So, I was craving a meatball sub and google led me to Jersey Mike's. I've never eaten at any of their locations before, so my family and I went for it. We walked in and literally every employee turned to the door and smiled. The entire staff was super nice, extremely helpful and beyond patient. I have no clue where the reviews are coming from about bad customer service. The bread was amazing, I'm mad at myself for not getting the rosemary cheese bread. I really struggle with this one in not being able to give it a full five stars. As someone that has grown up with Jersey Mikes and raised on the Shore, I have been happy to see them spread across the country. The subs are consistent and delicious every time. I have become a bit of a regular a this location since my office is just down the road. I love visiting after lunch time, as I have never encountered a line (2-4pm). The team is always very friendly, and from what I have seen so far, all female. They keep the place top notch and are always engaging and happy to help. They seem to work as a cohesive unit, which you do not see at every sub shop. I almost never shy away from the #7 (Turkey) or #13 (Italian), and if eating in, simply Mike's way/light on juice. If you take a sub to go, always get the juice on the side. Otherwise your sub will become a swamp. The only place I need to take away stars is that they do not have breakfast. This has been teased at other locations (San Diego, INSIDE the Orlando Airport), but would make my day if I could get it elsewhere. There is nothing like a pork roll, egg and cheese (with or without ketchup) to get your day going. Sadly, we may never know that here. I also ventured and ordered my first ever hot sub today. I had the chicken bacon ranch, and it was meh. It was chicken philly, but seemed to lack meat and moisture. It was alright, but I would skip back to my trusty subs next time. Overall, great location. They normally make excellent sandwiches but when you order your food 2 hours ahead of time it's absurd to arrive to find your hot sandwiches sitting getting cold and none of the other 4 giant sandwiches order even started. It defeats the purpose of ordering before you arrive. I felt trapped because of course you pay before you arrive so you're kinda stuck with whatever foolishness they subject you too. THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN! We must learn from our mistakes, trusting these folks with time management clearly a big mistake! read more

I have to say if you're looking for a fresh sub Jersey Mike's is the place! The meats are antibiotic free, fresh bread, and the meats and cheeses are sliced right in front of you. The sizes of the subs are great if you're super hungry or if you're wanting to share a meal. I had a meatball sub and my husband had a turkey and cheese sub. I would not recommend the meatball sub cause they don't toast the entire sub. Maybe I should have asked to have it toasted but most places would ask. The meatballs were warm and cheese wasn't melted. Next time we're back I'll get the steak and cheese sub which is amazing!!! read more

I eat at JM's all around the state. Usually the staff are friendly, unfortunately the staff at the Championsgate location have not been trained in customer service. Very rude, I felt like I was inconveniencing them when I purchased $40 worth of food and drinks with my family. Very sad. read more

This is a pretty good location to go to, always reliable, quick, prompt, friendly, pretty much get the order right every time that I've ordered there. Great for lunch, not a bad choice for dinner, either. A little bit pricey, but it is in a tourist area, so keep that in mind. read more

Jersey Mike's is the best fast-food sandwich shop around! In my opinion, it is better than Nardelli's, DiBella's, and Blimpie. Subway doesn't even compare. The bread is soft and fresh and the deli meat is sliced fresh when you order. The steak and cheese options are all really awesome. It reminds me a little of Deangelo's, but Jersey Mike's is better than that too. Now I just need to find one near my house! read more

Just Awesome. Before they opened in Champions gate, I had to either go to Hunters Creek or Winter Haven to get Jersey Mike's. Now they are just less than 5 minutes away. I order online at least once per week, pick up on way to work. They always prepare my sub exactly the way I ask, I've never had any issues. They are the best. Slicing the meat when you order, fresh breads and condiments daily. They make great Ice Tea too. Stop by and try them if you haven't, there food is so fresh and tastes awesome. read more

First and last visit. Having never visited before the staff used lingo I was unfamiliar with. When i asked a few questions I was rudely responded to by a 20 something young lady. Accompanied by a young man who took the order. I went to Jersey Mikes in Champions Gate & my grandsons just loved their subs. As matter of fact so did I!!! They are not skimpy subs either which I happened to find when I went to other subs stores. So this is now my favorite place to go & I would recommend this to everyone!!!! read more

I absolutely love this place! I just moved to the area and tried Jersey Mikes for the first time and I don't think I can go anywhere else again for a fast sandwich. Their sandwiches are so good and taste so fresh! A huge plus is that they also have cheesesteaks which is what I usually get but with chicken! The customer service here is always great as well, it always feels like I'm talking to a friend when I go in. Don't forget to try to huge chocolate chunk cookies and the brownies! Ordered a Turkey sub which was ok, but honestly, for a better sub with more meat on it (and less expensive), go to Publix across the street.

I grew up on Jersey Mike's living on the Jersey Shore so its a treat to have one so close to my new home here in Florida. The food is great, just like I remember it being when I was a kid. I simply gave a mediocre rating because we always order on the app and nearly every time we are told to sit and wait for our order to be made. We live 20 minutes away and that is the exact time frame the app gives us to come pick up our sandwiches. We walked in at 8 pm and our order was supposed to be ready at 8:02. Instead they said they were busy and we would have to wait. They took the entire line and including people who came in after we arrived even though we paid on the app (at this point) 40 minutes before anyone else even started to order. If we wanted to wait, we would just go wait in line. The app needs to be updated to reflect an accurate wait time OR the customers who use the app need to be accommodated in the proper timeframe that they are given. The staff was kind this time and comped us a cookie, but this isn't the first time it has happened. read more

I love Jersey Mikes their sandwiches are far superior to any other sandwich chain restaurant because of their high quality bread, cheese, meats, and fresh vegtables. But this particular Jersey Mikes was very slow usually the wait would only be about 2 minutes max but this location took a good 15 minutes to give me a sandwich. However the food was good and i was satisfied with the quality i would like to see this location speed up its process like its counter parts i will always be returning to Jersey Mikes looking for another good sandwich of theirs. read more

This was our second trip to a Jersey Mike's. We won't be back to this location ever again. The gentleman taking our order seemed as if he was bothered that we wanted to order. When we did order we were asked if it was for here or to go, and we said here. They said they would call us back up for toppings. 15mins and about 6 orders that were after us had left, they call us and have everything in a to go bag. Ok whatever, we won't have anything else on the sandwiches. When we finally sort through the sandwiches and figure out who's eating what, my sub was so nasty looking I took it back. It was covered in grease and the bread was so soggy it looked like they made that first thing in the morning. They did remake it but it was just as bad. My wife and 2 children had a sauce on theirs but it seemed to be on one side of the sandwich and the bacon tasted old. Just wasn't impressed with them. Best subs around! They recently opened here in Championsgate. We ordered our subs online. There was no hassle or wait when my husband picked them up. I had the tuna sub which was so flavorful and fresh. My husband had the steak sub which was cooked to perfection! Both subs were the best we have had since moving here two years ago. I won't go anywhere else now that I have tried Jersey Mike's Subs, and I highly recommend them. read more
