He gave me a detailed breakdown of what happened and spent the time to visually point everything out to me so I fully understood what was going on. He provided me with multiple options, and unlike a lot of other companies, at no point did I feel pressured into paying for any more expensive options. He clearly just wanted me to make the best decision that works for my home and that I was comfortable with. As soon as we had a game plan, he was here and got right to work taking the old system out and bringing the new one in. It was a multiple-day job, and the whole crew were respectful of my schedule and availability. They were all quick, friendly, they showed up on time each day and stayed late to make sure the job got done at the end. I also enjoyed that they left my basement floor in cleaner condition than I had originally left it for them! During the whole process, Shawn has been easily accessible and quick to respond to any follow ups. And in the end, I have a brand new heating system and my house feels nice and toasty. During a cold snap where our heat stopped working, Chad promptly answered our call/texts and…read moremanaged to stop by at the end of a very long day for him. After some quick, expert trouble-shooting, he got our heater working better than ever, and more importantly, just in time to get us through the night. I had literally just finished my work day, bought wood for the fire place, started insulting windows and doors, and bracing myself and family for a cold night (my house looked like a disaster zone and I was equally haggard; it was embarrassing, but Chad was a professional). It was such relief just to have heat for the night, not to mention saving some $$$ money, based on his assurance that though old, our well-maintained heating system can last longer. We feel so lucky to have called Chad and glad that we had the presence of mind to get a second opinion in our moment of desperation. Someone else had looked at the unit earlier in the day and charged us a pretty penny for the inspection only to tell us the unit is old and we might as well just replace the whole thing, three days later, while we were already in the dead of winter. Thank goodness for the honest (and knowledgeable) folks like Chad out there who puts their customers first.

Lou came out to give the estimate himself and was very no nonsense and straight forward. He thoroughly explained the options for a system in detail and what he thought would work best and definitely gave me his best price up front. His style was definitely appreciated as some other companies made geothermal seem like a mystical art and balked at even giving me a ball park price unless I gave them a non refundable $1200 upfront to spend a day doing measurements and calculations on my home. Lou on the other hand was very low/no pressure and was happy to answer any questions I had both during the estimate and after the fact via phone. Just an old school good businessman. Anyway, Fast forward to install days (it was a 2.5 day job) and his crew is super friendly. They didn't mind my asking questions where respectful of my home keeping my home and basement as clean as possible while working and completely cleaning up after each day.
