These guys are on point! If you're familiar with my other reviews you'll know that I don't hold back on expressing my concerns over the seeded wedge extinction epidemic. Amazingly JB has risen from the 90's and has brought with them seeded wedges! I should note a very friendly delivery man can bring them to your door, what a breadth of fresh air (cough cough unpleasant uber/door dash drivers). While clearly I'm partial to seeded wedges, JB goes well beyond just this. Every time I've ordered from them it's been on point! Love their pizza, hot and cold sandwiches, salads, and apps! I love their pizza. The crust is thin, so don't overwhelm it with toppings, although they are pretty generous. Their BBQ chicken pizza is the best around and precisely what you're looking for, I promise. I've only gotten small pizzas, but it's just enough for two people, assuming you aren't starving. Their prices are so reasonable for Norwalk. Two pizzas, one with toppings, for under $25.00 with delivery and tip is pretty remarkable around here. I've paid nearly the same price for a single pie that's the same size! Their delivery is quick, and it comes piping hot. The delivery driver is also very polite and friendly. I had ordered from here before a few times and didn't really have an issue until twice 2 weeks ago. I ordered through Seamless on a Saturday night. I opened the box and the entire pizza crust was burnt to a crisp and completely inedible. The only reason I even ordered from here is because I liked the thin crust style. Even many of the toppings were burnt as well so after a few bites I had to throw it away because it was inedible. I called JB's and spoke to a manager who told me to call Seamless to have the order reimbursed, which it was. I was told this was a one time thing and I said I would give them another chance. I decided to give them another chance the next night and got the same inedible burnt trash. I called again and asked for a manager again but was told none was in and they were not authorized to refund the pizza. I was told that the owner would call me the next day and 2 weeks later I have never received any call or message from them. I was also told again that this was a one time thing but it's hard to imagine getting 2 consecutive completely burnt crusts/pizzas that were nearly inedible and believe this is just a coincidence. Anyone with eyes and a bare minimum care about the quality of their food would have never served this. I would have been happier receiving a call that the order was delayed because they had to remake it rather than be served trash. And still no refund or call back regarding that 2nd burnt pizza... read more

This is easily the best pizza that I have found in the area. The Norwalk/Stamford area is obsessed with Colony pizza but this is the true hidden gem for amazing bar pizza. The owner is SUPER nice and cranks out the best thin crust around. The pizza is always crisp crust (I like mine well done), cheese to the very edge, and delicious flavor. The only negative I will say is that sometimes the toppings are a little light but I will not deduct a star because I think that is just bar pizza. Colony is way skimpier on toppings. Usually I just ask for double toppings. This is a must try if you enjoy a nice thin crust pizza. Prices are great too. read more

There are so many great delis in this area but JB's feels like a step above. You can be coming here for breakfast or lunch and get exactly what you are looking for. The food is phenomenal. I've had just about everything they make and I'm always happy/excited to eat it. I love the Brand-o and my all time favorite buffalo chicken. Pizza is 10/10 especially the hot oil. We're big fans of Colony (Reko's in a bind) and JB's turns out and DELIVERS similarly thin and delicious pies - but with a bit more personality. The BBQ chicken pizza is amazing! I was visiting my elderly grandmother, who lives in the neighborhood, and am not a great cook so I ordered a pizza from JB's and walked to pick it up. The store smelled amazing and all of the guys working there were nice and friendly. I am still dreaming of that pizza since returning to Los Angeles! I loved the pizza. It seems so easy... I mean, it just comes from a regular ol' deli, so how come all delis all over the world aren't this good? I don't know, but damn that is good pizza. Had 2 slices, sausage and chicken scarpiella. Great quality toppings on each, with the scarpiella having spicy peppers on it. Leaving NYC, I realize that spicy is only relegated to the 'ethnic' restaurants. If you want to get something spicy, you generally would not go for that in a typical American or New American restaurant (other than chicken wings possibly). How come this flavor is missing in American restaurants here? In other cities, especially ones of Italian descent (but still American), you might find spicy dishes mixed in with the crowd, and then you will have a few 'ethnic' restaurants as mostly a novelty experience. Just something this made me think of... no idea if I'm right or not. but yeah, this deli is great. I would love it to be my deli. read more

Would not recommend. I ordered the Mac & Cheese bites, a egg & cheese bagel and a ceasar salad with ceasar dressing for delivery. When I got my order(after an hour) the dressing was not ceasar, and the salad was just lettuce with a few croutons. The mac & cheese bites had only 6 bites and cost $6. JB's is new to the area and makes the BEST pizza in town. My company has had pizza and sides delivered several times and everybody raves about it. The crust is thin and crispy and the toppings are outstanding. They've got a couple of specialty pies that you can't find anywhere else, like their salad pizza and JB's Favorite with sausage and cherry peppers. JB's even manages to elevate the humble macaroni salad to haute cuisine. I never thought I'd use the word "exquisite" to describe this everyday picnic fare, but give it a try. It's rich, cheesy and will make you go back for seconds. You should try JB's before it gets discovered the lines start forming. read more

I'm pretty sure the pizza would have been good if I got the pizza at a decent time. I called in at 12pm and they said delivery time is about 45 min which is fine even if it came around an hour BUT it came an hour and 30 min later. I know because soon as I hung up I started my stopwatch on my phone. My advice is not to order during busy hours. read more

JB's has the best thin crust pizza in town. If you are a big fan of Colony pizza give JB's a try. I think it's better. The sandwiches are also great. My son gets a chicken cutlet every time. And the chicken parm is better than you get at any Italian restaurant. Breakfast sandwiches are also top notch. Can't go wrong there. read more

Personally, I've never really liked JB's. The sandwiches are so so and they're kind of overpriced for what they give you. Also they make you pay more to get something on a wrap, which I really don't understand. Three stars, however, because my work colleagues like it, and keep making me order from there. I am in love with this tiny neighnorhood joint. Everything I have tried there is good. Great goumet hot sandwiches, good salads. But the pizza is the best thing there. I recommend getting it with their hot oil. There is a pizza place that is really popular in this area called "Colony Grill." They have really good pizza - we thought it was our favorite. Until we tried JB's. It's the perfect New York style thin crust pizza.
