Jason's is our go to when we are running errands at Brier Creek but today was a flop for sure. I had the limited time Lobster Chowder. It was a fake orange color and tasted like Krab Substitute. Carrot Cake was pre-cut and therefore the edges were dried out. Ds Sante Fe Chicken Sandwich was overcooked and stringy. Usually Jason's is much better, a consistent "fine if you want better than fast food" meal. We will be back but today was not a good day. read more

Another great experience. From cashier, food runner to manager, everyone was polite and accommodating. Of course the salad bar never disappoints. Kids loved the Mac N Cheese and Pizza. And free soft serve makes as a great incentive for the kiddos to clean their plate! read more

Ordered pick I got there 10 min after my pick up time and i had to wait another 10 min for it. The food was good just took my whole lunch time waiting here for the food. What's the point of scheduled pick up time if it's not ready. They were not busy only a few tables in the restaurant. No one said sorry for having to wait . While I was waiting the employees were joking around and one worker was yelling rude things at the manager guess she wanted some attention but if they would stop playing around and do there job food would probably get out on time! read more

Great selections for GF. I wasn't in mood to eat healthy today so had the small orders of loaded baked potato and chicken nuggets with a side is fruit salad :). The nuggets for cornmeal encrusted were good and the baked potato were both delivered to the table hot. Everything tasted great. I have been coming to this location since the beginning. We live in the neighborhood and we enjoy Jason's Deli. Today I ordered a taco salad to go. I was surprised to see that there was only lettuce shreds on top of crushed tortilla chips. There was no lettuce to be had on this salad. In total, I paid $17.00 for two. If it wasn't lunch hour, I'd probably go back and request a refund. Perhaps they are under new management. Perhaps someone forgot to add the lettuce. This is not up to usual standards for Jason's Deli in Brier Creek. So I am surprised. Next time I will check my order before leaving, if I choose to come back. read more

Four Words! Yum Me Li Cious Eaten hear several times. Great for the family. The kids love it. The sandwhices rival Panera's sandwhiches in flavor and amount of acutal meat. Only complaints: Canned drinks no chip variety Other than that...we will be back!!! read more

This is my first time visiting the Brier Creek location but not Jason's Deli in general. I ordered the corned beef and pastrami and Irish potato soup. It took about 15 minutes to receive my order and when I got it my soup was not piping hot and my sandwich was also lukewarm. The Swiss wasn't melted all. Although extremely disappointed I did not complain because I really wanted to enjoy my evening. I am rating it 2 stars because of this. I may update my review if I visit again but for now another visit is unlikely. The free ice cream is poor quality and watered down. It is the cheapest you can find out of a soft serve machine. I think they should certainly go with a higher quality soft serve brand. read more

We eat healthy here at least every other weekend. Salad bar is decent, not amazing and they over use "chef mike" microwave , but we manage better here then elsewhere. Gluten free options are good. Grain free are limited. read more

This place is great to stop in for a super casual lunch. They have a vast selection of items. I've gotten their soup in the past and LOVE it. Most of their soups are very hearty. Definitely made to be a full meal in itself, but a healthy, modest portion as well. My husband loves their salad bar. It's also a great place for kids since they have a free soft chocolate/vanilla ice cream server on the side :) I'd say it's definitely cramped seating, so that made for the lack of the fifth star, but their service is always very kind, warm, and welcoming. The acknowledgement they give their customers is something I value. read more

I went here to get the salad bar which was $8.49 and you could go back as many times as want. I was disappointed there wasn't a better selection of protein. There were only hard boiled eggs and bacon bits. Grocery store salad bars are better than this. read more

I love Jason's. I get their takeout often--a plain Jane potato on those comfort food nights! They're super quick and always nice. Great salad bar, and pretty good sandwiches. I can't speak to many because I always get the plain Jane and/or salad bar, but my favorite sammy is the Reuben! Complimentary soft-serve machine for their customers (yum!), and plenty of seating inside and on the patio/sidewalk. They delver too, but there's a pretty steep delivery charge. Might be worth it if you're ordering for several people. read more

We were a bit dissatisfied with the food - this struck me as a more glorified Panera. We ordered the spicy seafood gumbo which wasn't too bad (salty but spicy to overcome the fishiness of the shrimp) but the muffaletta came out cold, where even the cheese didn't melt onto the bread. The restaurant did have a cool concept of free ice cream but be warned that it is more ice than cream - somewhat regrettable. However, the price is about the same as Panera, and you get a nice menu selection. Ok place for a fast lunch stop if needed. read more

I love Jason's Deli! Their menu is huge, so many delicious options to choose from. My boyfriend allllllways gets their French Dip and it's his absolute favorite. I've tried a lot of their vegetarian dishes and there are so many I still haven't tried yet! The restaurant is always clean, food is served super fast and in my opinion everything is very well priced. Definitely check this place out if you haven't had a chance! Hooray - Jason's Deli. I have been to 3 of the Triangle's JDs, and this one is probably my fave. It is clean and the food is always fresh. I have been ordering the tuna melt for 300 years and never get sick of it. It is on a hearty wheat bread with eggs in the tuna! They have complimentary muffins and nuts. It is smart to go on off-hours, or you will end up in a long line waiting for a place to sit. The staff is pretty quick to clean up a table, but you have to put something down to claim your spot. I am not embarrassed to admit, fellow Yelpers, that I have used - at various times - sunglasses, jackets, notebooks, a glove, and a sock (don't ask) to claim a booth. Once seated, though, it is easy to relax and enjoy the goods at Jason's. read more

He didn't bother to say hi or even look up and when I asked if it could be possible to change my order, I thought I was going to get shot. We have been to Jason's Deli twice after hearing strong recommendations from family. The food is tasty and looking around at everyone's over sized sandwiches just makes you want to go back again and again to try more and more items off the menu. I have tried the alfredo (rookie mistake at a deli) and the pot roast sandwich (which was tasty). You get a lot of food and the price tag reflects it as well. The service is outstanding from our experiences but seating can be a pain and you may need to hover over others if you plan on getting a booth. read more

We met up with a group of 10+ people this busy Saturday afternoon and were fortunate enough to get a table to seat our entire group. The menu was quite large and varied so most people should be able to find something they like. I tried a half sandwich and side salad. Both items were very tasty and the salad bar seemed very fresh with a good number of toppings available. I work in the area so I frequent this location pretty often. While ordering my food over the phone today I experienced the worst customer service ever. I'm ordering my sandwich and the person taking my order could not understand me so he asked me to repeat it several times, which I had no problem with. I was put on hold for a moment because I revised my order. While on hold I hear the person taking my order (Jesse) say "Spinach, I don't even know what that is.", in return manager David replied, "Open your mouth, I know you open it for other things" So since I was outside I decided to walk on in while still on the phone. I see Jesse standing with the phone to his ear so over the phone I asked him could I speak with a manager (he has no idea I'm standing behind him). As David and Jessie walk from the back David makes the comment "oh no I thought you put her on hold", I then hang up the phone and look him in the eye and say "No he didn't put me on hold". I then speak to a manager other than David who explained to me that I would have to speak with the GM on tomorrow, which I have plans of doing. I wasted my whole lunch break dealing with David's foolishness, so needless to say I am absolutely pissed. This is absolutely unacceptable you never know who's watching so at all times you should be providing the best customer service. I will never spend another dime here!!!! UNACCEPTABLE read more

Recently they added a special baked potato with cheese and brisket and I really liked it -plus it's huge. I also like the Amy's Turkey-O, the cheapest sandwich on the menu and the Beefeater although I preferred the Sgt. Pepper which is no longer on the menu. I also like the free "ice cream" although it seems to be ice milk. But after going here and to several other Jason's locations at least 50 times, there are things I just can't understand : You can buy a soft drink for 2 bucks or so but at least half of the clientele asks for water, get a free glass and proceeds to fill it with soda at no charge. The salad bar is quite expensive for one that contains only salad and toppings i.e. no tuna or sliced meat, but many people just take what they want from the salad bar (slaw, pickles, muffins, mushrooms, hard boiled eggs, hummus, etc.) to go along with their sandwich purchase. Why not offer a "small salad bowl" at a lesser price ? They seem to have a dozen variations of a turkey sandwich at various prices. Why not charge just one price and let you pick the toppings and bread ? I have seen people go directly to the back of the restaurant, take the free ice cream and in a few cases, bring in their own containers and fill up from the salad bar without ever paying for anything and yet I've never seen an employee question this. I guess the "honor system" is supposed to prevail, but I know this would never go over in New York. The size of the sandwiches varies tremendously at the preparers' discretion. I have received both overlarge and much smaller sandwiches at the same price. Jason's is always a good experience. I wouldn't recommend the soups and the corned beef and pastrami are way below New York standards, but otherwise as long as I stick to my favorites, it's fine. read more

We lived in Brier Creek for 2 years and had no idea how good this place was until we moved! We stopped by for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised at the size of the place and the quality of the food. We each had a half sandwich (turkey on wheat & ham & swiss on French) with soup. Both sandwiches were fresh and delicious. The tomato soup was great...and FREE ice cream?! My toddler was in heaven! We'll definitely be back to try the salad bar and specialty sandwiches. read more
