I got Brad's name from a Google search. I have been so happy with him and his work. His son, Zac,…read moreassists and both have been a pleasure to be around. We had water damage from a downspout leak and ended up replacing everything and adding on projects because we were pleased. Brad does stuff other contractors do not. He stayed to the end of the project and was not at other worksites at the same time. He was able to get to my job quickly which helped us put my mother's house up on the market right away. He works steadily while he is there and takes pride in doing things neatly and correctly. Lastly, Brad sticks to his prices and estimates well. How many times have I gotten an estimate and the price triples? Not here. I was working on the yard while they fixed the house and miss the good that comes from being around honest work.
