Continued to make other orders before mine -- would expect a remake of a mistake order to be given priority. Decided to order Lunch from Firehouse Subs since I had seen they have a new Thanksgiving Sub sandwich available! I got this sub as a Medium on white bread with everything it comes with, along with a bowl of Potato Soup and a bag of Cool Ranch Doritos. The bread for the sandwich was fresh and the sub was nice and warm and stacked with delicious turkey, stuffing, and cranberry. I will definitely be getting this again very soon!! read more

The restaurant was clean. It's obvious that they don't put the same amount of meat on the sandwiches as they once did but who does. Overall the food is still pretty tasty. After a bad experience in Plano with Firehouse Subs, picking up an order is 99% better than delivery. I believe going in person to place/pick up an order from this chain is vastly different then delivery. Hands down! I found that they actually listen to the customer and make the sandwich my way! They didn't add anything funky except the additional meat I requested. I'd definitely go back to this location. While waiting for my sandwich, I noticed that they were generously staffed. Bit of an over kill! Just a little chaotic initially, yet they got-er done! The only thing I don't like is not being able to watch my food being prepared. I'm a visual person and watching my food be made is part of the experience. Also had I seen some of the condiments I might have added those to my sub. Always a next time right? I built my own sub and it was genuinely good! I was able to share 1/2 with the hubby. The extra meat was well worth it, as was getting it toasted. Great combination. They don't have gluten free bread but they do have salad options if you can't have flour/wheat! I got the Italian and it was huge! I actually split it in half and had two meals. Ordered on Uber Eats and cashier almost refused to give me my food, claiming a driver had to pick it up. I had to inform her several times that Uber Eats indeed has a pick up option. Firehouse is one my all time favorite places for a quick sandwich. This location is better than the others in the area. Cleaner, faster, friendlier etc. sadly the prices here have gone up. Almost $12 for a medium sandwich, chips, and drink. You can practically get a full on table service restaurant meal for that and can during lunch hours and many. This was the first time visiting this location. I was greeted right when I walked in the door and the place is clean. The girl taking my order was polite and didn't get annoyed when I changed my order a few time bc I didn't know what I wanted. There are standard topping that come on every sandwich which she showed me and she asked if I wanted to change anything. I like to know what's on my sandwich bc I'm picky so that was nice they make it a point to let you know. The guys making my sandwiches were really nice and they have a good system of knowing which sandwich is which. So your not unwrapping each one to figure out who's is who's.
