not sure what happened to just courtesy tonight but it was seriously disappointing. They are only getting a 3 because of the cashier but that was some of the rudest customer service ever. read more

My soccer team ordered some food boxes from here, the food and prices are pretty good and they delivered it on time. The water was also cold which was nice. The first two times we ordered, the was a pickle. The last two times, THERE WAS NO PICKLE! The cookies and chips are a good part as well. read more

I did an online order and it's promised time was to be ready at 6:05... it never showed up in the take out rack and the workers kept saying it was in progress. I finally went up there at 6:35 and they found my order on the back rack where orders don't go. It had been sitting there for 30 minutes. All that was said to me was " did you pay" and I did as I showed them my confirmation email again. No acknowledgement of why it had been on the back rack for 30 minutes or why they kept lying to me about it being "in progress". The only reason they got 2 stars was because while waiting I met the nicest older gentleman and we talked for the whole 30 minutes about his life. read more

She proceeded to pay for our food and walk out the door then was screamed at by the same employee who took her payment telling her to pay for our meals. I wanted to find a great salad bar in this area. Sadly, this was not it. I was shocked at how expensive it is for what you get. I don't want old diced egg and bacon bits. Walking in the restaurant was very clean and the staff were friendly. It was only $20 for me and two children to eat! They have very healthy options with the calories labeled. The food came out within 10 minutes and was delicious. I got the veggie sandwich with fruit and French onion soup. You have a choice of chips, fruit or vegetables as a side with your sandwich. I am a sucker for great French onion soup and they did not disappoint! I also got the macaroni and cheese kids meal and peanut butter & jelly sandwich kids meal with fruit. They are not very helpful or explanatory when taking your order! Then they have the menus right in front of the door so everyone blocking the entrance that's coming in to order! The seating is god awful! It was crowded and there was only 3 tables filled! We couldn't get in and out to get to the salad bar or soda bar or ice cream bar without hitting chairs tables and the other 6 people! Knocked a drink over trying to get in and out and They didn't clean it up, even after I told the lady! The bread was soggy when we got our sandwiches which looked like they were thrown down an assembly line!!! And you can't taste a good sandwich if I don't look tasty! I can't believe this place doesn't have better reviews. I eat here at least once or twice a week. I almost always order half a sandwich and salad bar and I've tried maybe a third of the sandwiches on the menu so far. The only thing I didn't care for was the Amy's Turkey O which was like trying to eat a tube of onion powder. The sandwiches are a great deal, lots of meat, delicious sauces, and the salad bar is phenomenal, lots of choices and most importantly the quality is great. I try to stick with sandwiches I can't easily make at home and I also stick to sandwiches or potatoes as their pasta dishes don't entice me. I appreciate that they try to include more organic and antibiotic free meat and for the variety they offer the price is well worth it. Lastly the service is pretty consistent. First time I ever visited the restaurant. I have had the worse experience! I ask the lady to substitute the bread that they have for a particular roast beef sandwich and she tells me she can't. I tell her ma'am the bread is right there I'll pay extra but she tells me that she can't make it happen. The croissant-bread and meat just didn't compliment one another. Seems as if they just slapped things together but didn't really have an explosion of flavor.
