JM is always a great place for fresh and we prepared sandwiches and I've always had good experiences, but I have to say that this one really stands out as I made a brother large order and they finished everything in record time, including processing a second order that I had to do a a few minutes later to add on some other requested items for the group. Especially appreciated the freshly bake cookies that came along with the order. The employees that interacted here were especially friendly and helpful. Parking can be a little tricky here because they are very close to a very large supermarket and food court, which can really impact the parking, not to mention the coffee place next-door so of course it's not their fault but be prepared to maybe walk a little bit for parking. The only request I might make is it rather than writing the numbers on the sandwiches that could they please write the names of the sandwiches, which would make it easier for the group members to figure out, but otherwise great experience at this location. read more

His complaint was people parking in the handicap spot without a placard. - I was not parked in Handicap spot. Last night (7/1) i ordered a giant #9 and a giant #64 (a MEATLESS sandwich) , and seemingly had no problems in-store. when i got home and unwrapped my sandwich, the first thing i see was that it wasn't cut. a little annoying, but ultimately no big deal. the first couple bites i took we're only bread and veg, until i notice a different texture. i haven't eaten meat in almost 10 years, so i was confused and asked my partner to check it out. We were told the grill was off and cleaned for the night. I thought they closed at 8pm which made sense so we said "ahh okay, thanks anyway". As my girlfriend and I left upset that we were not able to get our #99 we saw on the sign that they close at 9pm!!!! Over and hour away. I turned back into the store and said "you guys close at 9!? The food is sloppy, it takes them forever to make your meal, despite the fact that there are tons of people standing around. I'm addicted to the Italian sub! This place has become one of my favorite sub places. I only come here with a friend, so we can share the giant sub. Yes the giant, and it's sooo good! The Italian bread is soft in the inside and just enough crisp on the outside. Mike's way is the only way to go, at least for me. I love the onions and the vinegar and oil, mmm! So, I know this place is a lil pricey, but they always send coupons in the mail and they seem to always have a "managers special" posted in the store.
