On the top, Kimberly rushed and did work that was uneven with a cat eye on one eye and not on the other. I specifically said no cat eye. It left a very thick and dark mark on my left eye. She admitted she rushed and that both eyes were not done evenly. I requested a refund which she gave a partial one. I have went to a new place this year who also confirmed that this dark black cat eye dot on one eye was a mistake and did not look good. She also said my eyeliner faded funny. I got my eyeliner touched up 5 years later by someone else and it looks great however the dark black dot is still there and it is costing me $500 to remove. I started one session of the removal with a different person. I can't wait to have it gone. I would wish Kimberly would pay for her mistakes when customers have to get them fixed. She rushed and made uneven eyeliner which I've lived with. I do not recommend this person to do your permanent make-up. It has taken me time to write this review but I finally feel ready to put my name out there with this review. I was a customer in 2018. Do not make the same mistake. Do your research.

Out of all my experiences, Amanda's work has been the best because it has LASTED all this time without looking faded, blurred or worn down. With the first person who microbladed my brows at a different place in Santa Clara, it faded after 6 months and she said it was because my skin was too oily. With the 2nd place I got it done at (in New York), it lasted around 1-1.5 years and weren't even. With Amanda, my brows were even and lasted so long. They look natural. Originally she added more arch than I liked but adjusted it based on my feedback during the session when she did a sample sketch. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Amanda! The bad: I moved to SoCal so I'll have to fly back north to get any more services! But, my brows are so intact still that I might not need to for a long time!
