I was craving a sub as I had been seeing this Facebook Post about Jersey Mike's Viral Sub. The sandwiches looked so delicious. I decided to go get me one. Now I usually get Turkey on wheat. However, the video was stressing how yummy the Italian sub was. Service was good as I placed an online order. When I arrived my order was ready and neatly packed. I was greeted by the employee in a very pleasant manner. My Italian Sub on Rosemary Bread, Mike's way was a new experience. I added banana peppers, jalapeños and pepper relish. The regular sized sub was huge. It was packed with veggies, onions, lettuce and tomatoes. The meat was really loaded. All I can say is they are not skimpy on the toppings. Definitely worth the cost for a sub with a great amount of ingredients. Ambiance was good as the store was clean. The sub was pretty good. It's a cold sub, but I chose to heat mine up. I definitely was full and mostly satisfied. It's not my favorite, but it was enjoyable. Overall a good experience! I think Turkey is still my favorite, but this was fun to try. read more

I finally got around to trying to viral TikTok sandwich. It's the #7 (Turkey and Provolone) sandwich, Mike's Way - which includes onions, lettuce, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, salt, pepper, and oregano. I went with the Rosemary Parmesan Bread instead of the house bread and requested the cherry pepper relish on the side. You simply cannot go wrong with the turkey and provolone combination, but with all the added fixings, it made for a really rock solid sandwich. Definitely get the Rosemary Parmesan Bread! The only thing I would change to the viral #7 would be to add pickles. I forgot to request for pickles, so that's not anyone's fault but my own! In addition, The staff at this location are all very friendly, and they all work as a team. Zero stars. I got a hair in my sandwich and showed them a photo of the hair. They refused to refund me or replace my sandwich without proof of purchase even though I showed them a photo. They wanted the last four numbers of my boyfriends credit card which I told them I didn't know and that it was his personal information. They still refused. Do not eat here. Came in around 7pm on Friday January 5th. There were three guys working. One was so blown out of his mind high on meth I couldn't believe it. Maybe the owners don't realize it. I am NOT a huge sandwich eater, however, I found myself in "Jersey Mikes" some time last year. I honestly can't remember what month, but I YELPED them that week because the staff was cross contaminating food by preparing sandwiches and collecting money with the same gloves. And this was LONG before COVID. The owner messaged me to apologize and offered me a FREE sandwich. I YELP or review businesses when the service/food is exceptional or if there is a problem that warrants a sit down to advise others; not for freebies. Sometimes it is months before I even log not to this site again. Long story short, the owner was gracious and I accepted the offer. Fast forward to this year, approximately May 2020. I decided that I had a taste for a sandwich and headed to Jersey Mikes. To my EMBARRASSMENT, my name did NOT appear on their list for a sandwich. So here I am, a black woman in this current climate and in Collin County, asking about a FREE sandwich. I came back to yelp, emailed the owner and explained what happened. I did mention that I felt super embarrassed and wanted to know IF a GC or Coupon could be sent to me, so I would not have to endure a situation like this again. I was told that management had changed since the last time that I was in there and that they would make the staff aware that I would come in for my sandwich. Something was also mentioned about the how much time had passed, but I wasn't under the impression that I had a time frame to act on the offer. WELLLLLLLLLL, today, I again felt like a sandwich and this time I called before I made it to Jersey Mikes (Anna Resident), only to be told again that they knew NOTHING about giving a FREE sandwich to Tonja G. I am not a baseball player, so I will not make a third attempt, only to strike out. What I will say to "JM" is this; I went into your establishment for nothing more than a meal. I YELPED the incident to bring awareness to something that was being done in ERROR. If COVID was on any of THAT money on that day, there would have been PLENTY of infected people as a result of poor training or one simply not caring. $16 is a lot of money for a sandwich. I care about how and where I spend my money. It is now obvious that you did not care about me as a customer, just about your reputation. I thought you to be sincere and removed the post. I am sorry that I did. I had a coupon for this location and decided I would try it again as I have enjoyed other Jersey Mike's locations. I don't know what has changed. Do they have new ownership, new management or just new staff? I know the staff was completely different from my previous visit and it made all the difference. Staff was i position behind the counter when I entered the store. The young lady that took my order greeted me with a smile, was courteous and turned my order over to the grill person immediately. Walked into this place at 8:25 pm and they don't close till 9pm. As soon as we pulled up the manager looked out the window at us and started shaking his head in a way like he was mad we were there. We walked in because they are suppose to be open for another half hour. The lobby had all their chairs on the table and you can tell they were getting ready to start cleaning up the food but it was all still out. We were planning on getting a sandwich to go. The manager stood behind the counter and kept shaking his head and was heavy signing and was super annoyed we were there. While here Jason was cutting bread and threw the bread knife under the front glass. The customer in front of us was touching it to push it back under so it didn't cut anyone. When it was our turn to order we asked for him to switch to a clean knife and he threw a fit asking if we really cared about that. He was getting more and more irate so we asked for a manager and that's when we found out he is the manager. It was clear he was high on something and was not making any sense. The rest of the staff was laughing. If he doesn't find it sanitary to change knives I wonder what other unsanitary things this location does. What a great sandwich at a great price. When I was a kid all we had was subway, nowadays the sandwich battle is a serious one. I will have to say that Jersey Mike's Subs is a contender. They do sandwiches well. I'm not sure how this location did it, but I think the guys that work there actually like working there. This makes dining here a great experience, it's like they take pride in their sandwich making. This means something to me. I didn't watch them make my sandwich, but when I took my first bite, I knew it was going to magical moving forward. It's like they have a secret to harboring the perfect ingredients to make an explosive wonderful taste occur. The location is awesome since it's on the way home from anywhere I happen to be off 75. Outside of some great Italian grocers in Chicago, New York, and Scottsdale, that we always visit when in town, Jersey Mike's make one of the best Italian subs you'll find. It's fresh, delicious, and "Mikes Way" is the only way. What's so impressive about these guys is that they've been able to create subs that compete in price with all the other major sub shops; Subway, Jimmy John's, Firehouse, Potbelly's, Whichwhich, etc, but the taste is so much better. I've been buying lunches at this Jersey Mikes in Allen regularly for over 4 years. Since mid-2020, I or my roommate pick up lunch here at least 3 times a week The sandwiches taste really good, are made to order just as we request. They have quality meats and use enough to make a filling sandwich (unlike certain other sub shops) and all the ingredients are fresh tasting. The roast beef is fantastic and if you don't like it pink, they'll heat it - no problem. Hold the onions - no problem. If you don't want the oil and vinegar on your sandwich, tell them! All done with a good attitude. One more thing, if you have a problem, tell them. If you did take-away, tell them the next time you come in so they can work to fix it. read more

Staying in the area due to our house being unlivable because of the storm in February. I need to mention that I LOVE Jersey Mike's!! Have eaten at many locations. But tonight I received the WORST service and subs ever! After standing at the counter for 5mins and 2 employees working right in front of me, without even acknowledging me standing there. I finally said "can I place an order?" And their response was "we are working on a order, we will be right with you" no one was in the restaurant so it's safe to assume it was placed online- No problem. I can wait. But once they began working on my subs they seemed piffed like I had troubled them to order food. But the 2 major issues for me are this- a guy walked in while they were making my sandwiches and they promptly greeted him. Then when it was time to pay my bill, the young man said "it's gonna ask you a question" (the key pad asked me if I wanted to leave a tip, usually I would- but tonight NO!) Manager was unapologetic about the two pieces of ham on my grandson's sandwich or having put cheese on a sandwich & then removing a piece because it was apparently an extra piece. Horsecrap. Lost my business. I stopped going to the one in Murphy because they were sloppy and decided to use the one in Allen. I usually take my grandkids lunch on Friday. There are a handful of better hole-in-the-wall delis and sandwich shops out there but if you want a fast and delicious sandwich consistently across several locations, Jersey Mike's is where it's at! I've dined in and ordered to go at a handful of Jersey Mike's, including this one, and it's always been a good experience. I'm not a fan of their hot sandwiches (the meat is always bland) but the cold sandwiches are great. They use fresh ingredients and don't slice your meat or cheese until you order it. The topping selection isn't as crazy as a couple of other huge sub sandwich chains out there but they have what you need. A regular sandwich is about 8" long while a giant is a giant 16" (I think; I haven't measured them). Depending on type, the regulars run about $7-9 with chips and a large drink ringing in at another $2.79. The line moves fast, there's almost always a place to sit, and the crew behind the counter have always been friendly and polite. read more

Just got a turkey sandwich and threw it away. The turkey looked pink and wet as if it wasn't cooked thoroughly. A week ago I got a roast beef and it was almost bloody. I've never been to a Jersey Mike's before visiting this location and so far I have been very impressed! My go to hot sandwich is a meatball and I've steer cleared of any since those good ole Quiznos days! Jersey Mike's is so delicious my picky kiddo will even eat hers. The husband is a fan of Philly Cheesesteaks and is always happy ordering from here. Now the real reason for my five star rating is the service. I'd been told to expect this of course, independently by each person involved in its meticulous construction. Also, when they learned it was my first visit to a Jersey Mike's, they pushed some buttons to lower the final tab, as a successful bid to ensure my return.
