Definitely better to clarify everything before any work begins I ended up having two locks installed, one smart lock and one traditional lock, and both installations were done pretty quickly. He also made duplicate keys for me, which was convenient. The work itself was efficient, although there was some debris left behind that I had to clean up afterward Overall, I'd recommend Jin if you're looking for something quick and effective, especially if you're in a last-minute situation like I was. My front door was misaligned and he showed it to me and I asked him if that was something he can fix and without hesitation he said, "absolutely". So not only did he rekey all 6 locks that now work fantastic but he realigned my door that now shuts perfectly. Him and his son cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell they were there. Oh and he also fixed the metal opening where it latched by cutting a metal piece and attaching it so it's more solid and locks more securely. Could not recommend them any more highly than this. I called the business and they said they would reach out to the technician. 10 minutes later, the technician called and said they would be there in 15 minutes. 15 minutes passed and he said he was 7 minutes away, but he ended up showing up around 30 minutes later. We waited over 1.5 hours for them to check the lock and quote us $350 instead. We told them we were quoted $110 on the phone and he said that was a mistake and since my lock was different, it would cost more. To lie to your customers about the time and then go back on the price is ridiculous. I originally chose this service since they were less than 2 miles from my home. Would not recommend.
