I was referred to Kiet, owner of ALL GO Plumbing & Rooter, by my neighbor, and I'm extremely grateful for that recommendation. This was a true emergency situation. I received a text and email alert from the San Jose Water Company notifying me that we had a significant water leak overnight. Between 7:00 PM and the following morning, nearly 1,600 gallons of water had been lost in an eight-hour period. I searched all over our property, checking the exterior water lines, main house, and ADU, but found no evidence of a major leak. After eliminating other possibilities, I concluded the leak had to be somewhere in the crawlspace beneath the house. Unfortunately, I can no longer crawl under homes myself, so I called Kiet for help. To my surprise, he was available and arrived within 20 minutes of my emergency call. That level of responsiveness from a licensed plumbing contractor is almost unheard of these days. I truly lucked out. Kiet quickly diagnosed the problem, located the leak, and completed the repair in approximately 90 minutes. His work was professional, efficient, and reasonably priced, especially considering the emergency nature of the call. The problem was a blockage in the main line. (During the night, we had tried to plunge the toilet blockage. This apparently caused a breach of the seal at the toilet, which ended with water coming through the downstairs ceiling. Ugh!). Kiet showed up quickly to help us with our plumbing issue. Kiet first tried using the 6' auger, but that didn't work. So he removed the toilet and used a 25' snake. He found and removed the blockage, which was about 5 paper towels (aargh... the housekeepers doing, no doubt!). Then he resealed the toilet and cleaned up the area. We had a little emergency tonight around 9PM with the only toilet in our 2 bedroom condo. Both my hot and cold water valves were completely stuck, leaving water to run for almost an hour. Finally was able to shut off the main water supply but I didn't know what else to do. Luckily I called All Go Plumbing and Rooter and they got to me within an hour! Turns out my water pressure regulator needed to be replaced (I hadn't replaced it in over 20 years, didn't know that was something we were supposed to do lol, ooops) as well as my hot and water lines/valves. At the beginning of last month, we noticed water pooling around the base of our toilet. A little searching around and it seemed like the culprit was likely a failed wax seal, but I wasn't about to do that particular repair myself and needed to get a professional opinion anyways. I called and All Go arrived promptly. We have a small bathroom and I offered to move things around to make more room to work, but I was assured it wasn't necessary, and sure enough it wasn't a problem. A little disassembly and the failed seal was confirmed. We were very grateful when he explained how the leakage can cause complications such as damage to the floor or other parts, but took time and checked to make sure everything was still in good condition. With the hard San Jose water and the age of the setup (more than 15 years) we lucked out and their was no damage to the floor or the flange. A new seal was installed, and he did a great job cleaning up the worksite. Now the base of the toilet looks clean and professional, and a month later there isn't a trace of water. This company hands down the best plumbing company out there! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We are out of their service area, but Kiet was willing to come punctually to help us out, on a Saturday. This is the 7th time I needed to call a plumber in 1 year with this house. Previous plumbers, despite having excellent reviews on Yelp, either diagnosed the wrong issue, never spent time to look at the whole plumbing system, suggested the unnecessary remediation or did a quick fix to get the sewer line running and left. Kiet took his time to show me the condition of the pipe, spent big chunk of time to hydrojet and clean out the entire sewer line from the back of the house all the way to the city pipe. His equipment are so modern and updated that you could tell this company invested in the great tools to serve their clients. I cannot recommend them enough. Many people can do plumbing but only Kiet shows that he cares for his business and his clients. read more

Called All Go Plumbing on a Friday night (6PM) due to my washer drain leaking and he picked up right away and scheduled me in for Saturday morning between 9-10am. He came at 9:30am. Super friendly and helpful. I told him I was trying to learn as much as I can so I could do things myself and he talked me through every single thing he did.
