Never confuse vegan with healthy, the two are not mutually exclusive, so when you are eating nachos from here being in the saltiest most basic chips, do not be surprised. They are just the base to the monstrosity that is Vegan Vibrationz nachos. While there was definitely care in assembling the nachos, the flavors were just not great and the time it took to get the nachos was just ridiculous. The main binder was a slightly spicy sauce squirted on some lettuce and tomato with beans. I really think my order was forgotten and then when I was inquiring about it over and over, they finally assembled the nachos. Overall, not the best experience and the nachos were blah. I love the idea of a vegan place to eat at Legacy Food Hall, but the food and the service here missed the mark.

It was a great tasting and fun taco. The Spicy Mango Margarita on happy hour was perfect. It had a nice kick and the tajin rim was the perfect touch. The ambiance is so cool for tacos. First, many of the dishes lacked the authenticity. The hot and sour soup wasn't sour at all and was overwhelmed by the flavor of sesame oil. The black bean noodles tasted like instant noodles you could make at home, and we ended up adding black vinegar ourselves just to bring some acidity and balance to the dish. The sweet chili shrimp also didn't taste fresh. At the end of our meal, we literally said "this tasted like Chinese buffet food." The service and dining environment made the experience even worse. Throughout our meal, we constantly heard dishes being slammed around from servers cleaning tables. At one point, something was dropped so hard that dishes shattered across the floor. A trash cart was parked right next to our booth while we were eating, and the staff even started mopping the floor directly in front of us during the lunch rush. I understand that restaurants often hire seasonal staff during the summer, but proper training is still important. The way the dishes were handled throughout our meal was loud, chaotic, and disruptive, making it difficult to enjoy our dining experience.
