Soooooooo many varieties of ice cream! I felt like I was in heaven. It was so good I went two days in a row while visiting Nashville. So happy I discovered this wonderful ice cream shop. You can sample the ice creams which is great to taste new flavors. I found out I loved their biscuit and peach jam ice cream. Sounds strange but it was a perfect marriage between biscuit chunks and the peach jam flavor. My all time favorite was the salty caramel! Get it if you love caramel. You won't be disappointed. Service was excellent. There was a long line but it moved quickly. I would stand in line for an hour if I needed to for their ice cream. That's how much I love it! Ambiance is modern up to date decor. Very cute for an ice cream shop. Very clean inside. Sitting area available inside and outside. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. She held the door for me on the way in, did everything she could to make me feel welcomed, and was extremely helpful! In the meantime, I noticed she was running around getting everything done and taking care of others. She's absolutely killing it! Somebody give her a raise or a promotion. You can never go wrong with Jeni's. The ice cream here is just too good, too fresh, and an excellent experience. A couple friends and I came here on a hot day recently to get some cool ice cream and sit in the shade. As soon as we got in, staff were very attentive and offering us samples of different flavors. I ended up picking the classic brambleberry crisp as well as one of their seasonal flavors which was the sweet cream biscuits and peach jam. The brambleberry flavor is incredible. Fresh berries are mashed in with pieces of crisp cobbler in a beautiful and velvety vanilla ice cream. It works so well together and is so delicious. The seasonal flavor of sweet cream biscuits and peach jam was amazing. I definitely wanted to try the local peaches that come from the peach truck in Nashville, and the fact that they include big pieces of flaky, soft, buttery biscuits in to the ice cream is incredible. The saltiness from the biscuits actually balances incredibly well with the ice cream as a whole, and the sweet peach jam has some chunky pieces of peach in it. I would definitely get both of these flavors again if given the choice. The ample seating outside in the shade is also fantastic. Definitely come by to get great ice cream with less crowded lines than the other locations in Nashville! read more

I want to shout out this location for how great they were yesterday during the free ice cream event! There was a long line and it was very busy. The staff were all so wonderful. They had someone offering water to everyone in line and someone working the door. The employees inside were friendly and kind. A fast growing creamery chain, my number one choice for ice cream for their many flavor options available! This spot is out of the way for me but actually my favorite location of all locations available in Nashville. It must be the decor and decent serving size. As a long time customer of Jeni's, I've noticed the serving portions being smaller & smaller over the years. This location provided portions like how I recall it use to be! The employee helping us gave off a calming aura, she was great! During this season the interior is decorated with many ornaments along the windows and some playful ceiling hanging pennant flags. There are two gender neutral restrooms, both with changing tables - yay! The facility is very clean. There's a huge Jenni's logo right outside for photo ops. Street parking is available. read more

Jeni's ice cream is out of this world! I got the wildberry lavender, non-dairy lemon bar, and peanut butter and all of them were delicious. The wildberry was by far my favorite (which was unexpected!) It was super mild on the lavendar so it didn't taste like eating a flower. My husband got the peanut butter and said it was yummy also. Our friend got a chocolate non-dairy option and it did not taste non-dairy at all! It's a perfect stop after dinner and drinks! This is a newer location (as of this writing) and it's in a cute area near a brewery and frothy monkey. We definitely will be back! VERY soon. read more

What's not to love about Jeni's? I was delighted to find out about this new location and even more delighted about the quality ice cream that always comes with every Jeni's. I see you Jeni's team - this location is industrial and modern, and when it's even warmer, the outside patio with string lights against the backdrop of the factory will be iconic. Inside, the decor is like any other Jeni's and is a bit smaller than the 21st Ave location. The lighting is beautiful and when it's sunny, I know it'll make the space even brighter and more airy. So what did I get? I got the darker than dark chocolate flavor paired with the pineapple upside down cake. The chocolate was so creamy and its deeper flavor balanced the bright, acidic flavor of the pineapple flavor. I really love how Jeni's ice cream seamlessly incorporates texture and makes all their ice creams taste so fresh--you can tell. Thank you to the lovely person who helped me choose which flavors to pair together and I am happy to see that the business has enforced hygienic practices (required face masks, no taste-testing, and offers contactless service). We have always enjoyed our visit here. There is seating out front and around the area to enjoy comparably to the other Jeni's locations. I think another perk of coming to this location is that you do not have to feel rushed to get in and out. It is never busy when we go. I am sure they get plenty of steady business, but it is not the kind of rush you get elsewhere like in 12South or Hillsboro Village. Staff are always friendly and they never seem to be out of any of my favorite flavors. All of this to say, this is my preferred location of any Jeni's. read more
