If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This place has terrible customer service. We pre-paid for our massages and never received the service we paid for. When we tried to resolve the issue, the staff was dismissive, rude and completely unhelpful, offering no solution or accountability. Its been several weeks and we are still trying to get our money back!! They also advertise themselves as a "luxury Japanese head spa," but there is nothing luxurious or remotely Japanese about the experience. I booked this place for my mom's birthday and did a group of 4. Although they were unable to accommodate the 4 of us at the same time due to one of their technician having an emergency they were still able to accommodate us 2 at a time. We had such an amazing and relaxing experience. My mom thoroughly enjoyed the Jen signature which gives you a little taste of each service they offer. My sisters and I did the deep scalp therapy. I had a very pleasant experience from Jen Head Spa. I got the "Get Away" treatment which included the facial and the deep scalp treatment. The whole experience was different, but I was definitely relaxed. PROS- I felt very relaxed. The price is good for what services are offered. Cute/ relaxing environment. My head/ hair feels so much cleaner, and softer. The whole experience was actually really good, that I recorded some moments of it. I did it with a girlfriend of mine, and we shared the same room which I loved the bonding experience! Massage felt great. CONS- We went on a day it was over 103 degrees, and they have no fans or AC in the treatment rooms. It's a smaller place so it gets very hot! So keep that in mind. We went to the later appointment, and it was still hot in the room. May need to consider some AC for their clients in the future, so we can feel more comfortable. They did a hair analysis , and I thought it was a more in depth look at my scalp and what's going on with it, but the guy up front just showed me like "look" then the after saying " much better" I was just like okay... lol It would of made more sense for the person working on my hair to do the before and after of my scalp. Overall I would definitely be back. It's a different type of experience that I was pleasantly surprised I enjoyed so much. Next time I will get the Jen signature package to get the facial and body massage together. I also won't go when the weather is super hot! lol read more

I've had a head spa experience before, and really enjoyed it; so I decided to try this place as it was close to home. FYI if you book it online it won't let you change it on the same day but they can accommodate by changing the time if they have availability. So the front desk service was great! They require an online deposit of 50%. Really loved the ambience and aesthetic of the room. It's very peaceful with piano music playing in the background (July, nice!) and the floral and pink brings to mind a fairy garden. You start off with a warm foot bath which helps you detach from the grime and grind of outside. Tina was my esthetician for the Jen Signature. She gave an INCREDIBLE massage (seriously, better then some massage places!) and gave me a detailed facial and scalp treatment. You know how when you receive a service, there's a small calculating part of you that is figuring out how much to tip? After the first minute I thought "ok yeah good tip" and then just floated off into a zen mindset. Jen head spa was 1000% worth it, and I'll come again! Since this place specializes in hair/scalp care, they do an analysis before and after. My scalp is very dry so they customized my treatment to have exfoliation and moisture. My hair felt so silky and soft, smelled like a fresh garden in spring. Normally my scalp will get flaky about two days after a wash but NO FLAKES!!!! I'm hoping to buy some of their hair care products the next time I visit, so I can recreate some of the magic at home. read more

Decent head spa, a bit small but it does the job at a reasonable price. I booked the one hour deep scalp therapy treatment. Upon arriving, I checked in via their tablet and the guy at the front desk looked at my scalp with a magnifier connected to a tablet so that we could look at it live. Once a room opened up, I got situated with Tiffany who was my specialist that day. It was a bit odd because I booked Jennifer but no one explained that I'd get someone different. No biggie, just something worth clarifying for customers who are especially particular. The treatment itself was very relaxing - they started with putting some herbal cream/paste on the scalp before washing and then steaming the scalp (like a facial). She massaged my arms while my scalp was getting steamed. It ended with another hair wash (extra well this time) along with a scalp massage. I got moved to another room for hair drying and got to dip my feet in a hot water bath. After my hair was dried, the guy at the front desk looked at my scalp again with the magnifier to show the results. There are a few areas that could have made the experience better. I didn't feel like the scalp assessment was very thorough, he only looked at one side of my head even though I noted my problem areas are scattered across my scalp. It would've been nice if my specialist was also the one examining my scalp so that they knew where the problem areas were. They also didn't explain the products used. In my previous scalp spa experience, the specialist covered the whole experience from the scalp assessment to the treatment itself, and was very comprehensive in explaining the products and benefits to the scalp. The difference in the before and after was very obvious. Perhaps my scalp wasn't in as bad condition as before. But it would feel more legit if the specialist knew the condition of my scalp before so it'd be more personalized. However I can't complain much for the price. Since the specialist doesn't talk very much it's a quiet and relaxing experience. read more

I came here with my sister as her Christmas gift! We got the Jen Signature and it was a really great and relaxing experience. The only feedback we have is: 1) the towels had the smell that they werent dried enough if that makes sense 2) my sister's technician didn't turn off the water halo when switching from head to shoulders and she felt like she was drowning in a little too much water. (my technician turned off the water when switching between head / shoulders) These things were pretty minor though. Overall twe both loved the experience and would definitely come back! There were so many steps, techniques, and products that went into this experience, you definitely get more than your money's worth here. I would HIGHLY suggest the Jen Signature Package, you start with a back, neck and shoulder massage, then move onto the head/scalp and a facial... OMG a great relaxing , tranquil, and soothing experience. To top it off you move into another room where you soak your feet in warm soothing aroma of roses as you get your hair blow dried and straighten if you choose. Now, if that isn't a sound of relaxation and harmony then, I don't know. Prior, your scalp is looked at, you holding the ipad to look at what it looks like prior and then after again to compare, ok man, crazy stuff. If I could give no stars I would. I had an appointment which I was not able to make due to an emergency. I asked to reschedule which they told me ok try to come an hour before your appt. I told them that would not be possible but they still scheduled me for this time. They then proceeded to text and call me at the time they rescheduled me for (same day) . I told them that I needed a different date to reschedule. The lady said this is not their policy not even for emergencies!!!
