Five stars for this amazing Restaurant in Issaquah. I Love the viet ice coffee, the flavor so sweet and refreshing after eating hot pho soup. The Jenny pho special was super delicious and giant size bowl with very delicious meat balls. I also went inside to use their restroom it was super clean good size toilet bowl with a lot paper and cleaning gear, soup was available and running water. I picked the table i liked, because it was near the fish tank and in the far corner of the dining room with a lot windows for natural sunlight. read more

Definitely my favorite pho place in the area - their beef broth is very flavorful and their meatballs are pretty good. They give you a lot of noodles for your money (I ask for less now haha), and I'm always happy with the service. Recommend it if you need an easy lunch or dinner! read more

Jenny Pho is a decent pho joint located in Issaquah WA. I stopped by one cold evening to get a bowl of my favorite restorative soup - interior heat was not working, but it wasn't too hard on my Colorado bones. I got a fairly standard brisket pho, it was very good. Gotta say the price points in Washington take getting used to for someone used to flyover country $$$. By Seattle standards, it was a value. okay i am sooooo stoked that i ended up trying jenny pho today. i definitely have my fave pho spots in seattle but jenny pho is now up in my tops! first of all let's start with the service. "Vincent" i believe his name was, was wonderful!!!! very sweet, quick, courteous and pleasant. there were three staff and a busy restaurant but everyone was so well taken care of, the employees were working together so great, this was pretty impressive. everything we ordered was amazing. first of all the broth was HOT AND SO DELICIOUS. literally the broth makes it or breaks it for me when picking pho spots and these guys are doing is RIGHT. tofu was cooked so perfectly and there was a lot. perfect pieces, noodles were excellent, tea was warming. such a stellar experience, so glad i found this little gem!! side note*** i was also amazing by how CLEAN everything was!! literally from start to finish, floors, counters, booths, bathrooms, and they're doing the most to insure the highest level of sanity which is so appreciated. thanks for the great experience you guys! read more

This is my first visit here. I ordered online, beef stir fried noodles and Vietnamese iced coffee. The beef dish was a very generous serving of beef, broccoli, pea pods, carrots, with celery and onions. A quality meal. Pick up was ready when promised. It could have used some spiciness but I would have appreciated that something to season with would have been offered. The coffee was one of the best I've had. I'd go back again. The sign says under new management outside and this might be the problem. I've dine here years ago and remembered that they have decent foods. Today, the foods did not meet my expectation. The pho broth was greasy. The curry was watery, lack of flavor and bland. The lemonade was too tangy that I had to add another cup of water to dilute it. I gave it an extra star for the waitstaff's quick and attentive service, easy up front parking and convenient location. Pho wasn't terrible but the meat was all clumped together, so instead of thin strips of rare beef, I had chunks of beef (literally 4-5 pieces stuck together), did not make eating that enjoyable. Noodles were fine. Broth was good, super salty but nice for a cold and wet day. The little lemon they add to the water is a nice touch. Service was fine. I actually have eaten here a few times from DoorDash and inside dining. Today, I ordered the Steak & Meatball Pho on DoorDash. I received what I ordered. BUT there was a big slab of bleeding, fully raw meat. Sitting on top of my noodles and other meats. The rest of the meat is fully cooked, and prepared normally. We get the vermicelli bowls with grilled pork skewers and fried egg rolls along with a couple of fresh spring rolls. Excellent flavor, quality ingredients. The fresh rolls today had the most beautiful lettuce leaves with generous slices of BBQ pork. Sometimes they add a thin strip of fried wonton for a little crunch to the bite. So good. However, I might have given their "kid-sized" pho a chance if I met the age limit....solely because of how adorable that is! Although it may look like a small restaurant from the outside, inside it's actually pretty spacious. Three of us had no problem getting a table around peak lunch time on a weekday. Service was fine at the beginning - the waitstaff was friendly and our orders were prepared surprisingly quick. However, after we received our food, we were never checked on again and had a difficult time signaling that we were ready for the bill. The restaurant wasn't even half full, so maybe they were just having a bad day? I ordered the Chicken Stir Fried Noodles ($12.79), which turned out well! Many times, I've had noodle dishes that include just a handful of veggies and a relatively small amount of meat. However, they definitely don't skimp here! There were a ton of lean chicken pieces and a generous mix of fresh vegetables.....except for the broccoli which looked and tasted a bit old to me. The noodles had that true stir-fried flavor which I enjoyed and I appreciated how it was not overly salty. The portion was HUGE. Usually I'd consider $13 for noodles to be higher than average, but given that this easily provided me two meals, I thought the price was reasonable. And the price for two fresh rolls cut in half was $8 and jennypho special was $11 for the small, that's the price for pho in Bellevue/Seattle but shouldn't be in Issaquah. Service was okay. It took way too long to be asked if we were ready to order. It took about 5-7mins from the time we sat down until someone noticed we were looking around waiting. Then when ordered our food and our food arrived but not the tea. And one of our orders was written down correctly but did not come out correctly... it was awkward. Came with my kids last night and it was a nice surprise to see everything nice and clean and new! New management took over and added large booths comfortable for 6 as well as many small tables with a divider in the middle perfect for social distancing. My son loves fried chicken wings and my daughter loves soupy pho so this hit the spot! My large pho had generous portions and my husband's curry was flavorful. Fried rice was generous with their toppings and tasty. We would come here again. Terrible service, the pho itself is bland. As a business owner Issaquah for over 7 years I'm shocked at the treatment of this establishment. I've frequented the restaurant for the occasional lunch and delivery's. At this point the service is the reason I'll never go back. They had 3 scenarios with me that they epically dropped the ball. 1. Double charge - I was double charged for an in dining experience and they refused to help. 2. A separate scenario they brought out the wrong pho, when I mentioned it was wrong because I have a allergies to cilantro, they went in the back and picked it off, then brought out the same bowl of pho. The problem was I had an allergic reaction with the remaining broth that was left in. Of course they denied this and refused to help or bring me a new bowl. 3. I ordered on Doordash at 7:00 pm, the driver showed up at 8:07 for the pick up and I was informed that the order never went through around 8:24. Mind you have a pregnant wife and at the point I was informed pretty much everything else was closed. Now I understand that there could be a communication issue between door dash and Jennypho, my issue is that he refused to help in anyway again. I don't know the name of this server but I recognize his voice. He started yelling at me over the phone and hung up. Refusing to help, even though I offered to pick up and pay again ... If your into mediocre pho and bad service this is place for you. Refusing to help your long standing patrons is not a good way to run your small business. We ordered 2 phos and we paid a lot more than we thought we would. The menu prices are not up to date as they are from 2+ years ago. The current price is closer to $15. The vermicelli noodle dishes for takeout was really good. To share with two people, I ordered 1B - lemon grass vermicelli noodles ($12.99) and 7B - charboiled marinated pork skewer and egg rolls vermicelli noodles ($13.99). When we got home, we dumped everything in bowls, smothered it with the fish sauce that came with it and mixed it up. The noodle dishes were both really good with the fish sauce, which was on the sweeter side. I added a bit of the chili sauce they had also, which had a nice kick. The lettuce and bean sprouts add a nice crunch to each bite. The Thai basil and the fried garlic bits really made the dish smell and taste great too. The lemongrass beef didn't have too much lemongrass flavor, which I like because it could be overwhelming sometimes. The egg rolls and pork skewer were good too. Overall, I think the vermicelli dishes are good and I'd get it again if I was craving Vietnamese food in the area. It's a little on the expensive side compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in Seattle or even Factoria where you could get the same thing for like 2/3 the price. Too bad there's not much Vietnamese cuisine in the Sammamish / Issaquah area, but the food here is good. read more

I used to come by this restaurant once a week with my father. This was with the old owners, they used to hand out cream puffs as an appetizer and the food and atmosphere was all delightful. The new owners have not only up the prices but lowered the quality of the food. I always leave feeling extremely greasy and bloated, i I do not feel this way after any other Pho/Vietnamese establishment. Pho is my favorite food. And I really hope Jenny pho raises their standards and lowers their prices back to where it used to be. Issaquah Pho next to the 425 fitness gym is tastier and more affordable. Came here in Issaquah because we were nearby doing grocery shopping. 2/5 Tried the Jenny Pho special $14.25 before tax. It tasted mediocre. There was no enough ingredients the soup tasted really off. 2/5 Combination Vermicelli Noodle $18.75 before tax. The noodle was really watery wet, and everything tasted like it was just thrown together. 2/5 Service The waiter gave us the machine to pay for the food before we were even done. I didn't see the place being crowded. For the price I feel really ripped off for what I got. I would not come here again. I recommend café Umi in Issaquah for the price. But there are may pho places that taste better and cost less but seems to be outside of Issaquah. read more

I ordered the regular meatball pho, and my husband ordered Jenny's special pho - both came out quickly. The special pho we ordered came with rare red meat at the bottom, typically with pho, the soup would be hot enough to cook the meat to at least medium rare. After 7 minutes, half the meat was still rare. OK, that's fine, the soup was luke warm - we'll just ask for an extra cup of hot soup to cook the rare meat a bit more and continue on with our meal. We called over the server who served us our food and asked for a cup of hot soup. Server - "OK Next Time. You shouldn't have put in the bean sprouts, it's cold, so things won't cook". "Huh?" - What. The bean sprouts weren't the problem. They were literally added at the 7th minute mark. Maybe the soup was just luke warm? We just wanted that cup of hot soup. Husband - "Hey, look. This isn't our first time having pho..." Server - "Oh yeah? I have worked in restaurant business for years and you're not doing it correctly". Hmmm... Flabbergasted, we weren't sure at that point whether my husband would get his hot cup of soup, nor did we know how to respond. Maybe he was judging us more because we were also Asian? I don't know, it was cold and wet outside, and we just wanted hot soup. We were speechless, and not exactly happy with the interaction. Maybe consider just giving us that cup of hot soup without criticizing how we "mix our pho". Overall, as others have said here, the broth is not hot enough, and it apparently requires a "productive discussion" in order to get a cup of hot soup.
