The food is good but I do echo the previous reviews that the staff needs better training. The service was slow and they had to remake my sandwich due to a mix-up. They claim to be kid friendly since they have a kids menu but the TV's were tuned to a show about hunting which was disturbing to our youngest. read more

Made my fourth visit this evening @ 5:45. Previously happy with the meat and fresh rolls. Walked in and the guy behind the counter seemingly ignores the couple in front of me and asks me to repeat my order twice. Then the phone rings and he takes the call. Proceeds to turn his attention to the couple in front of me and then chaos erupts at the cash register end. Seems everyone waiting has been given a wrong order. Guy making sandwiches could not get it together. Seriously needed adult supervision tonight. I ended up walking out and taking my business to Chick-fil-A. read more

First trip there when they opened was great! Fast and excellent food! The next 4 times when I went in to order it was like it was another dimension...2nd trip 40 mins to get a sub with only 4 people in front of me. Everyone worked in slow motion each employee look at the other on what to do next. Like it was everyones first day. 3rd 4th and 5th trip back was easy...they had no white bread. Are you seriously kidding me?They told me it was an hour wait till the bread is ready... Being forced to order from another establishment, Five Guys, they informed me of the increased business due to "no White bread" at Jersey Mikes. What an embarrassment to your company. The owner should just close up shop now and save they money he is losing as customers walk out. There main ingredient is bread...they should change there name to salad works cause thats most likely what you will walk out with if you get anything. When asked for the manager a boy 17 or 18 said "Ugh but I'm baking the bread. No professionalism except to say (Under their breath, less work for us, this is working great). Finally got to go here today after I've been wanting to try it for awhile. The menu seemed pretty straight forward to me. I got a turkey wrap with american cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. My boyfriend got a mini 13 Mike's way (not really sure what that means). We both liked our sandwiches. However, it was pretty slow. The people in front of us were waiting for awhile because the one employee had to keep making sure the other one was doing things correctly. I also got a fountain drink, a water, and some chips. The total was about $19 and then the credit card machines asks about a tip. We gave a 10% which was about $2. The place wasn't very clean either. All the tables had crumbs on it and there was a huge spill on the floor from the fountain drinks to the door. There was no wet floor sign so some people might have noticed it when they come in. Also not sure if it is just a coincidence but I've had a very bad stomachache since I ate there. read more

Today around 6:50-7pm est I called to place an order. A young girl answered and after I stated I wanted to place an order, she placed me on hold. By placing the phone down on a table, I then proceeded to listen to her and a bunch of other girls laughing and joking, for about 10 minutes, I timed it after being on hold for 2-3 mins of this. Then they hung up. Very unprofessional but nothing compared to what happened next. I called Back. They answered and immediately hung up. I heard sound for about a sec or two. I called Back a third time and was greeted very aggressively and coldly by a different girl, she had a very distinct voice. I started calmly to say " hi. I just called to place an order and was hung up on..." before I finished she cut me off and said, real nasty, "I didn't hang up on you, (she made a clicking noise with her mouth) and then said soooo..." and let it hang. I said. Ok. I'd like to speak to a manager she said well there isn't one here. I asked when he would be she said tomorrow at 10am. His name is Ralph. I said ok what is your name and she said "I ain't gotta give you my name", nasty, and hung up. I was very upset. I've been coming to that location many times and while I noticed that the customer service varied among the many teenagers or whatever you have working there, her attitude was exactly the opposite of friendly like your mission statement says... I had a friend call in and order the food shortly after. I went in to pick it up, calmly and friendly. After I paid and had my food I asked the cashier who answered the phones. She said it depends. I told her politely ( I could tell by her voice it wasn't her) briefly about my experience. She had free sub coupons in her hand before I finished as if that's gonna make it better. I don't want something for free. I want to be treated like a decent human being. Further more I asked her for some names and she wouldn't give any. Said that she was slicing. Meanwhile while I'm talking there are about 5-6 teenage girls in the back behind the counter whispering and giving me looks of attitude. This was a disgusting experience. You have unprofessional kids running a store and there is no leadership or managers present. I don't think I'll ever return and will spread this story around in my social circle because many of the people I work with frequent there too, since it opened. read more

Jersey Mike's has become a staple location for my family. Personally, I think the food is overpriced and of poor chain quality. I enjoy giving my money to local businesses instead. However, my family frequents this location since it has opened. I understand that management at this location must still be gathering their bearings, although tonight, according to the staff, a very young staff consisting of young teenage girls, there was no manager or supervisor present. Very unprofessional. Tonight we were put on hold when calling in an order while these young girls chatted and laughed in the background. After several minutes the phone clicked and we were hung up on. Upon calling right back another answer followed by an immediate click. By the third call we were aggravated, the young girl who answered had an immediate attitude. After inquiring who the manager on duty was we were told there was no manager on duty...what management leaves a group of teenage girls alone to handle a business. By the fourth call a different young lady answered, nice and pleasant she finally took the order. Upon arrival we inquired with the cashier who was taking calls that night, she stated she did not know. We then inquired again who the manager was and were told due to training there still is no manager? This is extremely unprofessional. These young ladies with little customer service experience should not be left alone to handle a business. Also, you should re-evaluate whom you have hired, some clearly do not grasp the concept of manners. read more
