This small sized Jason's Deli is consistently top quality in food, service, and cleanliness. I eat here at least once and many times twice a week, and I've never had a complaint. The salad bar is always fresh and full, and there seems to be plenty of employees doing their jobs. The management is always visible, and usually drops by your table to check on you. This is a good place to go if you need something quick and fairly healthy. They have recently updated their salad menu. Their new salmon Pacifica salad is only 450 cal and excellent! ! Not impressed with the salad bar. It's very limited. Both times I have been they have been busy, but service has always been fast and the staff is nice. I love the plain jane when I'm in the mood for carbs and calorie regret. Also love their Cobb salad. read more

This is a Jason's Deli. If you have eaten at one before, you won't get anything more or less then what you are expecting. I ended up getting the Deli Cowboy which is loaded with brisket and chedder cheeese and is topped with barbecue sauce. I really enjoyed it. My daughter got the baked potato which she was not able to finish because of its size and my two boys each got the pasta with meatballs. My kids always love what they get. My wife and mother in law got the salad bar and had no complaints. Everyone's favorite thing at Jason's Deli is the ice cream or frozen chemicals....whatever you want to call it, it tastes really good. We usually always go back for seconds. If you like Jason's deli, I see no reason you will not like this location. read more

Love the muffaleta here but today's experience was off. Tried the salad bar, HAIR in the cucumbers. Told someone in kitchen and he simply picked it off and left. Yikes! Well I just love this place. I can get the manager special for around $8 and it feeds me for two meals. You get a huge half sandwich and chips, and a huge salad that you make yourself. Everything is fresh and organic too! You even get a free ice cream for desert. Dine-in is much better at this location. Only part of the menu is in the drive-thru. They have usually had friendly customer service and have kept the salad bar clean/stocked. Cleaning up after customers/busing tables in a timely manner has been the only issue. read more

we usually LOVE eating jason's deli but tonight was the last time i'm going to this location. in the drive thru my card declined , even though i have plenty of money and i think it was just their system. so we drive home to get cash and come all the way back and the manager is rude and our food has been sitting out and is now cold. plus we get home and realize some of our food is missing. SERIOUSLY?! also shouldn't the manager have the best customer service over any other employee? yikes. highly disappointed. read more

The staff at this location is very nice. I ordered some last minute catering for a party, and everything was great. The food was on time, and tasted very fresh. The chicken salad was a bit dry, but the veggie sandwiches and wraps were so good. I also would recommend the quinoa and shrimp salad. The restaurant is very clean. read more

Last Thursday Feb.4th 2016 my husband and I went for lunch about 11:45 A.M.. We ordered the 1/2 sandwich cup of soup special Jason's has. Hubby had cup of french onion soup with a partial muffaletta and I had a cup of Shrimp gumbo and 1/2 chicken salad sandwich. We love Jasons and are steady customers. Our food was good ...nothing tasted bad. However later that night we ended up very ill and in the Lakepointe Hospitals Emergency room with food poisoning and hubby had to have an IV. The only food we shared was the shrimp gumbo. I only ate 3 bites of it and hubby finished it off. Neither one of us has ever been that ill and it has taken us 4 days to get over it and I can tell you it will be a very very long time before we eat shrimp gumbo again! read more

We ordered at 7:04 order number was 50175. At 7:30 I asked when the food would be ready. I was told my sandwich was almost ready and 5 mins (31 minutes after time on receipt). The buzzer rang. I picked up the food and my wife's and my son's food was cold. I took their plates back up to have them remade. Instead they were microwaved. My wife's soup was fine, but my sons quesadilla was returned without chips and pickle. This was another 5 mins of my life. I asked for a manager, and she came out and asked if I wanted a new soup. I said no, as now my sandwich was growing cold. I expressed my extreme disappointment to the young lady and returned to eat my now cold VJ sandwich. My wife was fine with her soup (although it still wasn't hot enough) but my son's quesadilla was now a greasy mess, as the cheese had separated during microwaving. He wouldn't eat it and refused my offers to get him something else. He just sat and pouted with tears in his eyes. I have eaten at several Jason's Delis for over 19 years, usually the one on Mockingbird Lane. I always am happy with food and service. This is the Jason's closest to my home and we ate here once when it first opened. The experience was sub-par then, but I chalked that up to newness. Tonight was a miserable experience. I took my family out for dinner and ended up angry, with a sad and hungry child. I did not get an "I'm sorry" from anyone on the staff, even the manager. When leaving I dropped of the uneaten food with her and she didn't take that opportunity to apologize either. read more

Ate here last night for the first time. I have been eating at Jason's for many years and this is first one I have ever been totally unhappy with. Ten minutes after we ordered, they came to our table and said they were out of what my wife had ordered so she ordered something else. What they brought her was not even close to what she had ordered so we went up and ordered once again. This time her order came out but mine was very cold by then. I decided it will be fine because we'll just have some ice cream for dessert. Went up to the machine and a lady was cleaning it. I asked if we could get some ice cream and she said, "No workee". Tried this place after hearing ads about how great they were, I love good fresh sandwiches. I ordered the Club sandwich but on their French bread and let me just say for $10.26 I got dried out crunchy bread that was like 5" long, so much lettuce I couldn't taste much more of anything, the guacamole had chunks of onions in it which I can't stand and there was hardly any turkey on it. I was so not impressed and will not be going back again unfortunately. read more

Today I placed an order and paid for it online. The restaurant had no record of it when I went to pick it up. The employee who handled my order was very rude. I had to show her my e-mail confirmation on my phone because she kept simply denying that I'd even placed an order. Even after she finally saw my order confirmation and believed me, she had to keep coming back to ask me questions about my very simple order (1 wrap). This is the 2nd time that the drive-through servers have been rude to me at this location. I feel disappointed and disrespected and will NEVER return here!
