Thoughts: I order my sub for pickup at 6:00pm. I got there at 5:55pm and it wasn't made. I waited till 6:15pm when they finally made it. Not one employee apologize for my long wait. Jersey Mike's can be amazing when it's done well. The good isn't cheap- $13 or so for the giant sub is a decent chunk of money, but worth it when everything is right. But at this particular location our subs were kind of slopped together. We go to this specific location quite often - maybe a little less than once a week when we don't feel like cooking. The sandwiches are always ready to go when we get there as we order online. They are fresh and consistent. The employees are pretty fast and friendly. I also enjoy the shore points as we accumulate points fast and get free subs often. They also give you a few sub on your bday! I've never been disappointed here so I thought it was about time I should write a review. I typically get a Philly cheesesteak or a turkey and provolone. Visited this location this afternoon, and was disappointed by the way the staff acted. You never know what someone is going thru, but the Lack of customer service is what's disappointing. No one smiled, and the guy who made my sandwich was throwing the meat around like he was upset he had to make my sandwich. Right down the street from me, so convenient, but will no longer eat here. The 17 (Philly) is downright disgusting to me now. Has a "cheapness" to it that I can't quite explain, but I do know that I couldn't finish my sub today. Had a discussion with an employee that got really awkward. I was trying to explain that I wanted light mayo on the sub IF it has mayo and she kept insisting that they could add it. What's confusing is that the philly seems like it has mayo on it, but I suppose it's just melted cheese. Again, though - cheap - it doesn't taste like typical provolone. Honestly, grossed out by this place at this point. Line is annoying and service is way too slow. All young folks here and some are nice, but others, like the girl who took my order today, are annoying and rude-ish. I've had the tuna here, as well - not bad. They really overload the sub with oil and vinegar if you get it "Mike's Way". Will just make subs at home and get a better tasting meal and not have to deal with annoying hs kids. read more

I have been going to jersey mikes for years and it does not matter which location I'm at I always get the best subs with great service. I been coming to this location ever since they opened and I love it. I have not been to a subway or jimmy johns in years because they pail in comparison. I typically get the chipotle cheesesteak and I find it better than most sit down restaurant. My wife always gets the club supreme mikes way and that's great too. I will be back as always at least a few times a month. Keep it up!!!! read more

A four-star sandwich docked two stars due to poor, ignorant service: Today, I came in with my mother and 3 year old daughter. The worker slicing the meats and cheese was visibly annoyed that we had to scan the menu before ordering. Upon payment, we upgraded the kids sandwich to a meal, and I asked for two water cups as well. As I filled up the kids cup that we payed for with half water half lemonade, the worker loudly stated, if you ordered water you have to get water. The water cups had not even moved from the counter directly in front of her yet, as I was filling the kids cup. I told her so, and she was embarrassed, but offered no words or an apology. I may be back for the sandwich, but being openly accused of stealing in front of my mother and daughter has angered me enough to never return to this location. I had Jersey Mike's for the first time ever and it was pretty good. The only thing that bothered me as a first time customer is that they expect you to know how their line works. When we asked them to put mayo on our subs, after we ordered, one of the workers rudely told us that we need to do so when we first order. This was my first time going to Jersey Mike's. I placed my order and it seemed to be shift change because the employee making sandwiches took my order, took my money and then stood at the register. There were at least six people working behind the counter and a lot of confusion. One employee was barking at a new guy being trained (who evidently was not doing a very good job). The folks working the grill were working their mouths more so than the sandwiches. Good faith customers were placing their orders and then standing around while no orders were being filled. After quite some time I finally received my order. The buffalo chicken sandwich was messy, and the chicken was tough. It would have tasted a lot better with tender chicken. Now I have stomach cramps so I'm guessing the chicken was past its expiration date. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this establishment. read more

The subs from Jersey Mike's are really good, but the service at this location is just terrible. I've tried and tried to give it a chance, and it just doesn't change. The staff (and obviously management) doesn't care. Each time I've been to this location they are unfriendly (to the point of rude), there is no interaction with the customer beyond the bare minimum (i.e. it'll be just a minute or I need to go grab something from the back), and the service ranges from slow to creeping. The staff barely talk to each other. It is actually bizarre, as everyone seems so unhappy to be there. This hasn't happened just once, but several times. And god forbid you ask a question, as the reaction borders on shock, dismay, and confusion. Your role as customer is to say what you want, quickly answer staff's questions, and get the h--- out. And be prepared for a terse response if you aren't responsive quick enough or don't understand. Not worth it. Go somewhere else. read more
