Jeremiah's Italian Ice is a great place to visit on a hot day. They offer Italian ice and ice cream which you can mix together for a gelati. There is a large seating area inside as well as outside seating. I was warmly welcomed when I entered and the menu was explained to me. I was offered samples as well. They have a rewards program so I was able to sign up for that while my order was being prepared. I went with the pina colada Italian ice and vanilla ice cream gelati and the p-nutty Italian ice and chocolate ice cream. The product is delicious and I like that you can customize it how you prefer. My kids drag us here anytime we eat at the seafood place or the ramen place in the same shopping center. It's a good thing that the desserts, staff and building meet our needs! Staff tend to always be helpful of others who are serving so you don't wait around too much. It's nice to be in and out especially with screaming kids. A cute logo goes a long way because this is place is always busy even though it's rebranded McDonald's soft serve. The Oreo cookie crumbles are so low-quality, you can't taste an ounce of cocoa. Cheap ingredients make it taste like you're eating a cup of high fructose corn syrup with a sprinkle of artificial flavor. Wildly overpriced. Leave this place for high school students who want to post pretty IG photos. Spend the extra money and go to Cold Stone. I had never heard of Jeremiah's Italian Ice but caught a picture online and decided to make the effort. With only one location in the Triangle, I trekked up to Wake Forest for lunch and treats. Jeremiah sits in a large corner space in a busy plaza! Covered with bright graphics and offering a large side patio-greens area, this place is built for families and kids. Jeremiah's offers up italian ices and soft serve but the ultimate treat is to layer them in a cup so you get a bit of both and then add a mix-in. My Red, White, and Blueberry pie dessert was great! Strawberry and blueberry ice layered with vanilla ice cream and cookie butter crumbs. It worked well together although I'd like a bit more flavor out of the ices. Service was prompt but I imagine there's quite a way during busier periods. Here's to getting a 2nd and 3rd location in the Triangle so I don't have to drive so far, next visit! read more

We went here to meet our friends for the first time and would like to apologize for arriving 15 minutes before closing --staff were absolutely kind & leave about a 10 min time slot after closing for last minute customers, which is hard to find employees to do such things at any place nowadays. We loved that you could order from either inside or at the outside window facing the picnic tables. We were able to let our toddlers run around while placing our orders. We tried both mango with vanilla & orange with vanilla. Also placed a cookies 'n cream for Togo to drop off at our friend's who couldn't make it out. Loved the shopping center and the lighting around the outdoor seating just made it even nicer to enjoy the weather, good company and their ice cream! read more

A fun new spot for Italian ice and ice cream in Wake Forest! Stopped in at the new outlet of this up and coming franchise. It's been open a week or so and you'd never know it.... The team knows their stuff and is friendly, welcoming and efficient. You can get Italian ice in 16 flavors, plus 8 rotating flavors. You can also get vanilla, chocolate or swirl ice cream. Or you can get the house specialty - the gelati. This is a layered mix or ice cream and Italian ice. Plus you can have add-ins to your layers. Tried what I consider a classic - orange ices layered with vanilla. The ice cream is smooth, creamy and rich. The ices are also smooth and sweet. It's not quite the same as Kohrs on the boardwalk in Seaside Heights, but darn close. Also tried chocolate ices layered with vanilla with crumbled oreos. A unique tasting cookies and cream. When the weather gets warmer there are tables and chairs on the patio and a walk up service window. For the cooler weather there is table service aabout 10 tables inside. Great addition in Wake Forest. And dangerously..... It's walking distance from my house. read more

I've been here 3 times already and I've always had a great experience. My wife and the kids went first and they were telling me how good it was, I couldn't believe it so I had to try. I have to say that I was positively surprised. The combination of regular ice cream with the Italian ice is very refreshing and flavorful. Plus, they have all kinds of flavors to tickle your fancy ! All teenagers working there have been courteous and respectful. Ambiance is great, they offer both indoor and outdoor seating so that you can choose. Jeremiah's is wonderful. Love the mango and vanilla gelati. The staff is mostly teenagers and they work hard and are polite. The only downside is parking but I live nearby and can walk, so it's no problem for me. Recommend for a sweet treat! read more

Jeremiah's was a fun and spontaneous visit on a hot day. I knew this place would be good because the line was out the door. Because it was pretty busy, we were in line for quite awhile...but that's not their fault, they were going as fast as they could. There aren't many options here and the portions are oddly small for the prices, which is why I gave 4 stars. However, everything was absolutely delicious!! I would come back again if I'm craving the Italian ice/soft serve combo that other competing businesses in the area don't carry. I do like that you can sit inside or outside on the large patio area. For those of you from up North, this is similar to Rita's. Jeremiah's offered a variety of Italian ice and three options for ice cream, vanilla, chocolate or swirl. They also offer some mix ins such as Oreo crumble. They have a menu of options that are preselected flavors, ice cream and mix-ins that look fun! I personally had a gelati as did my husband. I really enjoyed this place. Personally, I'd I had the option I would choose Rita's over this place but that option doesn't exist so this place is great! It has indoor and outdoor seating with umbrellas. We will be coming back here for sure! read more

Everyone here is so friendly and the staff even come out and ask you if you need any wipes to reduce the stickiness. The ice cream taste incredible especially the gelatis (I recommend trying cookie butter, Bahama freeze, salted caramel, with vanilla soft serve, and cookie crumbles so good!!). Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Wake Forest. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. He was very hateful! I usually come here once a week with my kids and was going to use them for a party but I will never come back or spend a dime or free coupon at this place! I will be spreading the word!!!!!
