FINAL UPDATE! Shout out to "DAVE" once again for the AMAZING JOB he did at my rental! I now have a kitchen faucet that doesn't leak and looks great in the kitchen! My corroded shower head is gone and I have a shiny new one that sprays on ME only and no more ceiling getting 1/2 of my water! :) Esperanza was right when she sent Dave out to me and if you are lucky you will get him too! JB Water and Air is a very reputable and honest company to work with. Had a plumbing problem this past weekend that needed fixing. Took a couple days to resolve it as it was a weekend. Was going to get a second opinion but the owner (Dalen) came out Monday AM and recommend solving the issue by installing a clean out valve. Tuesday AM a crew came out that included Angel and Mario. Spent about 6 hours installing the clean out system. Once installed they were able to snake through the system and locate the stoppage . Much to my wife's relief . Can't say enough about Angle/Mario just total professionals that were fun to work with. Company is lucky to have them. read more

Terrible price gouging company. Charged me $65 for nothing. All I had was a broken stopper assembly for my sink and they wanted to charged me $325 to fix it. In the end, they did nothing. They also broke and repaired one of my other stoppers in the process of trouble shooting. Overall Useless Money Hogs and terrible customer service. I already knew what the problem was. I just wanted them to atleast pop out the stopper. But they couldn't even do that. read more

I have an issue with a 2 year old Rheem. No hot water. Rheem said I need a new gas control unit and it would take 1-2 days to get. And if I needed more parts, it would take another 1-2 days (after I paid to expedite shipment). Calib and David came out to look at what I needed and they were terrific! They listened to my issue checked it out closely, connected with one of their experts to be sure they knew what the problem is and I need more than the new gas control. I needed the connections as well and went to their truck, connected with Rheem (on hold for half hour) and came back and said they ordered the other parts. These guys were sensitive to what we are going through and because part of the solution vs try to get as much money out of me as they could. Nice people. So was the person who took my call at JB water and air who got Caleb and David to come out today! Thanks guys and let's hope these parts come tomorrow!! As for Rheem, don't ever buy one. They are a disaster to deal with, on hold for extraordinary long times and will ship your part for free with 2-4 day delivery!! Rheem could care less if I had hot water. read more

First, JB Water and Air was recommended by another plumber who did not have the opening on his schedule to do a quick repair (always very positive to be recommended by another plumber!) and I called them at noon and they had a wonderful tech (Owen) who came out within a few hours and he was able to fix the issue (pin hole water leak just past the water meter) and restore water to my home in a few hours. Owen will be who I ask for when I need help in the future because I'll definitely call JB again. And there was another company who wanted to rework the entire line for the low, low price of $7500. JB is an exceptional value and does not jump to the most expensive repair when the situation does not warrant it. This company and tech are who you want at your house. read more

They were hired to fix one of our properties. They scammed us! They told us if we didn't pay their bill they would send us to collections, but the work they put in wasn't properly done. They charged extra fees for multiple things they didn't fix. They made an invoice with fees of things that didn't pertain to what they fixed, they submitted only a few pictures but added thousands of dollars worth of fix. Tried to talk to the plumber and they said they'd talk to billing to fix the billing issue. Dropped maybe $$500 off but I calculated with the pictures they sent the invoice should've only been around $4-5k . Then left our bathroom still unable to be used. Didn't even send anyone or a third party to fix the broken ground, that they broke, in the invoice it said they were going to make sure it was able to be used. How is the shower going to be able to be used with holes on the ground? Broken cement all over? Yes the pipe was fixed but who can shower without a leveled ground to stand on? And guess what? The water will still spill over to the bathroom floor. This company isn't good at all, our property management uses them and i hate it. Please don't use them! We can't even talk to someone that'll help us in that company and they all act like they're such a big company that doesn't communicate with each other. I will be reporting them to the BBB read more

This company did some work on my house while it was occupied by some renters. 8 months later, the tenants are gone and I find they did a poor job sealing the tub against the floor, leaving a gap wide enough that there's an actual draft! All this time water could've been seeping in there and causing damage and now I need to deal with it. John has been here several times for our plumbing needs. He is thorough, friendly, and does quality work. He always explains everything to your understanding. He also has made himself available for follow up questions. He has helped us out with a new dishwasher being installed by the 3rd party installer that we bought from Home Depot. When I had questions about the work that someone else did, John - who had just done some work in our bathrooms that morning- swung by to take a look in the afternoon. They are superb and great. I had an issue with toilet not properly filling up. I explained what was going on and I think it maybe the unit inside, be it the pump or flap. I provided my availability and they were able to work with it. I later received a call from Carlos (absolutely great guy, friendly and personable), I explained I was at work but that I'd leave early at 1pm and be home within 20-30min. I called to let them know that I was headed home. I got home earlier around 1:15pm, and Carlos arrived within 10-15min after. Very friendly, helpful, understanding. I showed what was going on, he was able to assess it. Didn't take long, he had the parts already with him and performed a replacement. After replacing, the issue was done. I also asked about the tub and if there was a way to help with keeping it clear of hair. He shared his knowledge and even helped to clear what was there. He was also helpful to provide advice about the cleaning tablets, I had used one and he didn't recommend it due to the fact it could clog the area where the water flushes down in the toilet. He saved a lot of future headaches and concerns. Overall, very professional, helpful, great customer service, prompt, resourceful, friendly and willing to share advise / suggestions to avoid potential problems down the road. We bought our house with a water softener system already installed, so we didn't know much about the history of it. It went on the fritz and would not stop running and was discouraged when the company it came from and a few other places recommended a complete replacement, which wasn't in our budget at the time. We relocated from CA to AZ in 2009. We wanted to install a Whole House Water System and were referred to JB Water to help us. We enjoy and are thankful for this whole house system as it helps remove so many impurities which you can visibly see when the Big Blue filter is changed each year. We were asking for quote. We gave them the new buyer inspection report with picture. I called my realtor and told her how unhappy I am with JB Water. We both agreed JB Water don't know what they doing. My Realtor is going to pick up that $85 tap to say sorry to us.(I am really please she is doing that for us) She is very disappointed at them.
