It's ok. So overrated. People say: It's so fresh, they cut your deli meat for each sandwich. They've been doing that at the grocery store for the past fifty years. Sandwiches were, just sandwiches. Nothing special. Not like firehouse. Or the old days of JJs before they went downhill. Get the special sauce, I hear. Ok maybe the sauce is the game changer. No. It's just vinegar and oil. I've been eating that on my sandwiches since the early days of Subway. Everyone else was just too lame to try it until it was called 'special'. Go to the deli in you local grocery store they'll cut your meat fresh for you make a sandwich that tastes like this one for less money. read more

This JM is 90 min from our house and well worth the drive. My wife has been dreaming of a rare roast beef sandwich and she wasn't disappointed. I had the #9 w/mixed meats, both A+++ sandwiches. Columbia, Missouri - off of Grindstone Parkway in the Walmart Parking lot! I am thoroughly disgusted over the lack of pride of ownership at the restaurants in this town. I ordered a giant stickball sub with no tomatoes or onions, mikes way. The thickness consisted of 1 slice of salami, 1 slice of ham and 1 piece of provolone. It had lettuce, pickles, pepperoncini, oil and vinegar for $15 plus tax. How insulting. I think they were hoping I wanted tomato and onion to make the sandwich look like it would be bigger. Maybe 2 pieces of salami and 2 pieces of ham thick would be more acceptable for the price? All in all, ridiculous. I will go to Hyvee and buy the ingredients to make my own sandwich moving forward and will get at least 4 giant sandwiches for the same price. SICK of the rip off. You lost a customer...but oh, you don't care! read more

Been here several times past couple years and (other than The Sub Shop's Veggie), this is just a great sandwich made by friendly Staff. Usually get a couple regular size #13s, one Mikes Way and other "dry" (for our lunches next day). Always have plenty of meat & cheese slices; do wish they had spinach & red onions as topping options. Never any issues with sandwiches, toppings or payment. Plus March is Giving Month with donated funds staying local. read more

Come here a lot for their subs, so so good! Lots of options to choose from, the Philly cheesesteak is really good. I think they also have a chicken version which is yummy and so is their buffalo chicken sandwich. Their prices are a little steep but I think their sandwiches are awesome. read more

I got 2 giant subs and instead of the guy behind the counter giving me the offer of buy one giant get second one for $6.99, he charges me for 2 full price giants. Then when I ask him about the deal he says that I am supposed to let him know of the deals that his store is offering before he finishes ringing me out. Then just says there is nothing he can do about it now. Sorry. This was also my first time to jersey mikes subs. And the offer was only visible from inside the store in a spot I wouldn't see until I was already done ordering. I walked in with the pocket points app which offers "buy one regular sub get one regular sub free" first of all I expected a full size sandwich for this deal, but instead I got 2 halves of a sandwich, and not only that I paid $10 either they didn't give me the deal after using up my points, which is bad in it of itself, or they're overcharging sub prices for half of a sub. While it is a chain, which my fiance and myself typically try to stay clear of, we have been very impressed with Jersey Mike's so far. The fact that they freshly slice the deli meat and cheese right in front of you is a huge plus and it really brings out the quality of the products. You can have any sub done Mike's way, which is with a big splash of red wine vinegar, oil, and seasonings - very good. My fiance has gotten the chipotle chicken cheese steak every time and always remarks on how delicious it is. We will definitely be back in the near future! read more

I prayed for 12 years that Jersey Mike's would put a store in Columbia, MO and my prayers came true this year! There's no finer example of what a sub should look like in my opinion. The meats and cheese are very fresh, sliced as you watch, and they know the meaning of lots of oil and vinegar. I'm a fan of the #5 but have tried the Philly Cheese steak and it's a great hot sandwich. The folks are friendly and I've never had to wait when I call ahead. It's a more expensive sub but it's a lot better too. read more
