I had a 3rd generation IPad that was completely destroyed. Cracked screen (in several different areas),metal frame bent at two separate corners, and can't leave out the fact that I'm in the middle of starting my own business my IPad played a huge role in research/note taking. I called EVERYWHERE!! Apple store=$485. YOU BREAK WE FIX=$350. And a few other places that pops up a the top of Google's search engine. All had ridiculous prices. I am a regular customer of JB Computer for about 10 years now. They relocated their business from Garden Grove to Anaheim. Over the period of 10 years, I had my computer as well as my iPhone fixed multiple times, and all for a very affordable cost. Johnny, the owner, is very knowledgeable and provides me with answers and suggestions to all my questions whenever I run into a problem. I would not switch this place with any other place, even though I live in Mission Viejo and it's quite a drive for me. The reason why I like this place is because the owner is very honest and professional. They also offer cheap prepaid phone service providers, which I definitely want to try as I am paying a lot for my phone service at AT&T. I called Johnny and got a quote. He quoted me half of what the competition wanted for a fresh os install. I was having issues putting it on a m.2 ssd I had bought. I brought my laptop in. He did not change the process and charged me the same. The next day he let me.know that he couldnt get the OS on my m.2 ssd. He would be willing to charge me the initial price and would change out my HD for a ssd. When I went into the store he had a ssd that I was able to purchase. It was well priced and saved me the headache of having to shop around. He installed it in front of me and did the work for me all in the same day. ok so I messed up my MacBook Air pretty bad. I got nail polish remover in it. we got it to apple and they said they MIGHT be able to fix it with the price of about $750. I mean, at that price might as well get a new laptop. desperate and sad, we came across this place and at first I didn't have much hope but after explaining my situation to John, he said that he could fix it all for a price of $400. this is wayyyyyyy better than Apple and I had more trust in him. I came here for alterations on my bridesmaid dress. My dress was a whole two sizes too big and JB cut it and made it fit like a glove! Beyond happy with the outcome and glad I found my go-to person for alterations. I had a full length dress that needed material cut off and was hemmed to it's asymmetrical shape. He did it perfectly.
