This location did nothing but disappoint me last night. First of all, I wanted something very simple, plain, quick and easy for dinner. I did not want to get acid reflux or an upset stomach, so I had my mind set on picking up just a baked potato. Keep in mind I went to this establishment before 7 pm, which I think is a very typical time to be eating dinner. I go through the drive thru, closed. So I go inside to place a to-go order. I wait in line to place my order. I finally get to the register and ask for a Plain Jane baked potato to go please. Guess what? They are not serving anymore baked potatoes for the night... Are you kidding me? You don't close for another 2 hours, there is an entire baking rack full of potatoes in my eyesight and you're not making anymore baked potatoes... I walked out. I've been disappointed by this location before, but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another try. Disappointed yet again. I probably will not be going back here and I would not suggest anyone going here either. read more

Even though it is a chain eatery, the service is outstanding. This Jason's is close to our home and we frequent it at least 3 times a month. The staff are courteous and fast. The food is good. It's a great place for the family. My kids love eating there because of the complimentary ice cream! read more

Normally I don't write reviews but someone from corporate needs to address the lack of cleanliness of this restaurant. I have visit this Jason's Deli numerous of times but I was surprised at how nasty this place is. I entered the restaurant around 10:30 am and I looked down and the floor were nasty with paper all on the floor, the salad area counter top was horrible with food smeared all over, flies by the food prep area, and the garbage cans were full and the tops were disgusting. It's 10:30 am and they haven't had lunch crowd yet!! This Jason's deli needs to be Cleaned asap!! read more

Jason's Deli, I love you. No really, I. Love. You. As I write this review, I am 600+ miles away from home, but I'm ridiculously happy and so is my tummy thanks to you. I placed a to-go order online today & scheduled it for when I planned to leave the office. Ordering was a piece o' cake, and picking up was just as pleasant. My dinner for tonight + lunch for tomorrow was meticulously packed, fresh and beautiful. Not a single thing was out of place. I've patronized this location at least a half dozen times over the past year and let me tell you review readers something - I've got so much faith in these folks that I don't even bother to double check my order to make sure everything's in there. Risky move you may think, but these folks are culinary and customer service experts. It just doesn't get more legit than that. Jason's Deli crew - y'all are legit. Too legit. My husband and I were excited that a Jason's deli opened near us. We've been several times since then. The food is excellent- the California club is the bomb! Broc cheese soup is great. And free ice cream?! Yes, please! I have mixed feelings about the staff. They are mostly teenagers, which is no big deal, but most of them have serious attitude problems. I was happy to see a new Jason's Deli going in so close to home. This new location is like the others, clean and spacious. We came in on a busy Saturday night and the service was good and fast. Lots of happy smiling faces ready to serve. I had the Cuban Press Sandwich and it was very good and my Wife had the light portion Chicken Pasta Primo and she enjoyed it as well. We checked out the salad bar before we left and we were really impressed with the selection of lettuces' and variety of toppings. We can't wait to come back and give it a try. Food is not that great for the price. We spent $35 today one of our items was a potato we asked for sour cream and the response was that will be .25 extra. Really are you doing that bad in business you need to charge me for sour cream. Won't be back. read more

Huge location, but size doesn't always matter. Right? Had a party of three and could not find a place to sit. This was not due to the droves of people, but the amount of dirty tables left unbussed. Looked like a lost soul wandering with my little cup of water find a table to plant my number on. Food came out in decent order. got the roast beef sandwich which was piled high with meat. This was only dwarfed by the bun the sandwich was built on. Too big and toasted very unevenly. i will be back and hoping my fitbit doesn't freak out after the number of steps to find a table. ;) read more

We love this place and it's on our regular lunch rotation. Fast efficient service delivered to your table at reasonable prices. Never had a bad sandwich here and the Salad Bar is huge. Always clean the staff keeps tables cleaned up and turning so very little wait. Only suggestion I would have is to simplify the menu. read more

We had never been to Jason's Deli before today but that will definitely be changing! We loved our food and felt like we got a ton for our money. We both ordered the half sandwich, which comes with chips, and added a trip to the salad bar on. The employees were great, the food was awesome! We had the California and the royal clubs and both were outstanding. I had blue tortilla chips and salsa which was good. Salad bar was fresh and had lots of options. And--FREE ICE CREAM. The cashier at lunch time helped to make my day so much better today. I unexpectedly had to get my car serviced at nearby Gateway Tires and had already killed an our and a half walking across parking lots and along the highway, running errands to entertain my grumpy toddler by the time I decided to grab a salad here. The cashier's cheerful attitude immediately made me smile, and she patiently answered my questions as I had not visited Jason's Deli in years. I placed our order to go, and she offered my toddler a free drink while we waited! By the time I finished filling our drinks, my order was ready! Very friendly staff and quick service. They were pretty busy one day I went and my food arrived at a surprising speed! The restaurant itself was fairly clean, the floors were a little dirty around the salad bar, but it was overall a good atmosphere. I recommend eating here! read more

I'm so disappointed. I no longer trust the crew (even management) to make my food. I CAN NOT eat gluten. Jason's Deli has a gluten free dedicated work station and tools. I always watch as my food is being made to ensure that it's being used. Typically, it isn't unless I ask. In this case, I did ask. I watched them make my sandwich on the same surface as gluten sandwiches. I watched them use the same knife to cut a gluten sandwich and go directly to my gluten free sandwich. They also toasted my sandwich after i requested not to, because there is not protection of cross contamination in the toaster. When I spoke with the Manager, he assured me he'd made the sandwich himself with the gluten free dedicated tools. He in fact said that the tools are now being washed in the back since he'd just used them. I requested to have the sandwich remade anyway since it was toasted and I stood there and watched. The gluten free dedicated tools that he said were in the back being washed... was magically pulled from the shelf in the front and started preparing a new sandwich for me. I'm very disappointed that a place like Jason's Deli can not be honest about things like this. I'm pregnant and was diagnosed with celiacs disease. If I had not seen that he was lying... that could've been bad for both me and my baby. read more

The food was not worth the price. I ordered a spud and half a chicken salad sandwich. (Not a chicken salad sandwich meal, mind you). The associate repeated my order to me and asked what dressing I'd like....for my chicken salad...to which I responded, "none?" Then I made sure she understood that I wanted the chicken salad sandwich and NOT a salad with added chicken. When my order came out I received the spud and a massive salad (which also didn't have any chicken if it was supposed to). I explained that that was not what I ordered. Then they brought me the half sandwich meal which was more like 1/4 of a croissant. I asked if there was a price difference in what I paid for and what I received because it should have been pretty significant. It was only $1.25 difference. Definitely NOT worth the $18. Will not be returning to Jason's. Not necessarily because of issues at this particular location, but because it is very overpriced for what you get. I'd rather go some place I can count on to have a little more even correlation. read more

Great salads and sandwiches! I love the salad bar and free ice cream. It's a bit pricey but great fresh ingredients.

I go to Jason Deli about 3-4 times a week normally. Went by last night and ordered the chicken alfredo pasta and a side salad. When I checked my receipt, I noticed that they charged me full price for the side salad $6.75. The menu actually says a side salad with an entree is $4.5. When I asked, the manager on duty said since I had my wife with me that this price did not apply. We actually lost our appetite and returned the side salad dish and received a refund. I do not understand why you would try to scam loyal customers. Bye bye Jason"s ! read more

I love Jason's deli, my favorite from this place is their baked potatoes, they are HUGE. They pack the potato very well, and instead of having the to put butter on top of the cheese and other toppings (depending on what kind you get) its under it so when you cut into the baked potato the butter just oozes out and never goes unnoticed, my favorite is the Plain Jane, goes great with the guacamole as well. Their chicken sandwiches are good as well, I do like the salad bar here but I was honestly expecting more, they have a pretty good selection things to put on your salad and they offer some organic things like Hummus and Quinoa beans, and when you order guacamole they come with organic black chip (yum). Jasons Deli in my opinion is very similar to McAlister's, but a slightly pricier version with better baked potatoes. read more
