Jerry was very professional and did a great job. He always put on booties before entering my home. He first came to take a look and give an estimate for free without charging the trip, unlike some other plumber who would charge $150 just to come take a look. We discussed the plan on how to proceed and I ordered the valve stems for the leaky bath tub faucet plus brand new faucet trim and valve system just in case the valve stems could not be easily removed and replaced. (The new faucet trim and valve system were not needed so I will return them unopened.) He also replaced the shower's mixer pressure balance kit which I already got the part for. Since it was done during the same visit, Jerry kindly offered a discount for it. After Jerry finished replacing the faulty parts, he tested the repaired tub faucet and shower to make sure there was no leak, and told me to check that the other faucets in the house were also working fine. He cleaned up the debris into his tool box and did not leave any mess. Overall, the jobs were done well, timely and professionally. Jerry is a 5 stars plumber who I will recommend and plan to hire for future jobs. read more

I had an old leaking shower cartridge that was stuck in the valve. Most plumbers recommened full valve replacement which might have required shower replacement due to its age. Jerry was friendly on the phone and quoted me a reasonable price to do the work. He even gave me some hints to try before his appointment. Well, his advice worked! Jerry is very reliable, honest and friendly. I had gas leaks at two sites of my house, and he was able to reseal the pipes to fix the leaks. PG&E ran a test after and verified there was no more leak. One of the gas leaks was coming from behind my Viking stove/oven unit, and he was able to carefully pull it out without damaging my hardwood floors and then reseal the gas pipe behind it.
