We placed our order online this morning. It was supposed to arrive at noon for our business meeting. The food was delivered an hour and a half late. For sandwiches, this place is the best! Delicious muffulettas, like-homemade yummy pot roast, stacked high corned beef, and many varieties of other sandwiches. They also offer a great salad bar and gluten free options as well. Then, finish it off with FREE soft-serve ice cream! They have spacious seating and the staff is helpful and friendly. I always look forward to going to Jason's for great deli sandwiches. The service is prompt, even when they are busy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food comes out fast and hot. The sandwiches are huge, and taste fantastic. My favorites are the Reuben and the Beefsteak! The kids love the free ice cream, and the kids menu is wonderful and healthy. What's not to love? More of a Panera than a Deli once you get inside. Tons of seating, looks like they do a lot of catering. Sandwiches were good, lots of meat and were pretty cheap, came with a pickle and chips, good meal to pack for a beach day. read more

Excellent Food and excellent service. We visited this restaurant on 03/09/14 after Sunday worship service. Got right in and served within minutes. Everyone in our party of 5 said their order was delicious. We ordered the Club sandwiches, Papa Joe sandwiches, chicken pot pie soup, vegetable beef soup, french onion soup, & salad bar! Naples local. My father and I just wanted something simple, fresh, close by, and quick to go. Perfect! Alexia (who greeted me) made sure the staff was getting my order ready, on top of answering phones and questions to walk in dinerals, directing people in the right direction...etc etc. Although our order was slightly off, we love everything there...prices, quality, guest service. The food here is "so so". You come here when its a last minute decision to go out and everywhere else has an hour or longer wait to get a table. There are plenty of seats here and the food is ready very quickly. A friend ordered a side of salmon and it looked like it was microwaved. The pasta dishes and sandwiches we've ordered the few times we've been here are good. The free soft serve ice cream has a weird texture. It doesn't seem to have enough cream and kind of taste gritty. read more

I stopped in for a bacon, egg and cheese on focaccia bread. The sandwich was not full. I think they used only one egg and one piece of bacon. You basically got a mouthful of bread. The bread was good. The place was extremely clean. They need to put more product in their sandwich. read more

This used to be my very favorite place to grab lunch or dinner. However, they have changed the quality of how they do things and I am quite disappointed. I just recently went with my mother in law to find out that you have to stand and wait for your food at the end of the counter instead of the much smoother process they had before where you would take your number, choose a table, put the number up there, grab a drink and by the time you sat back down or shortly after that they would bring your food. Today I went with my best friend to grab lunch, despite being disappointed about their change previously, to only be even more disappointed this time. I came in, ordered my food- a soup to eat in and a sandwich to go, and it seemed simple until I sat down. We moved tables three times fighting the freezing temperatures and when we finally decided to move outside there wasn't a clean place to sit! We moved stuff aside and cleaned off a place to eat and then around 20 minutes later someone came out to clean the tables. Disgusting. I wasn't even angry or really upset at this point, I have a very level head and I understand in a business things change blah blah BUT we were ready to go so I took my receipt for my sandwich back inside only to be informed that they never even made the to go sandwich. I had to stand around for another 10 minutes for them to make a sandwich and then when I got home it wasn't even the right sandwich. I used to rave about this place. Convinced so many people to try it out because their food was great and their service was great for a little deli. I wont be going back unless I order takeout because no where else makes pot pie soup like them but I am still extremely disappointed. read more

Food was good. My BF had the Corned Beef and he said he definitely had better. But it wasn't bad. There was definitely a need for more people on the floor cleaning considering how many were behind the counter chatting. But for the price I expected better. read more

This place is always filled with screaming kids the salad bar is not fresh or well maintained. Food comes out fast, and you have to love the free ice cream. sandwiches are dry and aren't very consistent. Good for a quick bite with the family read more
