Today Luis made my sandwich it was one of the best #13 Italian sandwiches, ive had, I usually get the hot sandwiches, like the Big Kahuna, because 99% of the time I will not eat cold deli meat. In the many years that I've been here juices one of the best tasting and looking sandwiches I've had . Shout out to my sandwich maker Luis who actually paid attention to what I was saying and translated that into a great meal for me today, the last time I was here they forgot to make my sandwich hot and it was not very good and I decided not to leave a review because it was my fault that I didn't check my food before I left the store. Overall 5 out of f5 stars ,if you're looking for somebody to make your sandwich Luis is the man, ask for him. You won't be disappointed. Also in the rest of your food there was very professional and got a line of six or seven people out of there in no time moving through the sandwiches like a well-oiled machine. I was nominated to go to Jersey Mikes, order and pick up subs. The pressure was on, I had everybody's orders on my phone. I needed five subs all with and without certain items that they normally serve up. The staff of four people that were building the subs were smooth they helped me out. Everything was fine all the subs turned out to everyone's delight. Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. I didn't expect the store to be so busy but it was, I also learned a phrase doing it "Mike's Way" I had no idea what the people were talking about. Next time I go I'll be a more up to speed. My girlfriend and I order through the mobile app usually. Today we went inside and ordered. The person taking our order(short blonde girl) was straight up rude. Here's what happened: My girlfriend wanted a chicken bacon ranch sub, but she wanted it plain and asked if she could decide what veggies go on it(her way of asking for it plain). The girl rolled her eyes at the question and said she could. Once both our hot subs were done cooking they called us over to decide what veggies to put on each. We both wanted ours plain but they had already put lettuce and tomato on her sub. She said " oh I wanted it plain that's why I asked if I could decide what veggies go on it" their response *tone change*"oh so you want it remade then" we replied with "no it's okay, can you just scrape off the lettuce and tomato". They proceeded to give us attitude while asking what veggies would go on mine. I didn't want any veggies either and this perplexed them. "So you just want both of them like this then" in a rude voice before angrily smashing our sandwiches down while wrapping them. I also ordered a chicken cheese steak #42 with extra meat and got a #43 with no extra meat. TLDR: They made us feel like idiots for wanting plain sandwiches. It took me a long time to come here from my new address as I didn't like the first Jersey Mike's I had been to. 2 stars. Service was very slow and only 1 person was being served before me. Finally, ordered a mini turkey sub, no cheese, no mayo. The meat and veg were fine but the bread was stale as hell and I ate it right away as soon as I left at the park a mile away. I called in a friendly manner as an FYI immediately perhaps not serve those old wheat mini buns anymore. Why should the next person suffer? I always get wheat. I don't eat white bread and I get it, they are not the same texturely but this fresh sandwich was almost difficult to bite into and for my first experience at this location, I wish it could have been better as I would have gone there all the time. read more

My brother couldn't believe I've never had Jersey Mike's before. So together, we headed out to have a Friday afternoon lunch. The place was pretty empty but we were there in between lunch and dinner. The guy behind the counter asked to help me. I informed him I had never been there and he was very nice and instructed me how the ordering process works. I appreciated his friendly help. My brother got the Italian on white bread and he "Mike styled" it, which means onions, lettuce, tomatoes and the special oil and vinegar sauce. It looked very good! I ordered the Chipotle chicken on Rosemary bread. First thing I noticed when I opened my sandwich was the ooey gooey melted cheese on top of some delicious looking chicken. The rosemary bread looked very good. My first bite...the bread was so fresh and soft. The bread, I think, makes the whole sandwich. It was delicious! The chicken mixed with the melted cheese, onions and Chipotle Mayo on top of the fresh bread made a perfect sandwich. Yummy!! I will definitely be back to try all the other sandwiches. read more

My opinion of Jersey Mike's Subs: I ordered a tuna sandwich. The tuna was watery, tasteless and awful. I couldn't enjoy the sandwich and had to throw away half of the sandwich. The customer service is awful as well. I see why Jersey Mike's score is a 2 on Truepilot. I recommend someone else prepare the tuna. I'm surprised the Jersey Mike's near me is still open. This is my husbands and sons favorite place. We love to get the #2 Jersey Shore which is provolone, ham and cappacuolo (get it mikes way, it's soooo good!). We also like the #8 Club Sub which is turkey, ham, provolone, bacon and mayo. I like to use the Jersey Mikes app to order ahead and just walk in and pick it up when I get there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The manager is amazing. We have ordered catering from them twice and once it got a little mixed up and the manager fixed it right away and gave us vouchers for some free subs. They have variety of chips, cookies and drinks to choose from. I personally like this new soda they have called Stubborn soda. They have root beer and cream soda flavors. They have a nice area to sit inside and there is also seating outside near the fountain. My family loves this place we will keep coming back. read more

I will preface this by saying this is an ongoing health hazard at this place. The last time I was in there I watched one of their sandwich makers use the same pair of gloves to handle money, meat, and lettuce and tomatoes - all without a single glove change. The person in front of me told him he better change his gloves and he got huffy and puffy. Well, today I walk in and see receipt sandwiches. Possibly the worst sanitation practices that I've ever seen in a deli. I ordered online and when I arrived my sandwich was directly on the metal counter near the meat slicer. I watched the guy make something before fixing up my order, and he touched several items including bacon & his apron with this gloves, then used the same gloves to prepare my order. He then placed my sandwich down to have the cashier wrap it, but the bread fell off so she then had to handle my sandwich. I watched him keep the same gloves on afterward and kept wiping them in his apron.. I would avoid this place at all costs if you want clean food served. read more

Never will I ever get food here ever again! My first & last time. This is the worst sandwich place I've ever had. The meat is very thinly sliced, like the cheap lunch meat you buy at the dollar store. My husband's sandwich was made with two differ breads. One was hard as a rock and completely tore apart as he bit into it. The other was softer, but still stale tasting. I ordered a gooey brownie and it completely fell apart as I hit into it. So I like Jersey Mikes sandwiches for the most part. I do think they are overpriced and I cant stand that they ask you to tip every time you buy something. Why do I have to tip you for the sandwich Im buying??? Its so awkward! They are like, "Look at the screen and answer the question?" Anyway, this was my first time to this particular location. I walked in at 8:10 pm. I did look at their hours before hand because I wanted to be sure they were open. They close at 9:00 pm. When I walked in, the guy kinda looked at me funny. I thought nothing of it at first. Its not like it was five minutes to closing time. He asked me what I wanted to order. I noticed the bread racks were all empty like they had been put away or something. I told him my order. He knelt down to the ground and opened up this large (long) white plastic box that was lying on the floor. He grabbed some bread out of the box, still knealing, and closed the box. Then he set my bread on top of this box, still knealing on the floor, and cut the bread open with a knife on top of the box. It was very awkward looking. If you can picture setting a cutting board on the floor to cut something with. It looked kinda weird and unsanitary. Anyway, then he got up from the floor with my bread and set it on the bare, metal counter. He prepared my sandwich down the line, sliding it down the bare metal counter. It seemed to me that there should have been something in between the counter and my sandwich. A piece of paper or something, I don't know. The counter looked pretty clean I guess but it just didn't seem right. At the end, he sliced my sandwich in half with a knife, still on the metal counter, and finally wrapped it. When he rang me up, he didnt tell me how much it was, he just stood there waiting for me to swipe the card. Who would hire somebody like this? Then of course he asked me to answer the question. I did tip a dollar which I wish I hadn't. After the sale was over, he didn't even thank me for the purchase or the tip. He said nothing and turned to go do something else. WTH? Needless to say, I will not be going to this Jersey Mikes again. It really just seemed he had put everything away for closing and was annoyed that I came in. This is the first time I've ever been to a Jersey Mike's, but I had always though it was overrated and pointless to pay that much for a sandwich. Today, I learned that they have gluten free bread so I decided to give it a try. The young men behind the counter were very kind and when I ordered my gluten free sandwich, they asked if it was an allergy or a preference. When I stated it was an allergy, the young man took special care to wash all of the items that he'd use and even his own hands and put a fresh pair of gloves on. Although it took a little longer than the normal hot sandwich would have, the extra care for my dietary needs was very much appreciated. Definitely somewhere I'll be coming back to, and not just because of the Udi's gluten free cookies they also offered, but because of the extra care and diligence that the workers put into my sandwich. I stopped here one day just to see how their subs compared to other places. Well, I am a true fan. My subs are made EXACTLY how I like them. The bread was fresh. I thought the young men in there were extremely pleasant. The prices are well worth it. Their macaroni salad was superb.
