My friend and I walked in and were immediately greeted. There were other people in there grabbing their subs made. I had to use the bathroom but this lady was taking forever in the bathroom so I ended up going into the men's. It was pretty clean. Nothing too spectacular but it wasn't disgusting either. I went back out and ordered my sub. The prices were kinda high for just a regular sub but at this point what isn't high? I got the chicken philly with extra mayo. My friend's sub was done and we had to wait on mine to be cooked in the back. It took some time but it's expected bc I don't was raw meat. When I ate it, my was near perfect. My friend also asked for extra mayo on hers, but they didn't give her as much like mine and it was kinda dry. read more

One of the Best Jersey Mike's Locations! I stopped by this Jersey Mike's on 6/13/25 around 7:45 PM, and it was honestly one of the best locations I've ever been to. The employees were kind, social, and welcoming, which really made the experience stand out. It makes a big difference when staff actually engage in conversation while making your sandwich--I appreciated that extra effort! I ordered a giant sandwich on white bread with ham and provolone, mayo, tomato, lettuce, banana peppers, salt & pepper, and oil--yummy! It was made perfectly, fresh, and packed with flavor. The inside of the store was clean and well-kept, which is always a great sign. Also, don't forget to scan your Jersey Shore Rewards app to earn points for future visits. This location serves Coke products as well. Overall, great service, delicious food, and a friendly vibe. I'll definitely be coming back! Jersey Mike's has been my go-to sandwich shop for as long as I can remember and I have only great things to say about this location! You just can't beat that freshly shaved deli meat and cheese. The staff always greet you when you walk in, and they give great recommendations if you feel like trying something different. I love to order on the app and build points for free stuff! When you order on the app, your food is always ready when they say it will be. This location also works with our neighborhood swim team in fund raising and they really make it a priority to give back to the community. Love love love! read more

I ordered a vegetarian cheese steak and requested pepper spread. The AM came out and suggested it being mixed in instead of spread. Yes!! My new favorite thing. I rarely eat at chains but I must admit that this one makes a darn good sub. I went with the Italian, "Mike's way" (with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil and spices) which was made fresh with freshly sliced cold cuts (unlike Subway). Service was friendly and the sanitation score was a 98. Employees were hustling. Hot sandwiches are also available, as are chips and fountain drinks. Bread is made fresh in house and is superb. Dining area is pleasant but a little cramped. The restaurant itself is somewhat hidden on the the back corner of the Stonecrest Shopping Center but based upon the continual line of customers the Thursday I was there, people certainly know where to find it. There are not too many alternatives in the area where you can eat for less than $10. I'm not sure if they are all run this well, but I enjoyed this location and will return. read more

This place is tucked away at the Stonecrest plaza. I don't know how they stay in business considering how hidden this place is. I ordered the Jersey Mike's Famous Philly (size: giant, $14.25) and boyfriend ordered the Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak (size: giant, $14.25). I enjoyed the extra melted cheese and the abundance of tender meat, but my boyfriend ended up having the same order. Our sandwiches were made separate from the counter area, so they were made out of our sight. We did not realize until we went home and opened up our sandwiches that we ended up having the same order. My boyfriend's sandwich was supposed to have chicken, not beef. The problem is that we could not have this corrected while we were still at Jersey Mike's, and we did not want to have to drive all the way back to have it fixed. So my middle school daughter ordered a sandwich while I was outside waiting. After a while, I came in for a status update. We get her drink filled at the machine and I see a guy put a sandwich on the back counter (the "pickup" window from the back where they put sandwiches when they are done, for the front counter person to give to the customer"). So no one was in line, and the only people in the store were already eating. The guys up front is making 2 large sandwiches, so I ask my daughter what she ordered, she said a small meatball sub. I notice the guy i not making a meatball sub....... So I waited for him to finish those (I guess they were for Doordash or something cuz he set them in the pickup area and then went to the back wear the other guy was. So now we are standing at the counter wondering what the deal is...... I ask my daughter if her order was a #5, she said yes. I lean over to see that sandwich on the back counter... it has a #5 on it. So I make a sounds so one of the guys peeks through the order window...... I said hey, is that a meatball sub? He said yeah, a #5...... I said I think that is ours, she ordered a #5....... dude looks and simply says.... "yes this is it, here you go"..... As if it hasn't just been sitting there all this time...... as if they were waiting on us to ASK for the food.... I'm guessing these dudes were high, which I have to issue with..... but dont be high at work servicing others. And if they were NOT high, they just have no idea about how to treat customers. Great on any side of the state line. Real Jersey subs...dripping with Italian dressing, quality cold cuts stacked on fresh wheat of white breads that are soft, warm and like a sweet hug. Giant size is truly too much for one person, so bring a friend or order the regular. Hot sandwiches include a very excellent Philly Cheese steak and the kahuna includes extra cheese and jalapenos. Yelp to the hunger rescue! I was at target last night, and wanted to grab something for dinner. I didn't want it to take long, and I really wanted to get home. So is searched yelp, and Jersey Mike's popped up! I always forget about this place because it's around the corner from everything else. This was my first time here. The staff was really friendly and nice. I walked up to the counter and the roast beef sandwich caught my eye. I asked the kid behind the counter if it was really "the best there is" (as advertised) and he showed me the chunk of meat that he'd be slicing from (perfectly cooked) and said "yeah, it's pretty good." So I went with the roast beef and was taking pictures for my yelp post. The cashier asked if I took a picture of the menu, and I said yes - he then posed for his own picture! Haha. The prices are more expensive than subway, and there are less topping choices. But they have very friendly, quick service. The roast beef was very good too - not the "best there is" but I'll be back for it again. Chips and drink are included in the meal. read more

I was holding off on this review in the hopes that Jersey Mike's would give me the proper refund. I started to place an order online at Jersey Mike's Stonecrest 11/14/2020. I was not able to use a coupon I had online. I was told I had to come into the store to use the coupon. I never completed the online order but was charged for it, $47.36. I went into the store to order with the coupon and paid in person. I called the store the first time on 12/29/20 and was told they are sending an email to the manager and they will get back to me. I gave them my contact details and have never heard from anyone. I have called multiple times and went into the store to discuss with no success. read more

Food is good 100%. I greatly do not appreciate the way my girlfriend was talked to checking out. I didn't say anything to her because of how worked up I was over this and I would have not been nice at all. The lady checking us out told my girlfriend "cheese isn't good for you honey just saying". I frequent this Jersey Mikes on a weekly basis, if not more. They have the subs in the area. Freshly sliced meats, delicious fresh bread, and fresh toppings. Customer service is usually great too. Their rewards program is excellent as well as their Ballantyne Corporate Card deal (free chip and drink with sub purchase). I've made my last trip to this location. Having worked at a Jersey Mike's for 7 years when I was younger I certainly understand the business. My last several trips have consistently involved a level of disrespect I can't tolerate. The woman leader of the crew is rude to customers, but masks it with back handed compliments. She is talking at the top of her lungs at all times. It affects the rest of the staff. When my sub finally made its way down the line there was so much confusion that by the time my sub was wrapped it got lost. Luckily I had a feeling this was happening so I unpacked it. Sure enough, not my sub. I was made to feel like this was my fault. Clearly her yelling makes it difficult for the other employees to do their duties. When she had to remake my sandwich it was thrown together as quick as possible with barely any ingredients. That's not the Jersey Mike's way I know and have trusted. Disappointing to say the least. I'll be taking my business to other locations or establishments until it's clear she is gone. read more

We have used another location and not had a problem. This Jersey Mike's in Stonecrest is the best Jersey Mike's I have ever been to. We only discovered Jersey Mike's last year after moving to Charlotte from North Jersey and it had every bit of that Jersey authenticity that we have been missing. Minus the employees bad jersey attitudes. All the employees rte so friendly. As a kid from North Jersey we spent many summers in Pt Pleasant and the over all feel of Jersey Mike's really nails the jersey shore experience. Usually decent sandwiches but this store gets 2 stars for their horrible rendition of a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. My wife and I stopped in for a sandwich before going to a movie at the theatre next door. I had been working all day doing concrete work and was hungry. I began to eat what I hoped was a delicious Philly cheesesteak sandwich but some A-hole had put jalepeno peppers (lots) instead of green or red peppers & onions and they were not fresh but the jar jalapeños. Just a nasty flavor profile altogether, totally ruined dinner for both my wife & I. Somebody please look up a recipe before completely botching a very well known sandwich...you are a professed sandwich shop not just throwing random items on bread and calling it a job well done. read more
