But it also might be due to people malding at spending a lot of money on something that didn't work for them. I was here window shopping, we are not the same. Plenty of parking the Saturday afternoon that we went. There was staff everywhere in every section, 2-3 of them even, who were ready and there to answer questions or guide you to where you need to go. Definitely a tech nerd's paradise if anything. They have a Tech Bar there, a station to build your own computer, and I think the most unique thing that they have here is the extensive in person shopping for 3D printers and the different color filaments, if you're into that as a hobby. There's things for gamers (even a lot of set up for gaming racers - a lot of which I have never seen before then), people who like to build and DIY things, consumer electronics, and even figurines and toys, for kids who are there too, I suppose. Pricing was fair: paid a diagnostic fee to find the problem, then $130 to fix everything. Other shops quoted me way higher just to look at it. No upselling, just honest work. Well, 100W was not enough for a high performance laptop like the Dell Precision 5690. The 100W got me through the day, however, I kept getting messages from my laptop power couldn't be optimized. A few weeks later, I found the boxed charger in my trunk and had forgotten to return or exchange. I decided to go to my local Best Buy in Costa Mesa to see if anything could be done. George in customer care and was so upbeat and friendly. I explained my situation and he carefully reviewed the package. He was curious to see what I was running since it seemed 100W would work on just about any laptop. He chuckled when I told him. I guess the man knew a little about laptops lol I SO appreciate his help as not only did he resolve my unfortunate situation, but did it with such care and style. I learned about how to make those pictures on the IPad notes like they show you on the official website. She told me that the IPad Pencil Pro is the best on this. I learned about how to do the stuff. I also love how Kayla gave me some Apple product trivia. An example would be that I mistakenly thought someone's phone number in the notes was about to be misused by a creepy stranger, but Kayla told me that it's a sample number created by Apple. She was also transparent on me on when the IPad Air M4 and the 17e release dates. She told me that they'll be arriving to the Apple store in-person next week on Wednesday.
