So, today we opened for business and Joey walked in to tell us lunch was on him today!!! What a great surprise. My staff has been coming in everyday to make sure our community's financial needs are met. Practicing social distancing and maintaining health to keep serving everyone safe is top of mind at all times. We are glad to have a business owner like Joey here to help during these trying times Thank you Joey! Regards, Team Charlestown Citizens Bank Be sure to order from Jenny's on your order out night!!

I absolutely love pizza. & this location has been there for quite some time!! Living around the area makes this place so much better! They are super friendly and their pizza is amazing! Crunchy semi thin crust and very well cooked sauce and cheese ! Next on their menu is Steak and Cheese sub!

I come to Jenny's for lunch about 2 times a week. I love their chicken and French fry dinners. I used to get the chicken wing dinner but realized that I liked their chicken fingers more. The pizza is okay... It's a bit too greasy for my taste. They do offer a wide range of fast food options for a quick bite. The portion sizes are good for the pricing; you can get something filling between $7 - $10. The establishment is very small, only a standing space for about 4 people max. But they are prompt with orders. The customer service is based on who you are dealing with because there are a couple men that work there who are pleasant, but the female with the gray hair is very short and not super welcoming.

Our waitress was knowledgeable and gave good food and wine recommendations from the menu. Our party really enjoyed the octopus as it was a tender bite with freshness coming from the peas/mint/cilantro. We also enjoyed the juicy meatballs with tomato sauce and again a hint of freshness and nuttiness coming from the pine nut pesto. We were not crazy about the striped bass crudo. It just seemed to fall flat flavor wise for me maybe not enough salt or acid to really counter balance the other fresh clean flavors in the dish. That being said it was not bad just underwhelming. The pizzas were great value price wise and the flavor combinations were unique but also worked well with one another. I liked how they didn't shy away from using spicy peppers on the Nduja pizza. The Fennel Sausage pizza had that fattiness from the sausage mixed with acidity from the cherry peppers and some creaminess/extra layer of flavor with the green garlic cream sauce. I somewhat wish the pizza bottom was baked slightly longer for a less floppy center but that's just personal preference. They clearly put a lot of effort into this pizza recipe. The only critique we would have is the service seemed a bit rushed. We would have enjoyed a bit more time between appetizers and the mains. Even the check came pretty shortly after we finished which would be understandable on a busy weekend night but this was a Tuesday evening and there seemed to be plenty of empty tables around us. Other than that would recommend for an elevated night out!

I got the after school snack cocktail which was very refreshing and paired nicely with the meal. We split the Bucatini Verde and it was so delicious. I couldn't even pinpoint the flavors I was eating but it was amazing. Fresh pasta and just really good flavor. We saw a dish online we wanted, but the server explained they use that pasta for different dishes and change out the sauce, so I'm glad I got to try it. We then split the Pepperoni + Vodka Sauce pizza which was good. I'll be honest I was a tad disappointed in the pizza. It was flavorful but I think I was expecting the same feeling I got when I had the pasta. It was good, but just that, good. Crust was a little burnt. I did love the vibes and pasta and it's definitely known in Cambridge for a good reason. I'd recommend a reservation if you'd like a table as it does fill up fast.

As with any good restaurant, its menu is well curated. While there is a nice outdoor dining area, given the heat of the day, we dined inside. Without reservations, we were accommodated at the bar. Reservations are a must. Bar seating is fine, there is ample space, not at all crowded. The bartender doubled as our waiter. He was very knowledge about the menu and personable. As an appetizer, my son and I split the chicken cutlet - which for some could be a meal. Delicious as always. As an entree, I ordered my favorite, the pizza margherita. My son ordered the same topped with sausage and prosciutto. There is no skimping on toppings here! The pizzas at "Si Cara", are a treat, very highly recommended. This location has no service - its counter-ordering and the food was not the same. The pizza had barely any ricotta though we paid up for it, and the toppings were so scarce that it was mostly crust (more than usual Neapolitan). The garlic bread was the same price but half the size. It was cafe style seating, not restaurant, and just a weak version of the South End location that I do not recommend.

She said it was fine as long as we didn't order drinks, then seated us at the bar. We were only given drink menus. When the bartender came over to take our order, I had to ask for a food menu myself. Our seating was also uncomfortable. We were placed right next to the bar/server station. My sister got splashed when drinks were being opened, and servers repeatedly bumped into her chair while passing. We ordered the Carnivore pizza. The pizza itself was quite salty. We ordered a pizza by phone during the St. Anthony Feast, and the woman who took our order was curt and rude from the start -- I chalked it up to the festival rush. But it got worse when we picked up. We paid $32 for a pizza and asked if we could sit inside to eat it and there were plenty of available tables. We were told no -- inside is table service only, and takeout means you take it and eat elsewhere. Fine, except there was nowhere to sit outside at the festival. When we asked about using one of their own outdoor tables (they had roughly 30, and it was 11:15am, 45 minutes before the festival even started, so the tables were empty), we were told those were reserved for table-service customers only. This was after we'd already spent $32 in their restaurant. Regina's has been around for 100 years, but somewhere along the way they stopped caring about basic hospitality. Paying customers with nowhere to eat their food shouldn't be treated as an inconvenience. We won't be back.
