I was already a fan of Jersey Mike's and the #5 is my fave, but when I went into this location they blew me away. I am recently gluten free and am miserable most of the time with all the restrictions that puts on me and my diet. They have gluten free bread that is pretty darn good and didn't effect the enjoyment of my sub. To top all of that, before making my sandwich, they quickly cleaned all equipment to prepare my sandwich without risk of cross contamination. I'm new to not being able to digest gluten but thought this was pretty awesome. I will definitely be back. I don't leave many reviews but had to say THANK YOU! This location is so bad! I literally can't order from their app because it chooses this store for delivery. I either drive to the location on Walton or make an effort to force a different location inside DoorDash. It's really unfair because I'm losing Shore Points because of this horrible location! I would order more often if this location didn't exist. They are THAT BAD. Word in the area is they are recently down hill. Easy location to get in and out. Sandwich is good. I like the presentation and the items in the sandwich but I just have a hard time buying a sandwich for $17.00+. The bread is fresh and good but at the end of the day bread makes up most of the sandwich and then the lettuce. When you get to the actual item that you ordered it is a very small portion of the overall sandwich. I like to support the local businesses in my area but I can only come here occasionally. Great service, polite employees and clean facilities. read more

Great subs!! For first timers- pace yourself because subs are made to order. So if you in a rush or on a quick lunch break, just order online so that it will be ready when you arrive. All hot subs meats are cooked when you order, so it takes a little bit of time to cook. The employees there were really nice and greeted me with a smile. The place is spacious compared to other locations I have been too, so a good amount of seating. They have a couple of TV's at this location as well to watch while eating. I think I like this location better then the one near my home off Walton and Adams. Yes, it's a Jersey Mikes, so it's the same where ever I go. But, I came here today because I was doing some errands and wanted to eat before I headed back to the house, and I'm glad I did. The place wasn't super busy, and I think this is a newer location. I can't remember the name of the sub, but I got the #9 without bacon. The staff here is way more efficient, and they actually made my sub correctly here without the bacon! (the other location always screws it up.) Staff was friendly and pleasant, and the place was pretty clean. Yes, it's an extra mile or so from my home, but I had a much better time here. Do not, I repeat Do Not do an online order from this location. I was missing one sub. Called and stated to explain, the guy said can you hold for one second, I said sure. One second became 38 minutes. That meant someone from our office didn't get their sub. Next right after the guy put me on "hold" , I heard him say "We don't have time to deal with online order screw up while we are busy with lunch time and we only have two people. Not only that I could hear him and the coworker talking to everyone. I can't tell you how many time he would ask what kind of bread and say that was wheat right? When it would have been one of the others. If you have to go to this one go in person they don't care about online orders. read more

The team was alert to my presence, I was immediately greeted by friendly staff, and my sub was delicious. The produce was fresh and beautiful.. I had a rather complex sub order, and the guy nailed my "Mikes Way" modifications without me repeating it. This place is well maintained, clean, and it's a friendly environment. I love jersey Mike but this was the worst experience I've had at one. The staff was rude, talking about how much they made that day and wanting to go home. The lady that wrapped my sub and my kids squeezed them and smashed the bread after having to rewrap them because they wrote the wrong number on the bag and was arguing with the cashier. read more

Great quality subs! Since I've been spoiled by their fresh quality meats and ingredients, I dont go anywhere else for my sandwiches. They have a fantastic variety of different kinds of meats that I won't even attempt to spell, and I'm always a fan of their rosemary parmesan bread. The place is usually busy at lunchtime but the sandwiches are made quick. I regret not getting her name, but theres a fantastic employee there that really took her time to explain the different types of meats and give her personal recommendations. Very pleasant woman. It is a tad bit more pricey than a typical sandwich place, but I rather pay a bit more for fantastic quality food and service anytime. read more

Every time I'm here, the staff is INCREDIBLY sweet and friendly to every customer. In regards to the food, the #43 is my favorite hot sub! Great subs! The general manager, I think his name Is Mike? He is there all the time and I think since they opened. He is the reason I go to this location. He makes my sub perfect and is so friendly. When I was pregnant, he would warm up the lunch meat for me before putting it on the sandwich (can't have cold lunch meat when pregnant). Other staff isn't as great as him but still ok! read more

Buffalo chicken cheesesteak was warm but extremely messy. There was so much sauce it made the sandwich all soggy. The chicken tasted all grainy and it was cheddar cheese instead of the blue cheese.
