I love how i can place my order and pay online, then simply arrive and they spiral toss that samich my way. Ok well they dont actually throw me my order, and sure, a couple of employees made eye contact w me then immediatly averted their gaze... i mean i am standing under the online order sign, why the cold shoulder? I went with the Classic Italian. The sandwich was delicious. The problem I have is that a regular sized sandwich was over $9. I won't be returning to Jersey Mike's simply because it's too expensive. I came in to this location about a week ago and I have been procrastinating about this review. I want to recognize 3 individuals that took such good care of me Stephen, Dalton, and Jiavani. I hope I got there names right. These guys where polite, Pleasant, and customer service oriented. I ordered 3 subs from them. I had some of my family with me and they had everything ready in 10 min I was very impressed not once did anyone complain as it was late and they where getting ready to close. Most places they rush you out and the employees are ready to go which is understandable. Not these guys they offered us to sit down and finish our meal and take our time. Sandwiches are good ( when the children working here actually make them correctly). Eaten here several times but I do agree with other reviews in regards to online orders. They typically do not make the orders accurately or on time. I also do not feel that management cares about customer service. Jersey Mike's gets by with putting out solid food but at some point consumers with get fed up with poor service. I won't be going back.. I've started to drop in this establishment from time to time for a quick bite of lunch. The phillycheese steak was good could have used a bit of old fashioned salt and pepper to season the meat. All in all a solid meal. One less star due to no separate line for Call In so I stood in line 15 mins. With those passing through the line to order and that was havoc. read more

The kid who dressed my sandwich drowned it with oil and vinegar so went home with a soggy sandwich :( Someone needs to show him how to do it right. This place is great. Every time we are in here the staff remembers us and keep great conversation. It's the small things like this that keeps us coming back. Food is always great and made perfectly. I did not go to this location for months because the staff was not the best and the sandwiches were awful. I decided to try it again today. Since the staff changes as often as you change your underwear I knew they would be different. I got there about 2:30PM....a line was being helped by 2 staff. Eventually the manager comes prancing thru the door to start helping. He goes to the register. I'm next in line and explain I'll pay via cash for my giant #13. My sandwich is sitting there to be cut and wrapped. After taking my money he then asked if ANYONE ELSE IS PAYING CASH. Sooooo he starts taking those transactions while my sandwich just sits there and I'm standing around. After all of the cash transactions he washes his hands and goes to the back for a while (I'm assuming to dry his hands) then he returns....cuts my sandwich....wraps it quickly in paper and tosses it to me. This MANAGER IS TRULY A DOUCHEBAG! The other negative reports on Yelp about him are true. I'm done with this location! From now on IF I want a Jersey Mike's I'll go to the one on El Dorado (or any other place) where the sandwiches are better and the employees actually treat you with respect. 7/20/18 called an order in and drove to location. Drive took us 15 Told them 8. Showed up they had just started to prepare my order. I watched them make about 4-5 sandwiches. As they make my order I see that they add onions when no onions were requested. Another employee catches this and he has the sandwich maker take the onions off. Mind you it's not my sandwich but part of my order. I ask if that's for me to confirm. They say yes. I politely ask them to remake it that the person whom the sandwich is for has a distain for onions. And they will taste them even though removed. So They remake the #8. Mikes way no onions easy mayo. I stand and watch as they proceed to douse it in vinegar and slather mayo. Like way more that what I had previously seen. I don't want to say that it was done intentionally but I'll leave that for the open mind. We get home open our sandwiches and The bread was soggy and almost falling apart on the #8. She ate the sandwich due to hunger, it was good. Just super soggy and a lot of mayo. Some we were able to scrape off. But just disappointed! I was standing right there. And they could care less. Really love their original Italian on Parmesan. Customer service at this location has always been great! A little hard to get in and out of the parking lot there by the Walmart but worth it. I love adding avocado to all their sandwiches. If you're on a diet though, probably not the best option as a regular "Mike's Way" starts at about 800 calories each. I went to Jersey Mike's subs for the first time today and I'm completely in love. It's very clean and everything is extremely fresh. My sub was made by the manager, he explained the menu to me perfectly and made me feel really welcome. The sandwich I got was the Philly cheese steak and it was cooked right in front of me, it was perfect. All the meat is sliced and prepared fresh which is such a plus considering every other place is just pre sliced. Honestly nothing compares to this place and I have been to Which which, Quiznos, Jimmy johns and just about everywhere and they are all below average. This place is above par! This is my second time at this location and my complaint is the staff! Had a similar experience last time I was here so felt now I needed to review. 4 people at the counter, 2 girls making 10+ sandwiches and the manager and another guy are standing at the register watching a football game, can't even pay attention to the person needing to check out right in front of them! Line grew to about 9 people and still no help from those 2. Food was decent but the staff was almost infuriating. I never make reviews but this location won't survive with the stoner manager they've got working there who can't even give you your drink cups when that's the only thing he's doing. read more

Coming back to edit this review because as i said previously giving kuddos where it is due is very important to me!! The owner of this establishment actually went out of her way to prrsonally call and apologize on an online order for my family not beinh ready. I did an online order at 6:28 then received confirmation email saying my order would be ready at 6:43. I knew I would be a bit later than that so that was fine I just needed it ready when I arrived! Needless to say it was not ready, they also had no white bread. My order had not been touched. The employee Dalton said he had to check with the manager who received the order. Yep he got it and did nothing with it..he pointed at it for Dalton who jumped on making it with the assistance of Alysa. They both were apologetic even another teen Angelo stepped out and apologized as well. I am a manager as well and a simple I'm sorry from manager on duty, would of actually had me not posting this. This place is ran by kids, like every fast food place in Allen, but they need serious training. I saw multiple sanitation issues in the 5 minutes it took to make my sandwich. Touching hair, face, cellphone and then the prep line? Putting on gloves (with dirty hands) instead of washing is where I drew the line and said something. They even put away meat/cheese without any covering. Wonder how often those coolers are cleaned? Their food may be great but it's only a matter of time before someone gets sick. read more

Great food, great people! Last night, my daughter and I stood in line for a sandwich. It was evident that this location had a BUSY Saturday. Although, there were SEVERAL customers ahead of me and the employees were working fast and fiercely, their customer service was top-notch and they continued to make NEAT, YUMMY-LOOKING sandwiches. It was finally my turn to in line. Due to the busy day, Dalton informed me that they did not have all of the ingredients for the sandwich that I planned to order, but he recommended that I try another sandwich. It was AMAZING! Dalton, Valerie and Jordan were so kind to my daughter and me. This could have been an awful experience, but they made it an AWESOME one. The three of them make a great team for the store through their swiftness, kindness, and efficiency....And now I am in love with a new sandwich! This is my new favorite store! read more

Jersey mikes is a wonderful place to eat lunch. The food is very fresh here and the service is great. I had a little trouble hearing the employees, but that is probably because it was crowded when I went. The sandwiches are a decent price for what you get, being about ten dollars with chips and a drink. It is a good place to eat at with a few people, but don't stay if you have a lot of people because here isn't a lot of seats. Overall I would recommend this place over any other sandwich place nearby because it has the perfect mix of taste and price. read more
