I have been going to this salon for a couple of years now, and the last two times, my nails have broken within days of getting them done. I have gotten my nails done for years and never had an issue like this. This last time, within less than a week, 5 of them broke. When the first two broke within 24 hours of getting them done, I went back the next day and got them redone. With the next four days, three more broke, but it was the week before Christmas, so there was no time to go back. Within a week and a half in total, 7 of them have broken. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I will not be returning to this salon. Spending 75 dollars on nails, and they all break within a week and a half is not acceptable. I thought maybe the first time this happened was a one-off, but now it's clear something is wrong. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

Super fast service with long lasting nails. I usually go in without an appointment and they are always willing to accommodate, even when I've come with a bigger party (mom, sister, daughter). I've had different techs almost every time and all have done a good job. Vibe is chill and they even offer drinks if they know you may have to wait a little longer. I called in as I was getting off work to make sure they had availability for a hard gel manicure and gel pedicure. I get there and immediately the vibe feels rushed. They sit me in a pedicure chair to wait for someone to start my pedicure while a gentleman starts working on my hands. I had to request for him to work on/touch up my cuticles (which was a mistake). He was then aggressive and had an attitude that I had even asked. He made 4 of my fingers bleed, especially my pinky in an attempt to remove a hangnail that I didn't even know was there. My pinky bled for the whole duration of the manicure. All over his tools and file, and then he just proceeded to throw it back onto his cart. I truly hope he disposed of it afterwards. The bowl he had me soak my hands with the cuticle chemicals and such he just dumped into my pedicure bowl as I was getting my pedicure done. He half assed the hard gel overlay making it super thick and shaping is uneven. I asked for more rounded, left with squarish still. Everything is crooked and uneven. I've gone here a few times but this will be the last. Terrible customer service, unsanitary, poor services. It's gone down hill for sure. read more

A new salon in a sea of similar options. Jazz nails definitely impressed. The salon is clean, well designed, and full of dazzling, foo-foo glam. Currently the location/address on Yelp is incorrect (I've submitted updates); the salon is located in a large shopping center on Marks St. and Sunset Rd. near Best Buy/Joann's/David's Bridal/Costco. They are offering 20% off all services for their grand opening and an extra 10% off on weekdays with Yelp check in! My boyfriend and I came in for some pedis and relaxation. All the staff were quick and friendly; we were able to be seated in a chair and start relaxing a good 10-15 mins before it was our turn. Definitely set the tone for the rest of our pampering. I was really happy with my nail tech. She did a great job and worked with my difficult piggies without issue. I have very sensitive and ticklish feet so often times pedis are not as relaxing or comfortable as they should be, but that was not the case this time! I'll definitely be back again for future pedis and likely give them a try next time I'm doing a basic mani for something special. My only minor critique would be the ambient music; it was a little too intense/energetic, like a dance club, for what I usually associate with a salon or spa (relaxation and/or soft pop/rock). My friends and I have been coming here for a few years. The quality is hit or miss, but overall, usually decent. Today though, will be my last time. I arrived right at our appointment time, whereas my friends arrived a bit early and got started early. We all decided to do the 2nd level pedicure ($37). My pedicure was done 2nd out of 5 of us. My toes are all cut up and bleeding and the polish doesn't fully cover all of my nails. When checking out, there was an attempt to collect $47 from me and I nipped that in the bud. I paid my $37 and tipped the gentleman. Seriously disappointed in the nail tech's behavior - I was told no for multiple colors because they were too light and it would require too many coats (3), told me I had an hour and half to choose a color just wait they didn't want to go back and forth getting colors (after I choose one they didn't agree on, that they didn't bother even getting) - after choosing a color they agreed on I could use they layered it with something else so the colors did not match toes and fingers. I had a set removed and a full set replacement and both hands don't match shape and length. For $150 and almost three hours I expected quality workmanship silly me. read more

My 6 year old and I had a wonderful experience at Jazz Nails today. We called around 2p and were able to schedule a kid mani pedi and a pedicure for myself for the same day. They were really busy when we arrived about 10 minutes late but they were still able to assist us with a minimal wait and they were very courteous. Steven and Jason did a great job on our nails and they were so kind and patient with my daughter. She even asked to go to the bathroom in the middle of her pedicure. I cringed and they reassured me it was fine. The salon is beautiful and even the employees that didn't take care of us were really pleasant. I'm a big fan of their pricing too. I walked in for a 10am appointment with Henry last Sunday and heard the dreaded words "Im sorry, Henry is out sick"! My heart dropped and panic set in because he has been my usual and favorite tech for quite some time now, and I am very particular about who works on me. I ended up getting a pedi with Michelle, and I was most pleasantly surprised! She was very thorough. She got right to business and did the BEST callus removal I have ever had. I got the paraffin wax treatment as I normally do, but it was so much better this time because instead of all the wax piling up in the back of the bag below my heel, she had me set my foot down flat first so that the wax covered my entire foot before propping my feet back up. That was a nice touch and a great tip the others should take into consideration. Diane did my gel fill and she has always been great each time. You can tell that she has many years of experience. She is quick, efficient and always shapes and paints my nails perfectly! She has done my eyebrows in the past as well and is great at that also. A short review of my mani/pedi. Pedi was good. The man took his time and was racing. Though the message was less than desirable. I got powder dip. It was fine. The women was nice. I came in with almond shaped nails. She didn't ask what shape I wanted, I didn't speak up, figured it was obvious. She rounded them all and I had to ask for her to reshape them. It was the first time getting dip and so apparently you don't get a hand and arm massage with dip? She started to work on my nails in the chair, which I honestly hate. Why do they think this is comfortable and relaxing? Not just here. I'm all twisted and your bending my arm in ways it's not meant to go. Which lends me to think why my nails ended up being a little sloppy. There's still color under my nails and the sides of many of them are white. See pics.
