It's really really frustrating to feel ignored as a paying client. I'll be finishing up my remaining credits and moving to another studio that values better communication and customer service. I wouldn't recommend this studio. It's a shame because it was close by, but the way the studio operates has made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable and I won't be returning.

But after my first session with Moira, I can't believe it took me this long. Moira is a great instructor, who is professional and always goes above and beyond in group class and private sessions. Now I come regularly, for private and group class, and have encouraged friends and family to join me as well. I can honestly say that Upgrade Pilates studio is my preferred studio, because it is smaller and gives me more one-on-one attention from the instructors. They are hands on with correcting form and ensure that the movements performed are not hurting us. The regulars in the class are great to workout with as well. It's fun knowing that we're all "going through it" together and the class gets a good laugh. Definitely recommend coming to this studio.

My friend told me about this new studio which was newly opened in March '25 and I was super excited since it's only 15 minutes from my place. I took their first free class and been hooked since!! And of course I've became a member since. They often have special promotions on memberships so make sure to ask them about it or download the Neaumix Fit app you can also enrolled there. Their app is super easy and intuitive to use, so convenient to book classes. I love that this studio is brand new and aesthetically pleasing with beautiful color lighting mirrors for those selfies and IG posts. ;) The owner Alondra is super nice and sweet! She is also one of the Pilate instructors here. I always look forward to taking her classes on Sundays! All the instructors here are AMAZING!! Special shout out to Alondra, Hannah, Crissy, Isabella, and Amanda. I've been taking their classes regularly and their classes literally kick your butt (in a very good way)!! They are so good with correcting your forms or offering modifications if you couldn't do certain moves. I always feel so revived and rewarded after each class. Since Neaumix is franchised so each location has different owners. I couldn't recommend this Lake Forest location enough. If you're looking to start your Pilate journey, look no further.
