The various meats brought the saltiness and savory flavor I was looking for and it all paired well with the eggs and cheese. The bread it was served in had a nice crunch to it which is always appreciated. The sandwich was great but the next time I get it I have to add the SPK (salt, pepper, ketchup for you non-Jerseyans).
