They also vacuumed the air ducts and vents throughou the house and took before and after pictures of their work. Update on March 11, 2026. This detail is regarding quality and workmanship. For customers like me that are or have had a HVAC system installation, make sure to check the house foundation vents afterwards because even the tiniest of cracks/openings can allow for critters and rodents an entry point to exploit to make your home's foundation crawl space area a home during the cold season. In my case, the HVAC installation required breaching a single house foundation vent along a wall and a flooring vent to reach my home closet heater area within the home for the piping. Unfortunately, after the HVAC install, there was insufficient filler/foam/stuffing of the breached wire mesh vents for both the external and interior vents which caused a rodent nuisance inside our home. Luckily, we quickly noticed and plugged the vent gaps when we made sure no mouse was left inside of the home. BTW - mouse droppings are very small and can look like black sesame seeds; also they love to chew so any bits of material is a warning sign. Obviously, mice droppings are a health hazard too so take care asap when possible; perhaps professionally if the installation is serious. Hope this comment and post-installation check tip will helps others. I just wished Jazz Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing had done the correct job from the start but I understand these things can be accidently be missed at times. We're still happy with our HVAC and recommend Jazz but Jazz please note and remind installers of this particular possible event. PS - we use our HVAC everyday!! :-) read more

A few months ago, Jazz came out to help me do a plumbing repipe of my whole house due to corroded pipes. They were available on short notice, which was really convenient, and they got the job done in less than a week. I realized that they never actually filed for a permit with the city, so I called to ask them to do that. They kept saying "someone will get back to you" and I never got a response. I tried the main line multiple times and texted Chance, the project manager. More than a month after first reaching out about the permit, I still haven't heard back. The entire experience of trying to work with Jazz to get the permit has been really frustrating. Edit: I called the city permitting office and confirmed that Jazz never even filed anything, so Noah's claim that the city is to blame for delays is completely false. Went with them for both a new hvac set up and a complete water re piping and lateral work. Up to this point, all work seems to have been done acceptably and well. The issues here is the rest. I went with them to have a white glove experience and have end to end support with minimal need for my own involvement since this is for my senior parent's home. I wanted them to not have to take care of anything and have Jazz handle it all: scheduling inspections, follow ups, city contacts, and a quick experience wrapping up in over a week. I was told we would have a dedicated project manager on site every day overseeing the work - this was not the case at all. My elderly mom had to correct the workers on multiple occasions and let me know. They would've left things as is if I didn't call support to have this dealt with. To promise project manager onsite but not have it feels misleading. Overall the project has taken over a month so far, which was not the experience my parents were needing. It's too much stress for them. The value here was to have this handled efficiently and and without much involvement but that hasn't proven to be the case. The contract was signed Jan 12 and to this date work hasn't been completed. I've also had to step in multiple times to remind them to schedule workers or inspections, on one occasion they booked the city inspector without booking the workers that needed to be there. Wasting my mom's days in the process. Overall, it seems the work has been done well (with our continued surveillance) - however still waiting on city inspection - but I would NOT suggest them if you're hoping to have a light touch experience. a lot of follow up has been required to get the basics that were promised to us. read more

Let me start by saying that Isaiah was wonderful. He was the technician that responded to my request. He provided excellent customer service. Now the hard part. We ended up going with another company. You know those businesses that try to sell you more than you actually need? it seemed evident that this company was all about that. I imagine they recruit young plumbers who are just getting started. I appreciate that. I hope those young plumbers are paid decently. I received a follow up text from a customer service person assigned to my account to follow up on my decision to move forward on their over priced estimates. "A simple NO and I will QUIT this follow up." So, I texted back, 'NO'. I received the following text but did not respond: "Sure thing! I'll close out this follow up. Although if you don't mind me asking, is this something you have put on hold or have you gone with another company?" Too pushy and too expensive. They were pushing to sell me a new toilet. I just needed a toilet fill valve. Less than 20 bucks on Amazon. The lowest estimate with this company was over $700. The plumber that we went with fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and without trying to convince me that I needed to upgrade my entire toilet. read more

I scheduled Jazz Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing to come for an heater repair since it was having a hiccup here and there in winter from their great reviews. Alex came and gave me the bad news. Due to the flames coming slightly out versus up, the heater's bad according to him and repairing it would cost $7000 on a new furnace heat exchanger. Wait, what? Yes, you heard right. $7000 for a repair, no not replacement. Mind you I did tell them that there's an error code with the red light flashing on the circuit board but he said it could have been anything. I mean duh? That's why I need you here? Once I heard $9000 for a new unit on top of that I knew this was a scam. They did a carbon monoxide check and it read 4-5 parts per million and that breathing in is bad according to him. I did a quick Google search and guess what? Overwhelming results shows that anything less than 5 is considered "normal" in a house. Cause they (Alex) couldn't "close me" on their visit, they asked for their visitation fee which I happily paid because it was there for $59. However, when I asked for a full quote and after they came to consider a week in and talking to two people (Alex & Mikaela) I'm still waiting on it.... Yea folks, these guys don't have your best interest at heart. Do a little digging and you'll see an overwhelming amount of questionable bot reviews on dudes doing reviews on only just THEM. Yea, sure. LOL. I'm getting a new unit from a more reputable company, and guess what? $4000 on Carrier and not $9000, joke's on them. read more

Had our sewer line back up and start coming out of the tubs. Called a couple companies but Jazz was only able to come out same day. Isaiah came out and was able to figure out clean out the blockage past the clean out. Really helpful emergency response! What was even better was they were then able to check out the whole pipe with a camera after and identify the issue (Big crack catching debris) and a schedule a fix to prevent a future block up for the next day. He arrived earlier than what dispatch told me when he would arrive, but at least he called me and waited for me while I rushed home.
